How to eliminate stretch marks is very simple and can be done without spending much money. Stretch marks can occur on the stomach, hip, and breasts but you don't have to live with them. I had this skin problem and here are some methods and techniques I used to get rid of them on my butt.
I think natural remedies for stretch marks tend to be the best solutions when it comes to things like this. I don't like putting commercial chemicals in my body all that much. I used Vitamin E massage oil to rub on my butt, I did this everyday in the morning and before I went to sleep.
You can also try cocoa butter which has some success in removing these stubborn skin problems. You also have to exercise and depending where your stretch marks are that is where you will want to focus your exercise routine, but exercising your entire body won't hurt you either.
Another method I found useful was applying 100% pure milk oil on my problem areas. I didn't have any at the time so I had to look for it and buy it but it was worth the effort. Whatever method you do stick with it because eventually you will start seeing the results and in most cases you will notice the stretch marks will fade away and become less noticeable. While I didn't try it coffee grounds are proven to work also so I would give that a try. To eliminate stretch marks on your body if you don't see results right away be patient and don't get frustrated because I didn't like mine and I did something about it.
