What is the Best Firming Over the Counter Night Cream?
By Tawanfa Farikan

Well first off there really is not a perfect answer for this. Seeing as how men and women should use two different types of products. See the skin is not the same on both males and females. Yes
the general makeup is normal and the same, but a male's skin will normally be a bit tougher.

That means that a firming cream a male may use will be way too harsh for a females skin.
Drying it out instead of adding in moisture and smoothing out the wrinkles. So how can you really answer who has the best firming over the counter night cream?

By looking for the right ingredients in the final product that you choose to buy. Always try and get a product that has no added fragrances, parabans, or allergens. These will only harm your skin. So to start with the best firming cream will not have any of those things in it.

Next you need to find a product that has tons of natural ingredients in it. A lot of firming lotions will use a highly concentrated amount of many different natural ingredients. This will create a normally far superior product from others on the market.

Looking for a product that centers its research on finding the best natural ingredients to use for their product is your best bet. And the only way you can truly find the best firming over the counter night cream.

Finally, no one does a better job at looking for the right answers for skin care than a company that always tries to place your health and well being first. Making sure that your skin receives the right nutrition that is needed to firm it up and to make you look and feel younger. Having more self-confidence than you have in years. Find the best firming over the counter night cream with the company who places you as top priority.

A Cellulite Cure Review - Natural Methods Versus Surgery
By Ryan English

As far as medical science is concerned this is not a disease and anyone who looks for treatment does so purely for cosmetic reasons. The basic causes of these fatty deposits beneath your skin can be said to be:

Swelling of the skin due water retention

Pulling and over contraction of the muscles on the finger like extensions of fascia that causes pitting of the overlying skin

A descent of the skin and fat without a corresponding change in the fingerlike projections, and it appears more commonly in women and is worsened by the change in body weight.

The problem of cottage cheese skin can further be rated in three levels according to how severe it is though to be:

Level 1 - when surface dimpling is observed after pinching

Level 2 - the bumps are visible when standing

Level 3 - the ripples and bumps are visible when standing or sitting

You do not need to go to specialist to know whether you have it or not. You can do a simple test at the comfort of your own home.

Available treatment methods

Surgical anti cellulite Methods

There are many surgical methods available that you can choose from and the most common are:
Liposuction: this is the most common but is body toning method for young adults and is not used for weight reduction or older patients where the fatty deposits are sucked out through some incision in the skin.

Lower bodies lift: Similar to a face lift but performed at the lower parts of the body. a highly invasive surgery to lift large portions of skin and helps tighten the lower body skin.

Mesotherapy: a form of a microsurgery where custom made natural substances are injected directly into the affected area. The composition of the substances injected varies from one person to another.

Laser lipolisis: This is a minimally invasive method of surgery which involves making a small incision on specific body parts that are affected and then a fiber optic laser is used on the body fats.

Natural anti cellulite methods

There are many natural methods but we will look at just a few of them:

Cleansing: This teaches a cleansing method where you wash your skin with a loufah or wash cloth in affected areas in a circular then upward motion towards the bowels. It improves circulation and edema and will help removing toxins and metabolic waste.

Dry skin brushing: This method teaches you how to brush your skin when waking up and before you sleep. It is a form of exercise that helps to strengthen your skin and stimulates the growth and repair of tissues in the affected area. It also helps to remove toxins and interstitial fluids surrounding the tissue for disposal.

Habits: Teaches you how to develop habits that help increase circulation. Like tells you to get out of the habit of crossing your legs, knees and ankles and to keep moving regularly to increase circulation.

Do a proper research before choosing the cellulite treatment method you think is best for you.

Are You Suffering From Sun Damaged Skin?
By Bethany North

If you have already let the appearance of your sun damaged skin go too far, then I am sure that you are looking for a true remedy.

From my experience as an aesthetician, I will tell you that there are specific products and ingredients to look for if you want to immediately change the appearance of damage to your face!

Natural Whitening Cream:

Many professionals recommend that you use harsh chemicals to bleach your face if you're suffering from sun damaged skin.

I completely disagree with this because it's still important to implement natural and botanical ingredients in your facial care, even if you want to whiten dark spots of exposure.

There are complete possibilities available to you that are 100% natural to lighten the dark pigmentation on your face from outside reactions from interaction with the sun.

These natural ingredients will also keep you from being irritated or further harmed by over-the-counter ingredients that attack the cells in your face with harsh chemicals.

What Do You Look For?

One of the highest quality natural ingredients found in whitening creams for sun damaged skin is extrapone nutgrass.

Extrapone nutgrass will actually work to prevent the growth of melanin, which is the darkening pigment that makes the cells in your face look discolored.

We all know that this formulated darkness is a sign of incredible damage in sun damaged skin, so it is important to look for ingredient like this that will lighten all of these cells by preventing the hyperpigmentation from forming.

Extrapone nutgrass will not only be natural for your facial care, it will also prevent you from being irritated, while still whitening those cells!

If you look at numerous over-the-counter bleaching creams for damage to your face, you will see that the harsh chemicals have even greater odds of damaging you further.

With these type of ingredients that are harmful, you will be, in essence, shooting yourself in the foot by hurting your face even more when you are hoping to care for it.

Extrapone nutgrass can reduce the production of melanin by 40%, which is exactly what you need to maintain light, healthy, and fresh skin.

I would love you to find these premium lightning ingredients to reverse the damage in your face by visiting my website today at http://www.myfacialmd.com/ There you can access the most professional and high-quality ingredients that you need to smooth your skin and reduce the appearance of damage that can easily lead to fine lines and wrinkles!

The Top 3 Tips For Healthy Skin
By Bethany North

Are you striving to take better care of your complexion so that you can be radiantly beautiful?
Then you have come to the right place because through my extensive experience as a skin care specialist I can tell you what you need to know in the top three tips for healthy skin.

Tip #1 - Drink More Water!

This is incredibly important for any man or woman that wants to improve their facial appearance right away. Water will actually work to flush all toxins from your facial cells, which is why it is one of the best tips for healthy skin that I can share with you.

Once you start drinking a regular amount of water, you will find that your metabolism is boosted, which means that your facial cell turnover is higher.

What this means for you is that now your facial cells will be shed at a rate that is similar to when you were a teenager.

If you remember the soft and smooth texture of your face as a young adult, then you'll know how important it is to use the metabolism benefits from drinking more water to promote new cell growth for your face. It is an instant youthful boost and facelift!

Tip #2 - High Quality Ingredients

Please tell me that you are not using any type of poor over-the-counter product that you found in the remainder bin at the drugstore, and that has harsh chemical ingredients in it.

If this is the case, then you are doing much more harm for your face than good because of the irritating effects of low-quality chemicals in over-the-counter facial products.

I completely recommend to look for a high quality product that is full of antioxidants like Coenzyme Q10, which works to neutralize free radicals in your face.

Free radicals come from outside damage from pollution and the sun, and once you neutralize them, you prevent your facial cells from being damaged any further. If you are able to prevent your facial cells from damage in this way, then you can stop signs of premature aging.

Tip #3 - Moisturize:

This may seem like a very obvious option in the tips for healthy skin, but so many people begin to experience signs of age on their face because it is not properly moisturized.

It is important to moisturize after every single time that you cleanse to keep the delicate moisture barrier of your face intact and free from damage. That means using a day cream and a night cream to ensure that there is a constant source of hydration feeding your skin.

There are many high-quality moisturizers available that will work to protect the cells of your face by keeping them soft and healthy. Look for proven ingredients that have been used world-wide for centuries, and you'll be on the right track.

Cleopatra knew the value of honey for her skin; in Brazil women have been using Babassu, a light, natural wax for centuries to lock moisture in.

In Japan, beautiful women have known for years that the source of youth comes from the sea, and use products containing Phytessence Wakame, a sea kelp, to keep their skin wrinkle-free.

And your grandmother and your grandmother's grandmother would probably tell you of the powerful properties of Vitamin E for all skin-related treatments. Value that advice!

A Few Daily Tips For Dry Skin Care You Must Heed
By Tawanfa Farikan

To keep our skin looking beautiful and healthy we have to protect it from getting damaged.
Many people are paying very close attention to how they look and are becoming more health conscious. One of importance is the need to incorporate a dry skin care routine into our daily makeover habits. Dry skin can be the root of all evil to our body and overall look. Here are a few tips to help you prevent your skin from becoming dry.

When the skin feels tight and dry it is due to water that has diminished from our body. Over time dryness can affect our skin causing an aged and harsh look. Not only that the skin will lose its softness.

Dry skin can also cause lines and wrinkles. When the skin is dry over time it can become flaky and scaly. When this happens ongoing treatment or application of a conditioner is needed to get the skin back to its normal texture and look.

One of the first steps to take when starting your dry skin care regime is to always apply a moisturizer after you wash your hands and after you shower or bathe. Water on the skin will
cause it to dry out.

Immediately moisturizing it will prevent dryness and irritation. When you wash, don't use harsh abrasive soaps. When you bath, use soft sponges. Hard brushes and other aides will dry and damage the skin.

Look for a lotion product with aloe, Vitamin A, camomile, lavender or peppermint. Another excellent moisturizer for the skin is baby oil. It has the nutrients packed in that will not only sooth the skin but completely add moisture for a long duration. Protect your skin from the sun and harsh weather. Dry skin care can be tackled with a daily moisturizing routine.

Discover how to have beautiful healthy skin with dry skin care by following my ongoing research. Keep up with the latest information about maintaining and protecting your bodies largest organ, the skin, and other health related concerns by heading to http://www.your-best-skin-site.com/ for more details.

Top Skin Care Brands For Beautiful and Healthy Skin
By Caroline Igwe

When you think about top skin care brands what really comes to your mind? It is very easy to be confused and get carried away by claims and counter claims of products that you forget what you are really looking for. The noise in the skincare industry can be very 'deafening' because there are so many products competing for your attention.

Manufacturers are using every available gimmick to entice you to buy their products; that is why there are so many products out there claiming to be the best. The question is, "what really are the qualifying factors for top skin care brands"?

The simple answer to that question is, the ability to make skin look beautiful, youthful and healthy; yes it is that simple but achieving that feat is not as simple.

For a product to be able to achieve these three things it has to contain safe ingredients that will help to moisturize your skin, rejuvenate it, remove blemishes and fight visible signs of aging.

One of such ingredients is jojoba oil which is a natural emollient that is similar to the human sebum; it helps to balance the skin's sebum by hydrating dry skin and reducing oil production in greasy type. It also prevents loss of water from the body by forming a non-oily barrier on the skin surface. It helps to moisturize your skin making it soft and velvet-like.

Another ingredient that helps top skin care brands make your skin look beautiful is natural vitamin E. It is a powerful antioxidant that helps to reduce the effects of conditions such as psoriasis and erythems; it also reduces the appearance of stretch marks and helps scars fade away. Most importantly, it helps to prevent skin cancer.

CoQ10 is another potent anti-oxidant that fights free radicals and protects your body against the UV damage of the sun. It helps to rejuvenate your skin by promoting cell renewal. The most effective form of this CoQ10 is nano-lipobelle HEQ10 which is in emulsion form. It penetrates deep into the skin while other forms stay on top of the surface.

An ingredient that helps to make your skin look youthful is Cynergy TK. It is a unique bio-active keratin that helps to stimulate the production of natural collagen and elastin in the body thereby preventing the visible signs of aging (sagging, age spots, fine lines and wrinkles). It enhances the firmness and elasticity of the skin and helps to reduce redness associated with inflammation.

Cynergy TK is proven to help your skin look beautiful by improving its brightness and radiance, giving it even creamy complexion. It contains copper protein complexes which help to improve the health of your skin by restoring its ability to heal itself.

In order to make your skin healthy, top skin care brands should not only contain all natural ingredients like the ones mentioned above; they should also not contain any harmful ingredient/chemical that is not safe for the human body. Some of the harmful ingredients that are often found in skincare brands are parabens, fragrances, dioxane and mineral oil. It is important to note that any product that contains any of these harmful ingredients should be avoided.

Now that you know the three basic things you need from the top skin care brands, I hope you will henceforth make informed buying decisions.

Shedding Light on Sunscreens - A Key to Beautiful Skin
By Hardik Soni

As a physician specializing in skincare and aesthetic procedures, I'm always surprised that so many people who care about their looks ignore what can be the best and least expensive path to beautiful, youthful skin: using an effective sunscreen. People think of sunscreen as something that protects against skin cancer and prevents burning, not as a beauty aid. But the radiation that causes sunburns and skin cancer also causes photodamage to the skin, including sun spots, leathery appearance, wrinkles and prominent blood vessels. Photodamage also gives the skin a sallow color with uneven texture and tone. In fact, the sagging skin and blotchy pigmentation we associate with aging is primarily caused by unprotected exposure to the sun. So if you care about the appearance of your skin, sunscreen should be a part of your skincare regimen. But first you need to know some basics about solar rays, types of sunscreens, and even how to apply these lotions and creams properly.

Protecting against UVA and UVB rays
That "healthy tan" so many people strive for is the by-product of the harmful effects of the sun's ultraviolet radiation on our skin. Ultraviolet radiation consists of UVA and UVB light. Both forms can cause skin damage, including skin cancer. Skin cancer now accounts for half of all cancers in the United States. And the more fair your skin, the greater the risk of skin cancer. The good news is the right kind of sunscreen can protect you from this damage. Make sure the sunscreen you use blocks both UVA and UVB radiation. Read the labels to make sure.

Sunscreens and SPF
The SPF (Sun Protection Factor) - the number on the sunscreen label - is an important consideration in choosing a sunscreen. The SPF represents the level of protection each product provides. An SPF of 25 will block out 93% of the sun's ultraviolet radiation. Consider this - an SPF of 25 - the minimum for any sunscreen you use. And if your skin is more sun sensitive than average - for example, if you are fair skinned, with red hair and blue eyes - An SPF of 30 is recommended.

Chemical and Physical Sunscreens
Sunscreens come in two basic varieties: chemical sunscreens and physical sunscreens. Chemical sunscreens absorb UV radiation and convert it to heat.
Physical sunscreens, on the other hand, reflect UV radiation, as well as convert it to heat. This dual action makes physical sunscreens very effective. Traditionally, physical sunscreens were opaque. Perhaps you remember the chalky, white substance lifeguards used to slather on their noses. That was a physical sunscreen. Some people avoid using them because they don't like appearing as if they'd been daubed with war paint. But today's physical sunscreens are barely perceptible on all but the darkest skin. So if you want maximum protection and want to look good at the same time, a combination of chemical and physical sunscreen is best.

Over-the-Counter and Prescription Sunscreens
If you know what to look for in a sunscreen, you can find many excellent over-the-counter products on drugstore shelves. For those seeking the very best in protection, your physician or dermatologist can prescribe professional quality sunscreen products not available through retail channels. A range of new products with improved protective properties that have come to market in recent years can make this a worthwhile option.

Applying Sunscreen Properly
You can choose a good sunscreen with the proper range of protection and a high SPF, but if you don't apply it properly it won't protect you! I routinely instruct patients in proper sunscreen application because early on I found out so many were either putting on too much or not enough. Proper application is very simple: Apply an even amount liberally as necessary to completely cover all exposed areas. It may be necessary to apply every 2 hours especially when performing activities that result in sweating or involve water sports. These activies also require the use of a sunscreen which is water proof. Typically, an oil based formulation is utilized for this purpose as it is less likely to wash off. Regardless, frequent application is the rule rather than the exception especially for prolonged sun exposure.

Finishing Touches
At Ethos Medical Spa in Summit, New Jersey, which I co-founded to provide state-of-the-art non-invasive aesthetic procedures, I see the dramatic difference in the skin of clients who do and do not regularly use effective sunscreens. That's why I recommend everyone take these three simple steps to better skin and health. Learn about sunscreens, use them regularly, and apply properly.

Dr. Hardik Soni is a co-founding member of Ethos Spa in Summit, New Jersey a medical spa specializing in non-invasive aesthetic procedures. A board certified physician and member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Soni studied at Johns Hopkins University and is currently on medical staff at St Clair's Medical Center. Dr. Soni has trained in many aspects of aesthetic medicine, including laser and IPL therapy for skin rejuvenation, cellulite reduction, and hair reduction. A member of the International Spa Association, he is also proficient in the administration of BOTOX and dermal fillers.

Discover the Right Oily Skincare Products
By Laza Marius

Oily skincare products are not hard to find, but the right type of oil is. Some people think that just because they are using a skin care cream based on oil, they can get perfect results. In fact, while some oily skincare products might get the job done, others will only hurt your skin. This is why you should take a few minutes and learn more about oil in skincare creams.

There are many types of oils that companies use in the making of skincare products. If you want to know which ones to avoid, you will have to create a very long list. This is why you should simply stay away from the worst one on the market and try searching for a couple of oils which have been proven to work.

The worst type of oil used in skincare creams is mineral oil. The rest of the ingredients from a cream which contains it might work and show you some great results in the first few days, but when mineral oil will start to affect your skin, you will certainly see why it should be avoided.
This type of oil will only clog your pores and cause problems like rashes and irritation.

Luckily, there are some oils which you can use without having to worry about side effects. The best ones that can be found on the skincare market are Babassu Oil and Grapeseed Oil. These two ingredients will certainly help your skin breathe and they will keep it strong and healthy for a long time.

If you have the right oily skincare products on your side, you get two results at the same time: you will be protected from the exterior environment and your skin will get healthier than it ever was.

In the end, oils can help you or they can make you look and feel even worse. You now know which ingredients are bad for you and which ones are good. If you manage to get a product which uses the right oils, you won't have any skincare problems and your current issues will be taken care of.

Choosing the Best Men's Facial Cleanser - What to Look For
By Frank Langella

Let's face it. Having a clean, glowing skin is not just important for women only; we men also need to look good. More and more men are now recognizing that a well toned body doesn't go well with a dry, scruffy skin. To look your best, you need to make sure you have a clean and healthy skin too. A good men's facial cleanser can help you with that. The trick is in finding it.

Not too long ago, a men's facial cleanser consisted of a bar of soap. It would do a decent job at cleaning the skin, but only the upper layers. The dirt or grime that penetrates a bit deeper was left untouched. Not to forget the dry skin that soap leaves behind in its wake.

All that has changed now. There are some effective cleansers now available designed to work well with a man's skin. The one big difference between a man's skin and a woman's skin is, men's skin is more prone to redness and inflammation. A men's skincare product should be able to handle this condition to be really effective.

So what makes for a good cleanser for men? The answer lies in the ingredients of the cleanser.
Do not just go by the label or the tall claims made by the cosmetic companies. Do your own research into the ingredients of the product and make an intelligent decision based on what it good for you and your skin.

You need to look for natural ingredients like Kaolin. This special extract from clay cleans the skin deeply and removes all the dirt and grime from it. It helps soothe irritated or inflamed skin and can be used on sensitive skin too. A good men's facial cleanser is sure to have this effective natural ingredient.

Cynergy TK is an extract from the wool of New Zealand sheep. It inhibits the production of OGE2 in the skin, which is the root cause of inflammation in men's skin. It also enhances Collagen and Elastin production in the skin, and helps in keeping it smooth and wrinkle free.

Macadamia Oil is a plant based oil that helps in replenishing the lost oils of the skin. It gets absorbed easily into the skin and doesn't leave any greasy effect behind. Put this to the test right away. A good men's facial cleanser can help in making your skin look as young as you actually feel. Try it and see.

Is Honey As a Moisturizer Any Good?
By Frank Langella

Don't you just hate it when you enjoy a good day outdoors and then find that the sun and wind have taken away the moisture of your skin? If your skin continually becomes dry and rough, you need to take a look at honey as moisturizer.

Yes, that's right. Not only is honey good for your health and well being, it is also an effective beauty aid. In fact, honey has been a part of the natural skin care systems since centuries. Even Cleopatra used honey as moisturizer and used to bathe in milk and honey to keep her famed beauty intact. So how can you use this natural moisturizer for your skin? Let's find out.

First, a little background in to why we get a dry skin at all. The biggest reason for skin dryness is an over exposure to the natural elements. Harsh sun light and strong winds deplete the natural oils of our skin. Chemicals and pollution also contribute to this process. Using harsh soaps and cleansers is another reason for a dry skin.

So your first step towards having a soft velvety skin should be to protect it from the environmental factors. Wearing sunglasses and a hat would shield your skin from the sun light. A scarf will help in protection against strong winds. You also need to make sure you use only a mild soap and cleanser.

Now, back to the honey. Active Manuka Honey is what you need to look for to moisturize your skin. The honey derived from the manuka bush is what we know as manuka honey. Active manuka honey is a special variant of it which contains unique enzymes having anti bacterial properties. This is known as the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF).

Active manuka honey works very well at moisturizing the skin. Its anti bacterial properties protect the skin from bacterial infections. This honey is also a strong anti oxidant and protects the skin from the damage caused by free radicals found in environmental pollution.

Using this honey as moisturizer has the added advantage that it helps in treating many skin problems like acne, eczema and psoriasis.

It also promotes the production of Collagen and Elastin in the skin. These two proteins are essential for keeping the skin firm, elastic, and free from wrinkles. There are so many ways this honey is good for the skin, it's actually difficult to keep track of them.

There are simply no two ways about it. Using honey as moisturizer can be one of the best decisions you make for your skin. Try out this amazing natural moisturizer, and see what it does for your skin.

Visit my website today to learn about more natural and beneficial skin substances I've discovered that I'd like to share with you.

Honey As Moisturizer - Things That Other Companies Don't Want You to Know
By Pam Wollgast

Using honey as moisturizer for the skin is not a common practice. It may be used as an ingredient in moisturizers, because of it's antiseptic and antioxidant activity. But, because it has very little moisture, alone it will not improve the skin's moisture content.

Beeswax is sometimes used in moisturizers, lip balms and similar products, because waxes help to hold moisture in the skin. Paraffin wax is also used for that purpose, because it is cheaper than natural waxes. But, paraffin has a negative effect on the skin's health.

Many of us are turning to all natural lotions and other skincare products, because we have finally learned what the cosmetic companies have been selling us for all of these years. Practically every skincare product on the market is packed full of petrochemicals, which are derived from petroleum.

Not only is there concern that petrochemicals are probably bad for our health. There are environmental issues, as well. The pollution put off by petrochemical plants is one of the causes of global warming.

You might not want to use honey as moisturizer, because of the low water content. But, if you are currently using antibacterial soaps or lotions, some honeys can be used to replace triclosan, a non-biodegradable agent found in most antibacterial products on the market.

If you are not sure about what your skincare products contain, read the label. If you are unfamiliar with one of the ingredients, look it up.

There is a great deal of consumer information on the internet. Many organizations are trying to help consumers choose safer products that are better for the environment.

Some of the better companies are using manuka honey as moisturizer ingredients. The antibacterial and antioxidant activity of manuka varieties have been fully evaluated by scientists in New Zealand.

The ingredient is included in body lotion and nighttime moisturizers to help prevent blemishes and heal existing ones. It is included in under-eye gels, because it helps to heal and strengthen the delicate area beneath the eyes. Deep cleansing masks include it, because of the antibacterial activity.

It is a favored ingredient for anti-aging skincare products, because of the antioxidant activity. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals, one of the causes of wrinkles, sagging and cellular aging.
In order to have a moisturizing effect, manuka must be combined with plant-based oils and other natural emollients. Including manuka honey as moisturizer ingredients has its benefits, but it is not the only beneficial ingredient, available.

The skin needs lots of different nutrients in order to repair damage done during the day and prevent further damage from occurring. Protein is needed to build new cells. Vitamins are needed as co-factors. Antioxidants like vitamin E neutralize free radicals, while other antioxidants repair free radical damage that has already occurred. Creams containing coenzyme Q10, for example, have been shown to reduce wrinkling and repair sun damage, when used on a daily basis over the course of six weeks.

So, now you have the facts concerning honey as moisturizer. Remember that manuka is the most active variety.

Keep it Smooth - Skincare For Teens
By Beverly Frank

During the teen years, skin goes a little crazy because hormones are changing, and the skin manifests it, producing more oil, breaking out, and more. The following is a look at skin care for pimply teens to help reduce the acne, and make life a little easier:

Tip one: Start watching for the warning signs, and catch breakouts early before they have a chance to spread all over the face. In teens these breakouts typically start on the nose.

Tip two: Start treatment as soon as you see the first signs of acne. If you begin treatment sooner you will see better results. It is always easier to prevent a problem then correct one.

Tip three: Your teen should cleanse their face every night with a gentle cleanser. You do not want them to use a harsh cleanser as it can kill the top layer of skin and add to the amount of dead skin clogging pores. Try a cleanser such as Dove or Neutrogena, these are mild and work equally well for boys and girls.

Tip four: If you start getting zits that come to a head, use a stronger cleanser once or twice a day. If the cleanser dries out the face, it can lead to problems, so use an oil-free, fragrance-free moisturizer after every cleansing.

Tip five: Consider using a mild benzoyl peroxide cream (2.5% strength) if you regularly experience red or inflamed breakouts. Benzoyl peroxide kills pimple causing bacteria, and if you use a mild cream it will not be too harsh on the skin.

Tip six: Prevent breakouts by trying no to touch your skin, or your zits. Even if you have a zit begging to be popped, leave it alone. Doing so can force infected material deeper into the pore, which could just make the pimple worse. In addition, if you continue to pick, this can lead to inflammation, infection, and even scarring.

Tip six: If your teen has excessively pimply skin, or you are not seeing results with your cleanser of choice, consider seeing a doctor. Some people do not respond well to over the counter acne treatment; this is when a dermatologist becomes extremely helpful. The doctor will put together a treatment plan based on your child's skin.

Tip seven: Avoid stress, sitting around after a workout, greasy air (such as that in a restaurant kitchen), etc. as all of these can lead to further pimples. The best way to care for your skin is to simply make it so you get as few pimples as possible. The less you have, the less worried you have to be about treatment.

Pimples happen, and there is not a way to avoid them all together, but it is possible to reduce the number you get, and properly treat the ones you have. The keys are consistency, discipline (not touching), and lifestyle changes that lead to healthier, happier skin.

Men's Shaving Tips
By Peter M Mitchell

Shave in the Shower: Shaving should be your final step before exiting the shower. The warm water and steam of a shower softens the hairs and opens your pores.

Lubrication: One of our High end Shaving formulas will form a slick lubricating cushion and allow your razor to glide without scraping. Leave the cream on your face for a minute or so before shaving. This will allow the moisturizers in the formula to penetrate your skin and to further soften the hairs.

Use a face scrub: A gentle scrubbing will help open pores and raise stubs for the closest shave possible. This exfoliation method removes dead skin cells that can cause acne, ingrown hairs and other facial blemishes.

Use a sharp blade: Even High end razors don't stay sharp forever. The Metro Man recommends that you use a new razor once a week. Doing this ensures that you are getting the closest shave possible without the risk of irritation and ingrown hairs. Using gentle strokes is the best way to get a close shave without damaging your skin. Putting too much pressure on the blades against the skin put premature wear on the blades and cause you skin to become enflamed.

Use the proper products: All of our products have been personally tested by The Metro Man to ensure that they are the best possible products for you and your face. We have filtered out any products that contain irritants and inadequate amounts of the ingredients that are necessary for the best possible shave a guy can have. Most over the counter shaving products contain industrial chemicals.

These chemicals are used because they are cheap. These industrial chemicals irritate the skin and cause most of the skin problems that men encounter while shaving, Dry skin, blemishes and acne to name a few. Our products contain the highest quality ingredients in the world. They have been formulated by leading Mens Dermatologists to moisturize and improve Mens skin, not to strip and irritate the skin like the others guys products.

Post Shave Soothing: After shave skin treatment is one of the most over looked steps when shaving. This step is crucial to protect your skin and add needed moisture to your skin after shaving. This step also helps close pours to lock out any contaminants your skin may encounter through the day. One other benefit this step offers is making your skin feel like a million bucks after you shave. Let's face it, when you look and feel your best, you perform at your highest level.

For Special Occasions: This method is used when you want the closest shave possible. This method can be used for Dates, Job Interviews or any other time you want the closest shave possible. Shave in two steps. First, shave with the grain with very light pressure. Second, reapply a coat of shaving formula and shave against the grain for super close and smooth results.
We do not recommend using this method everyday as it puts extra strain on your skin. This method should only be used for special occasions. Don't forget to use adequate amount of moisturizing after shave after utilizing this method.

Happy Shaving!!!!!

Leg Shaving - Top Ten Tips For a Great Result
By Andrea Strachan

For a woman, her leg shaving routine is something that has to be done. The last thing that most women want is to have hairy legs. The problem is, a lot of women don't know how to shave their legs properly and the end result is a red, bumpy sore leg often accompanied by razor burn.

It doesn't have to be that way! Follow these leg shaving tips for smooth cut free sexy legs.

1) Always try and shave your legs in a warm shower or bath, preferably after you have been in the water for a while. The reason for this is that the warm water will soften the hairs enough to make the shaving process that little bit easier. With a dry hair, the razor may pull or pluck the hair out, resulting in a red bump or soreness. A nice soft hair will be more easily cut by the razor blade.

2) Ensure that you can stretch your leg out in front of yourself. Try and sit on the edge of the bath or shower so that you can get the full reach of your leg. If you don't do this, you may end up shaving your leg at too sharp an angle. This will increase the likelihood of you cutting yourself.

3) Now, apply some shaving cream and work up into a lather. If you do not have any cream, DO NOT use normal soap. This will block the pores of your skin causing spots and will cause your legs to dry out. If you haven't got any shaving cream, male shaving cream or gel is perfectly o.k. to use so borrowing some won't hurt.

4) Place the razor at the top of your ankle on the front of your leg with the blades face down. Do not press on too hard; just gently slide the razor up your entire leg. Proceed to do the rest of your leg in a similar fashion. Rinse the razor between strokes to prevent any of the hairs blocking the razor blades.

5) If you have sensitive skin, try shaving in the same direction as the hair down your leg. This will prevent the red bumps that some women get. This will not give you as close a shave as shaving against the direction of hair but will also prevent soreness and razor burn.

6) Keep shaving until you have removed all of the cream. Repeat this process on the other leg. When you come to dry your legs, don't rub them with a towel. This will rub bacteria into the open pores of your skin and may cause shaving rash or spots. Just pat dry your legs with a clean towel.

7) Shaving your leg will take a lot of moisture out of the skin. It is essential that you moisturize to put this moisture back in. Try and find a moisturizer that has no perfume as this can irritate a newly shaven leg.

8) Don't use a razor with a dull blade. This will cause you to press on harder and will result in soreness after shaving.

9) Be careful when you change to a new blade. You will be used to pressing on harder from the last blade. Always take great care when using a new razor blade.

10) If you cut yourself, get out of the hot water and rinse the area with cold water to slow down bleeding. If you have one, use a styptic pencil to stop the bleeding. You can use a piece of tissue if you do not have a styptic pencil.

Tips For Skin Care Using Green Tea
By Doreen Storozuk

Green tea offers many benefits for overall skincare. It contains antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and anti-bacterial properties. About one third of the dry weight of the green tea leaves is made up of antioxidant flavenoids called catechins. Catechins are effective because they stick to proteins easily and and block bacteria from adhering to cell walls. This disrupts the bacteria's ability to destroy the cells. The antioxidant agents slow the signs of aging externally and provide beneficial vitamins for overall skin health when taken internally.

The main antioxidant found in green tea, EGCG (epigallocatechin3-gallate), was found to be 100 times more effective than vitamin C and 25 times more effective than vitamin E. Research suggests that this antioxidant-rich beverage can inhibit skin cancer due to its protective properties. A report released by the University of Maryland Medical Center indicates that green tea applied directly to the skin (or consumed) helped block sun-triggered skin cancer, which is why you are seeing it more and more in sunscreens, moisturizers and other skin care creams and lotions.

Green tea also contains tannins. Tannins are astringent substances that shrink or constrict body tissues usually locally after topical applications. Tannins not only heal burns and stop bleeding, but they also stop infection while they continue to heal the wound internally. The ability of the tannins to form a protective layer over the exposed tissue keeps the wound from being infected even more. Tannins are beneficial when applied to the mucous lining of the mouth. The natural antiseptic qualities also relieve the itching and swelling in cuts, scrapes, bites and acne blemishes.
Green tea can be made into a soothing skin solution that has many beneficial uses.

Green tea soothing skin solution

Using unflavored, unscented, plain green tea leaves, mix

1 cup tea leaves

1 quart spring water

Steep the tea leaves in boiling water for 20 minutes. Cool and strain the liquid into a sterilized bottle and refrigerate. The soothing solution should keep for at least one week in the refrigerator.

Uses for soothing skin solution

As a cooling, refreshing after-bath splash.

As a refresher for tired feet.

As an anti fungal foot soak. Soak the feet in a quart of soother solution and do not rinse.

As a mouthwash.

For minor cuts, rashes or abrasions. Saturate a cotton pad with the soother solution and apply to the injury for 5 minutes. This can be repeated up to 4 times a day.

To soothe minor sunburn. Soak a cloth in the soother solution and place on the sunburned area for about 15 minutes.

To freshen strained or tired eyes, soak cotton pads in the soother solution, squeeze out excess and lay gently on the eyelids. Let the pads rest on the eyelids for about 10 minutes. Repeat if necessary. This reduces the puffiness and redness.

As a blemish remedy. Splash the soother solution on the face or dot on the blemish with a cotton pad. Do not rinse.

As a solution to the new breastfeeding mother who is suffering from cracked and bleeding nipples. Simply spray some soother solution on two cotton pads or nursing pads and place them inside the brassiere for 10-15 minutes after each feeding.

Cooled spent tea bags (preferably from plain green tea) can also be used for eyelid and breast care.

The spent tea leaves can be dried, after brewing, crushed and then sprinkled in the shoes and socks to help keep the feet healthy.

Fish Oil For Skin Can Help Your Skin Look Younger
By Rich Hawkins

It's true, fish oil for skin care can really help you to have a healthier, younger looking complexion, and this on top of the many of great benefits to be had from this amazing oil.

It works on many levels, helping to prevent the skin from drying out and its anti-inflammatory qualities make it effective for treating many ailments like psoriasis, eczema and acne.

Fish oil for skin health also helps to protect against the suns harmful UV rays due to its potent omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, and helps to promote elasticity and firmness. It is one of the few supplements recommended as an addition to any healthy skin care regime.

With current recommendations that we only eat one portion of oily fish a week due to the toxins and the fact that an estimated 80% of us are deficient in them, a daily supplement is the ideal solution.

With other important benefits like prevention of heart attacks, lower cholesterol and improved brain functioning and mental well-being, it makes sense to select with care to obtain the maximum impact.

It is important to know that of the two omega 3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA, it is DHA that provides most of the benefits especially for skin, heart and brain health so check the label or website carefully to ensure it is the highest level; otherwise you will have greatly reduced fish oil for skin benefits.

Ensure it has been molecularly distilled to remove any toxins like mercury and lead, leaving only pure concentrated oil, rich in omega 3.

The Hoki fish from the pristine oceans of New Zealand provide some of the highest levels of DHA and lowest levels of contaminants in the world and are the best source currently for omega 3 oil.
By taking a daily supplement you will not only be benefitting from fish oil for skin health, but from protection against the many other dangers it provides.

If you would like to learn more about the high quality DHA fish oil supplements I personally take daily, visit my website today.

Sun-Free Tanning Without Sun Damage
By Sandra Aileen Greenberg

With all of the daily warnings about the dangerous effects of too much direct sun there is a way to get a sun free tan without suffering any sun damage. Skin cancer, or melanoma oftentimes doesn't show up right away. The dark tan you are so proud of every summer may show up years later with dangerous repercussions.

Another good reason to avoid the sun is increased exposure adds wrinkles to our skin. With our obsession with youth, everyone not only wants to look young, they want to stay that way. Every day more and more products are created to keep our skin looking smooth and supple. Wrinkled skin can make you look years older than you really are.

So why risk your life and your skin by laying out on the beach with the ultraviolet rays of the sun beating down on you? You can still achieve that healthy glow by using a good sunless tanner.

Don't worry, it's not like the 60s when Coppertone came out with the first self-tanners that made people look orange. Today you can hardly tell who has a real tan and who used a sunless tanner to get that bronze glow.

The key ingredient in sunless tanners is dihydroxyacetone or DHA. While it sounds like just another chemical to be leery of, the truth is DHA is a form of carbohydrate based from the likes of sugar cane and sugar beets. Created in the 1920s for another purpose altogether, DHA was found to change the color of people's skin when it spilled on them. The sunless tan is created when the DHA meets the amino acids on your skin. The FDA approved DHA in the 1970s and it has been on the permanent list since that time.

The selection of self-tanners has expanded into a whole new industry. You can choose from gels, sprays, lotions, creams, mousses and wipes. The best self-tanners allow you to see how much lotion or cream you have applied so you get an even-looking tan. You start out with one application and you can add to it to create the depth of color you wish to achieve.

In order to get the best results from a self-tanner you should always exfoliate your skin first. This will give you a nice even surface to work with. Most products suggest that you apply the self-tanner at night before you go to bed to give it a chance to work. The lotion may come off on your clothes but don't worry, it will wash out. The next morning, once you see the way the self-tanner colored your skin, you can make additional applications to build your tan to the darkest level you would like.

It doesn't make sense to risk the repercussions that come from roasting under a hot sun to get a tan. You can easily and safely achieve the same results at a fraction of the time by using a good self-tanner. You can check out any number of products on the internet and choose the best one for you.

8 Beautiful Skin Secrets
By Alex Beckman

Having wonderful looking skin is often a combination of factors both under your control and out of your control. By following some simple guidelines and maybe with just a bit of good luck thrown in, you too can look vibrant, healthy and several years younger. With these 8 beautiful skin secrets, flawless skin is within your reach.

1. A Healthy Diet

The healthier your diet, the healthier your skin. Stuff yourself full of greasy junk food and refined sugars all day, and don't be surprised if your skin starts showing the strain this puts on the rest of your body. Eat plenty of raw foods, drink plenty of water. Cut down on sugars, especially soft drinks (yes, the diet types too) and processed and greasy foods.

2. Get enough rest and relaxation

Stress and lack of sleep can wreak havoc with your system. The sensitive skin under your eyes normally shows the first signs by turning darker. Your skin cells take damage just like any other cells, only now the damage is clear for everyone to see. You simply must take time to get enough sleep and to relax and de-stress every now and then.

3. Get plenty of exercise

Exercise strengthens the heart and lungs and pumps plenty of oxygen into your system, which is very good for your skin. A fit and strong body is also better equipped to deal with the strains of everyday life.

4. Stop being so critical

This may be a strange "secret", but unfortunately it's a fact that most people, in particular women, are way too hard on themselves. While watching some of those plastic surgery shows on TV I see women going for face lifts and I think to myself "girl, what the heck are you doing, there's nothing wrong with you!". Listen to the people close to you and don't be a slave to the superficial society we live in.

5. Stop smoking

I don't even have to expand on this. If you're a mild to heavy smoker, expect to have less than perfect skin and make peace with the fact that after a certain amount of time nothing except cosmetic surgery will probably be able to help your skin. Stop while there's still hope.

Next: Topical Skin Anti Aging Secrets

6. Stimulate the growth of collagen and elastin

These two skin proteins give the skin its strength and elasticity. Use a natural topical skin care product that contains ingredients that can stimulate the regrowth of these two proteins and over time your existing wrinkles will not only fade, but they'll have a hard time coming back.

7. Help the skin retain its natural moisture

A key to doing this is to raise the levels of hyaluronic acid in the skin. There are special ingredients in skin creams that can do this, like the Japanese sea kelp derivative Phytessence Wakame.

8. Use an antioxidant rich skin cream

Special nano-emulsions of Coenzyme Q10 can be very effective when applied topically to the skin via a cream or lotion. Be sure your skin care product contains one of these formulations of this natural substance, for example Nano Lipobelle H-EQ10.

And there you have 8 beautiful skin secrets. If you fall short in any of them, start working on it today and you'll reap the benefits for a long time to come.

What to do next: Shockingly, not many skin care products can fulfill the demands we set in secrets 6, 7 and 8 above. To learn more, grab our free beautiful natural skin report, in which we reveal one of the best kept secrets in skin care - only at http://www.beautifulnaturalskin.com/.

Stop Biting Your Finger Nails - Isn't it Time?
By Peter Hill

If you are tired of having ugly splits and fractures and sick of constant bleeding, it may well be time to to stop biting your finger nails. Constant biting could eventually lead to infections, and will certainly cause pain, whilst also being damaging to the teeth and gums. There are many tips that have helped previous suffers to eradicate their habit.

The first step to resolving the problem is to confront it. You have a problem, so hiding away from it is not going to help the issue. Tackle it head on. Take photos of your hands - or ask a friend to take them - and stick up copies at strategic points around your house, so you can't fail to notice them. Just taking this simple step will hopefully provide sufficient motivation to get you started and keep you focused on your goal.

Next, select one nail that you will absolutely not bite. Managing to stop yourself biting just a single nail will allow it to recover quickly. Within a week you will have a healthier looking nail.
Once you are managing to cope to not bite this one nail, select another nail and repeat the process. Continue to do this progressively until you are not biting any nails. Whether you select to "save" another nail each week, or each day, is entirely up to you and how confident you are with your progress. Do not get downbeat if you slip up every now and then either. Just start again - it will become easier.

Of course, this isn't going to be the magic cure to getting over your problem. More obvious methods will need to be used alongside this self-therapy. Some people have found using physical barriers to deter their biting effective. From wearing gloves, to covering nails with plasters, or even using foul tasting polishes. Such methods are effective for two reasons: Firstly they will physically stop you biting, and secondly the interruption it triggers will make you aware of the biting. It is when this works, that you can move on to further treatment to distract your hands and mouth.

Such distractions could include playing with a stress ball, chewing gum, or eating healthy snacks such as carrot and celery sticks. Whichever you decide upon, ensure it isn't an equally bad habit such as smoking or comfort eating. For those times when you are home alone, taking up a hobby such as model making, or painting could help both take your mind off the biting, and give your hands something to be occupied with.

Hopefully, following such tips to stop biting finger nails will have them growing back stronger and looking brilliant. Once real change starts to occur, look into maintaining this. Visit your local manicurist and ask for advice on how to improve the health of your fingers. Treat yourself to a regular manicure. Whether male or female this is an enjoyable self-indulgence. Perhaps work it into a full day at a spa, to reward yourself for job well done.

For over seven years, Peter Hill has suffered from infected, and bleeding nail stubs. Using NLP and Hypnosis he discovered a little known secret of how to Stop Biting Your Finger Nails. He now runs and informational website with articles, video's and tips on how to Stop Biting Finger Nails.

Learn the Basics of Oily Skin Care
By Benice Lee

Not everyone is blessed with normal skin. Oily skin causes pores to clog and as a result, acne develops. Though oily skin has its own advantages such as it's less prone to aging, most people think of oily skin as liability because of its direct association with breakouts. But that's not the end of the world. If you have oily skin and are suffering from acne or blackheads, there are steps you can take that are likely to help improve your condition.

The excess oil released by overactive oil glands onto the skin must be removed regularly or the pores will get clogged and acne will develop. Therefore, people with oily skin are advised to cleanse their face twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Some might think the more often they cleanse, the less likely their pores will get clogged and as a result, less acne and a better skin. Unfortunately, that's not the way the oil gland works. Excessive cleansing will make the skin dry and trigger the oil glands to work harder to replenish the loss oil, causing the skin to be oilier than before. So don't cleanse more than twice a day or it will cause more harm than good.

After cleansing, apply toner to the skin to remove those last traces of makeup from your skin.
Toner also helps reduce the size of pores though that's not its primary function, which is one of the most common misconceptions about toner. To apply toner, simple add a generous amount of toner to a cotton ball, and sweep over your face and neck. Don't miss the crevices around the nose.

Some people believe that oily skin doesn't need moisturizing because the skin is already producing excess oil. The fact is that without adequate hydration, the skin will produce even more oil to compensate. What you should do instead is use oil-free moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and your oil glands will become less active.

Also, drink more water to keep your skin hydrated. For healthy skin, drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Water also helps flush out toxins.

Why Men Need Elite Eye Serum
By Tanner O'Callahan

There are three main ingredients which are used to effectively reduce the wrinkles and lines that can occur around the eyes as we age, these include; Argireline, Haloxyl and Hyaluronic acid. These ingredients work together to reduce lines, tighten and tone the skin and decrease puffiness, redness and even under eye circles which can plague some men.

Argireline is the first effective ingredient in which men can take advantage of to increase their chances of maintaining younger looking skin. This has been dubbed one of the best alternatives to Botox, therefore, men feel safe using the product which is non-invasive and can be easily used within the privacy and comfort of their own home. In as little as three days, men can see a thirty percent increase in the depth of the wrinkles and lines which are present in the skin.

This quick acting product also contains two other effective ingredients which are used to reduce wrinkles in the skin. Haloxyl has the ability to reduce the amount of fluid that is found in the skin, mainly under the eyes as we sleep. With the reduction of fluids within the skin, we can also see a reduction in swelling - leading to brighter and more youthful looking skin, immediately after the compound has been applied to the skin. This is a great ingredient for men seeking a pick-me-up for their skin, instantly after applying. Hyaluronic acid promotes the ability of the skin to absorb moisture. Hyaluronic acid increases the moisture levels and can also increase circulation within the skin, leading to plump appearing skin causing wrinkles to disappear.

Many men are unaware of the skin care routine which should be completed in order to maintain the youthful look of healthy skin. Through this routine, there should be products included that can help to offset wrinkles and even prevent wrinkles in the future.

With such an easy product to use, Men everywhere are taking advantage of Elite Serum to decrease the effects that aging has had on their skin. Elite serum not only helps to prevent future damage, but can help to offset the damage that may have already occurred within the eye are and the fine lines that may have appeared through the face.

Men everywhere should begin to use this product, which is one of the most effective on the market and can reduce the instances of wrinkles that may appear on the skin. Although many men are beginning to search for products that can be used to preserve the skin, searching is no longer necessary! Making use of these products can allow men to have the most youthful appearing skin, with little to no skin care regimen.

The author reviews eye creams, and is intrigued at the solid ingredient list that Elite Serum has in their award-winning eye serum.

Top Rated Eye Cream - What's the Secret?
By Karen A Graham

Top rated eye cream is an area of growth within the skin care industry. Probably the main reason for this is because the eyes are the most viewed feature on a person's face. It is also a known fact that the skin surrounding the eyes is very thin and therefore is one of the first places where wrinkles appear.

Every major brand of skin care carries a special lotion or cream to target this sensitive area and there have been reviews rating how well some of these products have been doing in reducing the look of wrinkles around this area of thin skin.

My questions to the results of these reviews for top rated eye cream are.

1) Are these products safe?
2) Do they contain any nasty artificial chemicals?
3) Are their bio active ingredients at high enough levels to continually make a difference to the appearance of wrinkles?

To answer my first question is if you are unable to decipher the labels of these products then you need to go to specific independent websites that list only accredited, inspected manufacturers of safe cosmetics and skin care products.

The well known brands all tend to contain ingredients that are not safe. Many of these safety issues are about preservatives and aromas. The thing about scents is that they are made up of many different chemicals, some of which are toxic, and because they do not have to state which chemicals are used individually you do not know what toxicity is in it.

Another selling feature of specialized skin care is bio-active extracts. It has been found though that most of the products only contain minute amounts of these ingredients. In fact most only contain enough the minimum just so that they fall within the rules to be mentioned on the label.

I have found the most amazing eye cream last year and since that time I have used it every day. Basically it contains no artificial ingredients, is highly effective, definitely not toxic and is made with very high levels of bio-active plant extracts.

It has made a huge difference to the lines around my eyes and it is something that I recommend to everyone. It is very liquid like, light and is easily absorbed into the skin around the eyes. It doesn't contain any scents and is guaranteed to be 100% safe.

If you would like more information about this top rated eye cream and what it is made of that makes it so fantastic then visit my website http://www.clean-skin-site.com/ today.

How to Choose the Best Skin Creme For Men
By Haley Hensley

Men, if you're looking for skincare products to treat your skin, you must know that you require slightly different products than women. Your skin is tougher, and while similar to women's skin, it has a few differences. The best skin creme for men will be specifically formulated to address these issues.

It's for this reason that companies have developed separate lines of male skin products. They recognize that men require higher concentrations of ingredients to have any beneficial effect on their skin.

So, don't just pick up any regular product and think that it will work just fine for you. Most skincare products are developed with women in mind, because until recent years, there wasn't much demand for male skin products.

Also keep in mind when you're shopping that there's a lot to know about anti-aging skincare products, and most of the ones on the shelves hardly work at all. Many companies use cheap and ineffective synthetic ingredients that don't agree well with the skin. Our skin, men's or women's, accepts natural and botanical ingredients much better than synthetic ingredients.

So, in addition to checking what types of ingredients are in the product, you must also keep in mind that the best skin creme for men will address the three core reasons that the skin ages.

The reasons are:
1) Loss of collagen and elastin
2) Declining levels of hyaluronic acid
3) Destruction to tissues done by free radicals

In each of these scenarios, the structural support of the skin - the skin's matrix - is affected. When we're younger, we have a very healthy and strong matrix. But over time, normal wear-and-tear and free radical damage take their toll on the matrix. As damage occurs, the matrix loses strength, and fine lines and wrinkles form.

To reverse fine lines and wrinkles, the body must repair the skin's matrix. And in order to repair the skin's matrix, it must have an ample supply of essential proteins, like collagen and elastin. Unfortunately, the older we are, the less of these proteins the body produces, so it's necessary to use products to restore these to our skin. This is what the best skin crème for men should do. To learn more about what ingredients male skin products should contain to restore essential proteins to our skin, please visit my website listed below.

Skin Care For Men - The Beginning
By Laza Marius

It used to be, not that long ago, that skincare products were exclusively the domain of women. It's obvious they're a little more careful with their skin than men are since they don't relish the idea of waking up in the morning with sliding a blade to their face and then dousing it with scented alcohol. The skin care for men industry has finally started to grow in proportion.

In recent times, thanks to various male celebrities that like to take care of their skin, the industry of skin care for men has seen a veritable boom and men are starting to take their skin much more seriously.

It is true that women generally have much softer and more sensitive skin than men do, it's only natural for it to be like that, however when it comes to what men and women do to their faces we're in two different leagues.

Whilst women take care and do things to beautify their faces, men tend to treat their faces like tanning leather, and you'll never know what effect daily shaving will have on your skin till you reach a certain age.

However that is mostly in the past now and men are looking for products to protect their skin and a whole industry of skin care for men has spawned from that which usually dealt with women's needs.

When considering skin care for men products, what one should look for are basically the same things that a woman would, namely products that are made with natural and well established ingredients because considering the amount of battery our skin takes from the outside elements, both the natural and man-made ones, it really wouldn't be making it a favor if you were using something made with cheap chemicals.

One needs to look for products that contain ingredients such as Wakame, which is a special type of kelp that originally came from Japan where it has been cultivated and used for several centuries for its ability to give skin a much more youthful look. With such a product, you can be sure that even the toughest skin type will eventually get softer.
