I wanted to talk to you about getting rid of cold sores. A lot of people don't understand this, but a cold sore is actually created from the same virus as herpes. The virus is a very unique one and it is incurable. Normally when our body gets a virus, it will create antibodies to fight it. The way this is down is destroying the cells the virus has infected, but it's different with this virus. This virus will hide in the nerve cells, which the antibodies won't destroy. The virus will lay dormant in your body until there is a good time for it to come out. I'm going to talk to you about getting rid of cold sores.
I think the most important part of doing this is by keeping the cold sore as clean as possible. You're going to experience a phase where the cold sore breaks open and starts oozing out liquid. This liquid is actually the virus. Millions of the virus and it can easily spread. You have to keep it very clean. You should be washing your hands on a regular basis and every time you touch the cold sore. The more it spreads, the longer you're going to be stuck with cold sores.
Another big part of getting rid of cold sores is not aggravating it with cosmetic items. Having a big cold sore on your lip isn't exactly the most attractive thing and some people might put cosmetic items on their lip to hide it. You're only aggravating it and making it worse.
