Organic Skin Care - Learn How to Recognize It
By Chonticha Marijne
If you're like most men and women, you don't like to put a bunch of chemicals on your face. However, it's often difficult to know which products are best at promoting healthy skin, as well as those products designed to reduce signs of aging, wrinkles, or to reduce darkness of freckles, melasma and scars. Many people these days are opting to go organic when it comes to their skin care needs, but just what does that mean?
Organic skin care, also known as natural skin care, is becoming more popular as people around the world are growing more aware of environmental and animal issues. However, the use of the words 'natural' or 'organic' basically mean that the ingredients of any specific skin care product is created from natural ingredients. This doesn't mean that the product that you choose can be considered natural by the time it reaches the store shelves, as often, chemicals and manufacturing processing has turned that formerly natural product into a something else entirely.
When you see ingredients listed on labels such as 'derived' from aloe vera or 'derived' from rose oil, or some such, that doesn't mean that no chemicals or additives have been added or created from the manufacturing process. In order to determine if any product, whether it's skin care, shampoo, foods or drinks are truly organic, they should have some sort of guarantee on the label that designates them as such. You should not be able to find any chemical names or terms in the ingredient label.
Always make sure to read the first few listed ingredients for any so-called organic skin care product, which usually make up the bulk of that product, whether it's a cream, lotion, paste or oil. An easy rule of thumb to follow is that if you can't pronounce the names of the listed ingredients, you may want to put that item back on the shelf.
When it comes to skin care, it's important to know what you're offering your skin cells. If you want moisture, or antiaging or anti wrinkle effects, you have to know the basics of skin care products. Retin and Vitamin A as well as Vitamin E are necessary for any beneficial anti wrinkle or line products to work. You don't have to be an expert in biology or chemistry to make a wise choice. Look around, ask around and check basic ingredients on the Internet or get a book on natural vitamins and herbs that are found in common foods, especially those found in fruits and vegetables.
Searching for a natural skin care product is not as easy as walking into the local natural food or health store and grabbing a bottle off the shelf. While this may seem the logical place to start, the consumer must always be aware of false advertising and take the time to read labels, ask questions, and if in doubt, put that item back on the shelf until you learn more about it. After all, it's your skin.

DermaTend Mole Removal Remedy Wins Over Laser Mole Surgery
By Zane Durant
If you have moles on your body, you may be considering having them removed. Here are some quick facts about skin moles and what is entailed when removing moles from your body.
Moles are made up of abnormal skin cells; the average mole is not cancerous. Another type of mole, a congenital moles -- are moles that are present at birth. These congenital moles can vary in size some as small as 1/4 inch to some that cover almost the entire body of the child. These large (nevi) moles vary in size, in shape, in color, texture, and also hairiness. Some of these moles are colored reddish-tan; others mole are almost black. Most of them are shades of brown. Some of these congenital moles have fine downy hair; others have long, thick, darker hair. Giant congenital nevi involving much of the body are less common, possibly around one in every 200,000 to 500,000 births.
Removing moles usually requires a doctor to cut the mole at the base with a sharp scalpel. The mole is removed from the skin in this outpatient procedure, only a few stitches are required. Removing moles in this manner causes scarring so it was passed over some 20 years ago when laser removal was adapted for dermatology.
Laser removal was very popular in the U.S. until the cost of the procedure broke the $300.00 mark. Laser mole removal has less of a chance of scarring than removal with a scalpel, but most doctors will not guarantee a scar free result. Now an old remedy (used by Native Americans) for removing moles, skin tags and warts is now being hailed, 'even by dermatologist's', as the best way to remove moles from the skin. This natural mole removal remedy, DermaTend has replaced the laser for more than 20,000 patients a month. Hana, Hawaii Dermatologist, Dr. Makai said, 'DermaTend and its natural 'bloodroot' medicine has the most unique properties. It removes bad skin cells naturally without the use of a scalpel or laser light' -- it is also is used for removing genital warts, skin tags, and athlete's foot. DermaTend is available online at discount prices.
Skin cancer, like melanoma, and basil cell, affects more than a million people each year in America alone, worldwide it is estimated that 10 million new cases appear each year. Experts say more than one in 5 Americans will get skin cancer in the course of a lifetime... that adds up; by 2010, 'Melanoma' is projected to rise to one in 50 Americans. The incidence of this melanoma type of skin cancer, the deadliest form of skin cancer, is rising faster than that of any other form of cancer. One person dies every hour from skin cancer, primarily the melanoma type of skin cancer. Here is one stat that is shocking. There are more new cases of skin cancer each year than the combined incidence of cancers of the prostate, breast, lung, and colon. The only bright light in the tunnel is, 'most of the things that pop up on our bodies as we age; the moles, the skin tags, etc are nothing to worry about, and they can be removed with natural mole removers or laser surgery.'
American Skin Cancer Information Network says 'more than 90 percent of all skin cancers are caused by 'sun exposure', yet most people still use no form of sun protection; less than 33 percent of adults, adolescents, and children routinely use sun protection.' The majority of people diagnosed with the melanoma form of skin cancer are 'White Men over age 50.' Skin cancer is the #1 cancer that hits men over age 50, way ahead of prostate, lung and colon cancer. Middle-aged and older men have the poorest track record for performing monthly skin self exams or regularly visiting a dermatologist. They are also the least likely individual to detect a melanoma in its early stages. While this type of skin cancer is uncommon in African-Americans, Asians, and Latinos, it is most deadly for these populations.
Melanoma also kills more young women under the age of 40 than any other cancer. In the past thirty years, skin cancer has tripled in women in America. The incidence of melanoma is increasing so rapidly in women that it is now the most common cancer in young women aged 25-29, and second only to breast cancer in women aged 30-34. New research out on skin cancer and its causes revealed that one type of ray - the 'UVA' causes more genetic damage than the other 'UVB' rays. These UVB rays harm skin cells where most skin cancers arise - the keratinocytes in the basal layer of the epidermis. The UVB rays tend to cause damage in more superficial epidermal layers. Dr. Makai recommends 'If all you have is a mole, skin tag or wart, you can have your doctor remove it with a scalpel or laser; or it can also be easily be removed with all natural DermaTend Mole Remover

Beautiful Skin - Six Simple Steps
By Carol Stack
How would you like to look thirty-five years old when you are fifty? Is it possible? Sure it is, if you take care of yourself when you are young.
But what if you are already forty or fifty? Is it too late? It depends a lot on how well you have been taking care of your body up until now. But it will not hurt to slow the aging process whatever age you are by following these six simple anti-aging steps.
These six steps do not require any large amount of money or a great deal of time. Each is very easy to do and does not involve any foul-smelling creams or ointments. Anyone can follow these steps and see improvement in their health and looks.
First and probably most important is to eat right. If you are tired of hearing this, too bad. You are going to hear it again. Eating right is more important than most people realize to have beautiful skin. The food we put into our systems either heals our body or destroys it.
What foods are best for any anti-aging benefits? Fruits, vegetables, nuts, dried fruits, spices and cereals top the list. The very best from each category are berries, beans, hazelnuts and walnuts. If you can eat these foods every day your body will reward you with increased energy and healthy skin.
The second step is to minimize the time you spend in the sun. It is very important to protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun which can damage your skin and make it tough and wrinkled years ahead of time.
When you go outside be sure to use a makeup that has sunscreen in it. If you are going to be outside for awhile, use a sunscreen. The number on the sunscreen indicates the length of time it will protect your skin.
The third step for beautiful skin is to not smoke. If you don’t smoke now, be sure you don’t start. If you already smoke, quit. Smoking cigarettes is bad for your insides and bad for your skin.
The fourth step to having young and healthy skin is to take high quality vitamins and minerals, especially Omega-3 and antioxidants. Whether you get the Omega-3 in fish oil, flax oil, or any other way, it is one of the most important supplements your body needs.
Antioxidants fight the things called “free radicals” that are in your body attacking your healthy cells. That is actually what causes aging. So the antioxidants you get from your food (especially berries, beans and nuts) and from supplements helps your body destroy those free radicals, which leads to better health, more energy, and slower aging.
The fifth step is daily exercise. The best type of exercise is about thirty minutes of light aerobics, walking, or swimming. There is no need for a heavy workout. This light exercise, done daily, will greatly improve your energy level and help your body feel younger.
The sixth and final step is perhaps the most difficult for many people: To get a good sleep every night. Our lives are so full that many of us find it very hard to get to sleep before midnight. Then the alarm goes off at six in the morning and another full day with too many activities has started again.
This is terrible for your skin (and for your whole system). Our bodies need about eight hours of sleep every night. If you need to reduce the number of activities you are involved in, examine what could be eliminated from your schedule.
These six steps are not hard, but they might require a major shift in lifestyle. However, this shift will be worth it years from now when your skin looks and feels years younger than your peers' who continued to eat fast foods, did not exercise, and grabbed a few hours of sleep each night. Beautiful skin will result from these six simple steps.

Pregnancy Stretch Marks - What Can Be Done About Them?
By Judy Wellsworth
The matter of stretch marks is something that almost always concerns a woman at the onset of pregnancy. With a multitude of other concerns such as fatigue, nausea and body aches and pains, stretch marks is something that just comes with being pregnant.
It becomes particularly difficult since in these times, society in general idealizes a perfect physique in a woman. This is a challenge for women to tackle, although you must know that not all women will have stretch marks from pregnancy. In the event that you're one of the unfortunate ones, there are still many ways you can alleviate their effects.
Over three quarters of expectant women are affected by stretch marks. They may appear on your abdominal area, waist, buttocks, chest, waistline, and upper thighs. The most common area where stretch marks appear is around the tummy and abdomen, where the most distension is experienced during pregnancy.
There are several things you can do to prevent pregnancy stretch marks. You may use creams made particularly to help avoid unsightly stretch marks. You may wear a good quality full support brassiere to prevent the appearance of stretch marks on your chest area and breasts.
You could also make use of a loofah or brush on your body to scrub particular zones of the body which are prone to stretch marks. Stretch marks are so common in pregnancy due to the sudden gain in weight most women undergo. Thus, if you endeavor to stay away from putting on too much pounds, you might succeed in avoiding stretch marks for good.
Expectedly, however, no tips are 100% guaranteed to work as people have different physiologies. Some methods may work wonderfully for some and not have the slightest effect in others. On the bright side though, you should at least be able to decrease their severity.
If ever you do get some pregnancy stretch marks, do not feel hopeless. First and foremost, you should cherish the happiness that comes with your new baby. Of course, you would also wish to avoid stretch marks, but there is a host of resources within reach to assist you. Have a talk with your doctor or pharmacist.
If you do not prefer to do so at this time, you may try to do some research over the World Wide Web and surely you will come across several ideas to aid you in significantly alleviating the effect of pregnancy stretch marks on your appearance, if not preventing them altogether.

Sun Burn Remedies
By Peter Salazar
Over-exposure to the UV rays usually results in skin damage of different forms: blisters, redness, swelling, but you may also feel dizziness and nausea as well. Severity of the sun burn varies from superficial to deep tissue injuries, being incredibly painful and uncomfortable. If the sun burn has caused blisters and swelling, you must see a dermatologist and follow his / her advice closely, as the risk of infections is quite high. There are a few natural remedies to use in order to alleviate the burning or itching sensation, on condition that you wear loose cotton clothes.
The skin affected by sun burn needs some regeneration and cooling agents: coconut oil, sandalwood oil and olive oil are all great when it comes to alleviating the discomfort of superficially damaged tissue. Coconut oil is a great skin moisturizer containing a high level of organic minerals; without any side effects, it should be applied on skin before and after showers, protecting the sun burnt tissue. Make sure to use very soft towels, and never rub the skin after intense sun exposure, or you’ll worsen the condition. Olive oil is used similarly but you can combine it with a teaspoonful of vinegar.
If the skin condition is pretty bad, sandalwood oil may just be the solution. Used topically, it is one of the most efficient antiseptics due to the great antimicrobial properties of its main component: santalol. Using sandalwood oil on sun burnt skin will eliminate the risk of skin infections as all the unfriendly bacteria will be destroyed by santalol exposure. In case of sun burn you may also turn to another great moisturizer with great healing properties: the aloe vera gel available in a variety of concentrations.
Studies show that the sap of aloe vera reduces skin swelling and pain; therefore it will have a great soothing effect on sun-damaged skin. Responsible for the improvement of the tissue condition is the inner leaf gel that has great healing properties. Mention should be made that aloe vera should not be used topically as a form of UV protection, as it does not prevent radiation injuries. It only regenerates dry or slightly wounded skin, by stimulating the natural process of the cell growth.

When Is A Sunblock Not A Sunblock
By
Nicola CarrUV sun protection products have been hot discussion item over the past few years as consumer protection bodies have introduced measures to ensure that information regarding sun screens and sun blocks are clarified.
The difference is in the way they work and the type of UV protection they provide.
Sunblocks - stop UV rays penetrating the skin by adding a layer on the skin surface.
Sunscreens - penetrate to deep layers of the skin and reflect harmful rays.
The key to selecting an effective sun protection product is to understand the ingredients in the products, and how they work based on the activities you engage in.
There are two types of UV that harm your skin:
UVA - damages the inner layers of the skin and causes wrinkles and lines, and skin cancer.
UVB - the most damaging radiation, burns the skin and damages the skin cell DNA, resulting in long term skin disease . Most sunscreens protect from UVA damage, but only broad spectrum sunscreens protect both from UVA and UVB. These are the ones to look for.
Previously, those products that protected from both UVA and UVB were referred to as 'Sunblocks'; and those that protected the skin from UVA, referred to as 'Sunscreens'.
Many consumer bodies around the world are now banning manufacturers from referring to their broad spectrum sun protection products as sun blocks, unless they work in the manner as outlined above.
This has just added confusion to the market for consumers - hence the need to fully understand the ingredients in the products.
UV Sunscreen Ingredients
Overall you are aiming to use a sun protection product that:
Blocks both UVA and UVB for at least 2 hours
Is waterproof - if required
Does not irritate the skin - especially if you have sensitive skin
Maintains its effectiveness for the duration
Is easy to apply and does not stain clothing.Key ingredients include:
Anthelios - SX
Avobenzone
HelioplexSo next time you slip, slop, slap, take a minute to read the label and ensure you are getting all the sun protection you thought you were.

Organic Skin Care - Nothing Nasty For Your Skin Ever Again With Organic Skin Care Products
By Martin Haworth
Many traditional as well as global manufacturers now have a complete line of organic skin care products. They are effective for cleansing, moisturizing and treating your skin perfectly and in a way that is most likely to be healthy and natural.
You can find them in many stores, pharmacies, specialist businesses with organic skin care products as their unique selling point, with trained people who can advise you well.
You can also find, often exclusively, organic skin care products not available elsewhere, at spas which are designed specially to pamper and give you quite an experience too.
Organic skin care products are natural and as part of the description, completely pure from artificial contamination, so user can feel assured that they are only giving their skin the very best, natural treatment.
With skincare treatment so popular these days, organic skin care products are often premium priced, though as the market expands, they are becoming available at mid-prices as well.
To be assured of quality and the organic components, ingredients are sourced form accredited suppliers. They may be taken straight from known farms and supplied freshly and refrigerated, for the most exclusive products, to ensure the purity of the products.
Just because they are organic, it does not mean they are any the less safe to use. Great efforts are made to ensure purity as well as safety, using traditional and the most modern of technical methods. In fact they are even more likely to be the purest, as no artificial preservatives are allowed. Strict rules usually ensure that safety if of prime importance
Every good skin care routine begins with a thorough cleansing, and many of the organic skin care cleansers are very effective. Interestingly, organic lends itself to cleansing well, with dozens of ingredients culled from remedies from the past.
It's amazing, and possibly surprising, how well known some of the ingredients in organic skin care products would be to you. Yoghurts, fruits, plant extracts and honey are often used, with proven efficacy down the ages.
Indeed, it's quite an irony that, with all the modern possibilities available now, that organic skin care products used for centuries (or longer!), are now the favored type of ingredients to put on your skin.
There is little reason nowadays not to use organic skin care products. Prices are within reach of almost everyone and there is little doubt, keeping nasty artificial ingredients off your skin and out of your body, must be a good thing.

How About Some Coffee With Your Skin Care?
By Robert Knechtel
Coffee and skin care? It might surprise you to learn that in 2006 in the United States over 140 skin care products containing caffeine were launched compared to just 21 in 2003.
Coffee had a hard time of it in the 20th century while the U.S. Food and Drug Administration waffled over whether it was good or bad for you. As we move solidly into the 21st century, more indications of coffee's beneficial properties are surfacing, and nowhere is that more evident than in the lucrative skin care market.
Primarily, coffee and caffeine are finding their way into skin lotions and creams because of antioxidant properties and tightening and firming qualities. Caffeine applied to the skin operates in three ways - as an antioxidant, a diuretic and a vasoconstrictor. Among others, Avon, Neuturogena and L'Oreal have included caffeine in some of their products.
For years, caffeine has been used in products sold to reduce cellulite. It's clear that caffeine dehydrates fat cells by somehow energizing them which in turn causes the sodium/potassium component of the cells to vacate. Consequently, water disappears as well. Bottom line - skin on buttocks and thighs becomes smoother.
Caffeine's vaso-constricting characteristic also makes it a favorite ingredient in eye gels for reducing puffiness and dark circles as well as tightening skin around the eyes. Of course, nothing eliminates cellulite or troubled skin around the eyes completely. The best you can hope for is noticeable improvement, perhaps only for a few hours.
With the explosion in coffee based skin products, it now is seen in body scrubs, face creams and fragrances. A number of products even smell like coffee and contain ground coffee intended as an exfoliate. Some purveyors have even gone so far as to suggest that the absorption of caffeine through the skin will yield the sort of alertness you can expect from drinking coffee.
Not so fast say the dermatologists. None of the products harbor concentrations sufficient to produce the jolt one might hope for from a cup of java. Moreover, absorption is through the skin slow, so it's questionable whether enough of coffee's stuff can penetrate to enhance alertness. Infusing the coffee aroma in products, is thought, on the other hand, to stimulate perkiness by association.
Some promising studies on mice suggest that the caffeine in coffee may kill off skin cancer cells on radiated animals. So far, the results appear promising, but cannot, as yet, be translated to humans. However, many sunscreens do contain caffeine since it has been shown to have some sun blocking effects.
A few folks are even suggesting that investment in expensive skin care potions is unnecessary. It's claimed that you can receive the same benefits by concocting your own home brewed coffee soaps and body scrubs from used coffee grounds. Formulas are even offered.
Hey, now you can shower with your espresso!

Nails Reflect Your Health
By
Janet MartinThe color and shape of your nails provide important clues to your health. This important diagnostic tool was recognized as early as the 5th century B.C. when the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates, known as “the Father of Medicine”, first described clubbing as a symptom of disease.
Like a tongue or eye examination, a nail inspection is a reflection of the inner workings of the body and gives us a great deal of information about a person’s condition. That’s why you should look at your nails regularly and be wary of any changes you find there.
What are some of the conditions associated with certain nail changes? To give you an idea of what your nails can tell you, here’s a list of signs and symptoms and their possible causes courtesy of Somasin AFS, the safe, natural, and affordable alternative to traditional oral antifungal drugs. Somasin’s special herbal formula strengthens the immune system and penetrates the nail to stop stubborn fungal infections in just seven days. For more information, visit

-Thinning nails and itchy skin – can result from lichen planus, an inflammatory skin disease characterized by rows of itchy lesions on the arms and legs.
Changes in shape and texture:
-Clubbing (nails that curve down around the fingertips with nail beds that bulge) – means lack of oxygen or lung, heart or liver disease.
-Spooning or koilonychias (nails that grow upwards) - is caused by iron or vitamin B12 deficiency.
-Other possible causes are trauma, constant exposure to petroleum-based solvents, glaucoma, and lupus erythematosus, an inflammatory disease that leads to swollen, painful joints, skin rash, extreme fatigue, and kidney damage.
-Flatness – is a sign of a vitamin B12 deficiency or Raynaud's disease (a disorder of the blood vessels that causes your fingers, toes, and ears to feel numb and cool in response to cold temperatures or stress).
-Pitting – may be due to psoriasis, Reiter’s syndrome (a venereal disease that leads to arthritis and the inflammation of the urinary tract) or sarcoidosis (an inflammatory disease that starts in the lungs and can affect any organ in the body).
Changes in the color of the nail bed:
-White lines across the nail - indicate heart or liver disease or a history of a recent high fever.
-Opaque white nails with a dark band at the fingertip – may be due to cancer, cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and aging.
-Paleness or whitening – may be caused by liver or kidney disease and anemia.
-Brown or copper nail beds – may result from arsenic or copper poisoning, and a fungal infection.
-Grey nail beds - are associated with arthritis, edema, malnutrition, glaucoma and cardio-pulmonary disease.

Costs Of Different House Humidifiers
By Maria Dsouza
$20 – $80 range: these will generally be the table top variety of house humidifiers. Not only are they cheap but also less expensive to maintain. The only downside is that it requires more monitoring of sufficient quantity of water inside the humidifier. House humidifiers within this price range are Wet wick and warm air table top humidifiers. The wet wick humidifier uses a fan to blow air over a wet wick which then gets releases as a cool vapour. The warm air humidifier heats the water into vapour which then releases into the room. The warm air humidifier will however make the air around feel heavy to breathe into. Hydrate Yourself With Water For Eczema Relief
By Evelyn Lim
Eczema skin is normally dry and irritated. Dry skin can be an indication that you have not been drinking enough water. Eczema relief can be achieved with moisturized skin that is not cracked and less irritable. Other than using topical creams for external applications, moisturization via hydration with water can also take place from internally.
You cannot do without water. Your body is made up of a large 70% water. You need to constantly flush your system with water. If your body gets dehydrated, it will pull water from other parts. That means that some of your blood vessels close and the rest of your body has to work harder to make up the difference. The consequence include problems like high blood pressure, heart disease, eczema, liver problems and, especially, kidney problems.
Your kidneys, with the assistance from your liver and urinary tract, serve one major purpose. They flush toxins out of your system. They take fluids within your body and separate them into good fluids and bad fluids. The kidneys take the good fluids and, through vaporization, send them back into the blood. Then they take the bad fluids for processing and to be passed out from your body as urine. To ensure that your kidney continues to function in an efficient manner, you need a constant flow of water . As you become dehydrated, blood flow to the kidneys becomes slower and toxins tend to stay in your system for a longer period of time. You cannot get eczema relief as your skin becomes dry, scaly or cracked.
When toxins accumulate, they start to crystallize and turn into kidney stones. Kidney stones can cause you plenty of pain and also add to the build up of toxins that you already have, if you are dehydrated. The stones can cause an obstruction when they block the exit from the kidneys, much like if you were plugging a drain to fill up a bath tub. Toxins then back up and fill the kidneys. This can cause your kidneys to stop functioning completely.
Generally, an average adult needs to drink anywhere from 48 to 64 ounces of water per day. However, other factors can also affect the amount that you require. For instance, if you live in a warm climate, you may tend to dehydrate faster as more liquids pass out as sweat through your skin pores.
Do also note that a lot of drinks are actually processed by your body as foods, rather than liquids. So, liquids like tea, coffee, alcohol or soft drink do not count as water that you require for dehydrating your body. In fact, it is recommended that you cut back a bit on those beverages and drink more plain water.
If you fight dehydration, you should feel more mentally alert and can focus better. You get eczema relief when your skin beomes less dry and you are less prone to scratch it!

Nail Biting Can Lead To Fungal Infections
By Janet Martin
People who bite their nails are more likely to get a fungal nail infection than those who don’t. This is because nail biters often injure the cuticle or the skin surrounding the nail, creating numerous entry points for harmful fungi to invade the body.
New York dermatologists Drs. Herbert P. Goodheart of Mount Sinai Hospital and Hendrik Uyttendaele of Columbia University Medical Center said this bad habit should be avoided since the cuticle protects the nail and the skin from bacteria and other possible sources of infection. Once the fungus sets in, it can be difficult to remove and can eventually damage and disfigure your nails. Complications include pain when walking, typing, and writing.
“Nail-biting can cause your fingertips to be red and sore and your cuticles to bleed. Nail-biting also increases your risk for infections around your nail beds and in your mouth. Dental problems and infections of the gums can be caused by nail-biting. Long-term nail-biting can also interfere with normal nail growth and cause deformed nails,” warned WebMD.
Nail biting or onychophagia is a common response to stress, excitement, boredom, or inactivity that affects people of all ages. It is seen in about 50 percent of kids between the ages of 10 and 18 and in 23 percent of young adults aged 18 to 22. By age 30, most people stop biting their nails but 10 percent of men continue this habit.
Children may bite their nails in response to problems at home or at school. Others do it when they quit smoking. Some bite their nails without realizing it when they’re involved in other activities like reading, talking on the phone or watching television.
Famous nail biters include former US First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, singer Lisa Marie Presley, and English singer/songwriter Phil Collins. American writer and poet Dorothy Parker, known for her caustic wit and wisecracks, was also a nail biter as evidenced in her famous quote: “I'm never going to be famous. My name will never be writ large on the roster of Those Who Do Things. I don't do any thing. Not one single thing. I used to bite my nails, but I don't even do that any more.”
To stop nail biting, here are some quick tips from Somasin AFS, the safe and natural way to stop stubborn fungal nail infections and restore your nails’ healthy shine and luster:
* Keep your nails clean and trimmed. Get a regular manicure but choose a clean nail salon or bring your own instruments if possible. Better still, carry a nail clipper with you always. If your nails look good, you’re less likely to ruin them.
* Keep your hands busy when you’re on the phone or watching TV. Try doodling or hold on to the remote control. Squeezing on a stress ball, silly putty or clay can also draw your attention away from your nails.
* Chew on something else. Keep a pack of gum or mints handy to chew on when you feel the urge to bite your nails.
* Paint a bitter-tasting polish on your nails. The awful taste will remind you to stop every time you start to bite your nails.
Unlike other oral antifungal drugs, Somasin’s twin approach strengthens your immune system and effectively eliminates nail fungi in just seven days.

How To Get Rid Of Stretch Marks
By Emily Watson
How to get rid of stretch marks is one of the most often asked questions. The options available for treating stretch marks or striae are diverse.
The causes of stretch marks are due to the stretching of the skin, which comes from pregnancy, fast weight gain and sometimes in adolescents.
Depending on the individual situation lets look at the options for stretch mark treatment:
1. Pregnancy: It is important to eat a well balanced diet during the term of the pregnancy and to avoid excess weight gain. The use of stretch mark creams and stretch mark oils can help reduce the chance of stretch marks, but it is important to use only pure oils such as cocoa butter that contains minerals that help improve the elasticity of the skin.
Vitamin E is an important force when it comes to learning how to get rid of stretch marks. Many foods already contain Vitamin E, Vitamin E and Vitamin C.
Vitamin A, for example, helps in the repair of damaged skin cells.
Skin care is an important part of the pregnancy and taking certain precautions can avoid the need to seek cosmetic surgery and other more evasive and expensive stretch mark treatments.
How to get rid of stretch marks is one of the most asked questions in maternity groups seeking advice on getting their bodies back to their previous condition. I advise on taking precautions as soon as possible to reduce the degree of stretch marks from skin stretching by a combination of healthy diet, avoiding fast weight gain and the use of stretch mark creams during the pregnancy.
However many women will suffer from stretch marks no matter what precautions are taken during the pregnancy and will have to seek treatment for removing the scars which can be in the form of stretch mark oils, natural remedies or in severe cases cosmetic surgery.
2. Excess Weight: Many males and females suffer from stretch marks as a result of fast weight gain, and many of the results obtained in the process of stretch mark removal stem from returning to a healthy diet that includes the essential nutrients that are required and to reduce the intake of fatty foods.
The return to eating less food and also healthier food combined with exercise will result in weight loss. This is the first step and depending on the seriousness of the problem the use of stretch mark oils may be required. Some people who have become obese may need laser treatment.
Remember to seek the best advice early and the need to need to resort to expensive treatments in the question of how to get rid of stretch marks can be reduced.

Benifits Of Green Tea Soap On The Skin
By Pam Raso
Green tea is from the same Camellia Sinsensis bush as black tea but undergo less processing then black tea, thus increasing the therapeutic goodness of the leaves. After the leaves have been picked they are allowed to dry naturally then heat-treated to prevent the absorption of oxygen. This gives the tea it light green to yellow colour
Green Tea soap is the ideal way to start your day as it contains two very important things. First it contains Caffeine to start your day with a boost. It is said that the skin can absorb caffeine, to give your body the boost some people need in the mornings. The second thing is the free radicals called ECGC that Green Tea contains. These help eliminate wrinkles and the signs of aging. The anti oxidate found in green tea is said to be more than 20 times that in vitamin C and 200 times more than in vitamin E. Green tea has also been proven to help fight minor wounds.
A study at the Medical College in Georgia found that Green tea had the ability to repair some dying skin cells and thus may help suffers of Psoriasis and help fight some tumours
Both animal and human studies have credibly demonstrated that topical green tea formulations reduce sun damage. Green tea appears to exert sun damage protection by quenching free radicals and reducing inflammation rather than by blocking UV rays. Therefore, green tea may synergistically enhance sun protection when used in addition to a sunscreen.
So using Green Tea Soap every day then applying a good sunscreen should help to protect your skin from the harmful effects of the suns rays. Herbalteaslive organic soap is safe for all skin types and should be used every day to help prevent wrinkles and aging
While some cosmetics claiming the benefits of green tea contain little or no green tea our soap contains real organic green tea in the form of organic tea and leaves. Also our organic green tea soap does not contain lye or animal products and is free of animal testing.
My name is Pam Raso and I am one owner of http://www.herbalteaslive.com We are retailer and wholesalers of organic products My sister and I started this web site for 2 main reasons: 1 we believe in organic and trying to walk lightly on the planet 2 I have a life long interest in this herbal and there benefits. As both I us have be tea drinkers since childhood we decided to take our knowledge and devolop it into our web site.

How can you take care of your type of skin that will keep it looking healthy? Our skin is the biggest organ we have and it serves as a protective barrier against bacteria and other invaders. As we age our skin loses it elasticity it gets thinner and sorry to say it will start to show a few fine line wrinkles around our eyes and mouth.
How does our skin age?
Every person, man woman and child have a protein in our products called collagen. It is responsible for keeping our skin supple, elastic and youthful. As we grow older, our body produces less collagen its just a natural fact. Skin ages at a different rate all over our bodies but it starts to show up the earliest in our faces and our hands.
Did you know that the single most effective way to prevent premature skin from again is to stay out of the sun? Its time now before you get one day older to start taking better care of your skin. Start by eating foods that are rich in vitamins A, C and E as well a beta-carotene and selenium and zinc. These nutrients help to fight off free radicals in the body and you can take supplements if what you eat doesn’t give you enough of these nutrients.
Other dietary habits we have that work on making our skin mature sooner is drinking tea, coffee, alcohol as well as too much sugar and saturated fats. Carrying for your skin from the inside out is extremely important. Drink fresh vegetable drinks and fruit drinks to help bring out that inner glow. As well as don’t forget to drink lots of water, start eating right if you don’t already, wear your sunscreen and your skin will stay younger looking longer just by following these simple steps for daily skincare. Start taking good care of your skin, realize you can't replace it!

Soothing Remedies - Treating Sunburn
By Tonia Jordan
A recent trip to the beach, involving unevenly applied sun block, left me with red, itchy skin. After researching remedies for sunburn on the internet, and asking friends and family about their own cures, I thought I’d share some of what I’ve found.
There are so many different home remedies that I’m sure one of these will include ingredients already owned, and you won’t have to go out and buy a lot of materials to soothe your burning skin.
First and foremost, easy ways to avoid sunburn include avoiding direct sunlight (between 10am and 4pm, when the sun’s rays are strongest), and applying sun block. It is very important to apply sun block evenly, covering any exposed skin. Failure to do so can result in sunburn and funny looking tan lines.
Sunburn is far more detrimental than the irritating itch and heat. The damage done by the sun’s harmful rays are permanent and can lead to skin damage, even cancer. So it is very important to avoid sunburn and absorption of the sun’s rays.
Sunburns do happen, though, and there are many easy ways to treat it effectively, providing relief to your skin. These remedies cool down the affected areas as well as prevent peeling of the skin.
Apply cold water pads on the burn. A mixture of vinegar, ice and water work very well to take the heat out and provide relief. You can also put some vinegar on a cotton ball and apply it to the affected area. A mixture of baking soda and cold water work in the same way.
Mix instant mashed potato mix with crushed ice for instant relief.
Vitamin E supplements, aloe vera, and preparation H help in soothing burned skin, in speeding up the healing process, and in preventing peeled skin.
Lavender oil and yogurt also help treat the pain of sunburn.
A mixture of 2 teaspoons of tomato juice and 4 tablespoons of buttermilk can be applied to the skin. Leave this on for about 30 minutes and rinse off. A mixture of 2 teaspoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of vinegar can be used in the same way.
If you have a live aloe plant, use the pulp from a stalk to soothe sunburn, as well as slices of cucumber.
One of the best remedies involves a black tea compress. Brew several tea bags in hot water. Add cold water until tea mixture is warm Either place tea bags over affected area, or soak material in mixture and place over sunburned areas. Leave on for about 30 minutes. According to my research, the tannic acid in the tea draws the burn out of the skin, and can help drastically reduce the redness and pain of sunburn. There are a few other important notes concerning those affected by sunburn. It’s important to drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, and if you notice blisters, experience nausea or fever or feel faint, you should seek a doctor immediately as these may be signs of sun poisoning or severe sunburn which require medical attention.

Keep Your Skin Healthy And Youthful
By Jay Brachfeld, M.D.
Let's face it, who doesn't want to look young forever? No one likes the idea of wrinkling, sagging skin riddled with age spots. We'd rather be beautiful for as long as we possibly can.
And that's a lot longer than you might think… if you take good care of your skin.
When it comes to premature skin aging, there are two big culprits—overexposure to the sun and smoking. Now I absolutely recommend that you avoid smoking or take steps to stop if you do smoke.
Smoking damages the collagen that supports the skin and keeps it smooth. The more your skin is exposed to cigarette smoke, the more prone it is to wrinkle and look loose. Cigarette smoke also can make your skin look yellow and leathery.
When it comes to sun exposure, the solution is almost as straightforward. First let me state that some sun exposure is healthy and won't damage your skin. The sun is a great source of vitamin D, which promotes good overall health, including healthy skin. But you should never stay out in the sun long enough to let your skin burn—about 10 to 15 minutes is all you need to get a good dose of vitamin D. After that, put on some sunscreen.
I recommend a sunscreen that uses zinc oxide as its active ingredient. It's the safest kind for your skin.
How to Repair Damaged Skin
The appearance of your skin depends largely on the collagen cells that support it. When these cellular structures start to break down, wrinkles begin to form. The best way to reverse the damage is to take a two-tiered approach.
First, take care of your skin from the inside out. Vitamin C is one of the most important components of collagen production. Begin taking care of your skin by taking one gram of vitamin C each day. Also, choose foods that don't cause an inflammatory response. The best guideline to use for this is to remember that processed foods cause inflammation… fresh foods don't. Eat more fresh foods for healthier, younger looking skin.
Next, take care of your skin from the outside in. Use a daily body moisturizer. Personally, I favor natural aloe vera. It moisturizes without clogging pores and helps your skin to stay strong and healthy. Lotions that contain vitamin C and E are also good.
Finally, it's optional, but consider treating yourself to special skin treatments now and again. A massage or facial are good ways to baby your skin and can stimulate collagen production.
By taking good care of your skin, both inside and out, you can keep yourself looking young, healthy, and beautiful for years and years to come.
Keeping in good health―naturally,Dr. Jay Brachfeld, M.D. www.vitalmaxvitamins.comwww.prostanol.com

Fast Nail Facts
By Janet Martin
For something that’s dead, nails are important since they perform many different functions. Without them, it would be impossible to do certain things.
Nails or claws (if you want to be more specific) help animals catch and tear the food they eat. Humans who are blessed with eating utensils don’t rely on nails to eat. However, they protect the ends of the fingers and toes, and enable us pick up small things.
Some male guitarists, particularly classical and fingerstyle players, grow long nails to serve as guitar picks and help them pluck strings. Without nails, it would also be impossible to scratch whatever itchy part you have!
Nails grow from the nail root that is found underneath the skin. They are made of keratin, the main protein in skin and hair. The hooves of a horse and bird feathers are also made of keratin. This makes the nail cells harden. As new cells form underneath, they push out the hard cells that we see as nails.
Contrary to popular belief, nails don’t grow after death since they are already dead in the first place. They appear to be growing since the skin shrinks. Neither do nails perspire since they don’t have sweat glands. What gets wet is the skin around the nails. Since they are dead, nails don’t need food or nourishment either. Their pink color comes from the tiny blood vessels underneath.
“The nail plates are dead cells and contrary to the popular belief, they don't breathe. So they don't require oxygen. However, the nail beds and the cuticles are live cells and they do need oxygen, vitamins and minerals,” according to the people at nail-care-tips.com.
Toenails are thicker than fingernails but the latter grow faster. It takes about four to six months for fingernails to grow back while toenails take from 12 to 18 months. In general, men’s nails grow faster than women’s nails. Young people and pregnant women also have fast growing nails.
“Seasons and weather also affect nail growth. Nails grow faster in warm climates and during daytime, than in cold climates and at night. Nails grow at different speeds on both hands. If you are right-handed, the nails on your right hand will grow faster than the nails on your left hand and vice versa. Light trauma, like typing on a computer stimulates nail growth. Well, this kind of trauma looks more like a massage actually,” said the people at nail-care-tips.com.
Nails reflect a person’s state of health. When you are sick, it will definitely show in your nails.
One of the most common nail problems is onychomycosis, a fungal infection of the nails that can make your nails ugly and deformed. To prevent this, take good care of your nails by washing and drying them thoroughly, wearing well-ventilated shoes and synthetic socks that absorb perspiration, and using a good foot powder.
For stubborn and embarrassing fungal nail infections, try Somasin AFS, a safe and effective herbal formula that penetrates deep into the nails and surrounding tissues, and strengthens your immune system to restore your nails’ healthy look and shine. Visit http://www.somasin.com today for details.

Emergency Men's Grooming Fixes for Special Occasions
By Deidra Garcia
Grad Season.Wedding Season. Springtime. Wintertime. It doesn’t really matter what time of the year it is---it seems like there’s always a holiday or event just around the corner that you’ve got to look good for. Don’t worry though; there’s no need to panic. MenScience has broken down the stages of men’s grooming from the hour before you walk out the door to what you should be doing all the time. Whether it’s a big date, college graduation, or a holiday party, you’ll look like a polished man no matter what the occasion.
Code Red (An hour before the event):
1. Shower immediately and shampoo. Gently exfoliate face with a face scrub. This will smooth and revitalize skin in under two minutes.
2. Shave: Try skipping shaving the day before a big event to make sure you get a close shave the day of. You can do several shaving passes then for a super-close result.)
3. Target an unexpected acne pimple: Apply an ice cube to a blemish for a few minutes to help reduce inflammation and size temporarily. Then, cover acne breakout with a small amount of acne treatment medicine and let absorb to reduce bacteria on the surface and get immediate results.
4. Go easy on the moisturizer to avoid a shiny, oily look.
Code Orange (The day of the event):
1. Press clean clothes, or get them pressed at the dry cleaners or laundromat a few days before.
2. Trim and clean beneath fingernails.
3. Cut unwanted hairs, such as nose and ear hair. Yeah, it’s gross, but it makes a huge difference.
4. Relieve puffy or tired eyes by laying a frozen eye mask wrapped in a washcloth over eyes for 5-10 minutes. Diminish dark under-eye circles by placing an eye mask in hot water, wrapping in a washcloth, then placing over closed eyes for 5 – 10 minutes. Follow by applying a moisturizer for the eye area.
Code Yellow (A few days to a week before the event):
1. Get a haircut. A trim is always a good idea, but if you’re going for a new hairstyle, do it a couple of days before the event. A horrible cut can often be managed if you have a few days to work with it. If your eyebrows are especially bushy, ask the barber about trimming to thin them a bit.
2. Book a manicure. Many barbershops and grooming lounges now offer them for men, and it’s a great preparation for the hand-shaking you’ll be doing.
3. Exfoliate your skin. Gently removing dead cells from the skin’s surface can immediately brighten your tone, smooth roughness and improve your overall appearance, but for the most optimal results, begin exfoliating your skin regularly 2 -3 times a week beforehand.
4. Clear your face. Achieving clear skin takes time, but there are some acne ingredients, like Benzoyl Peroxide, which start working immediately to eliminate blemishes.
Code Blue (All the time):
1. Don’t use bar soap: It can dry skin out over time, emphasizing fine lines and causing irritation and redness. Use a liquid cleanser instead.
2. Moisturize. Incorporate a lightweight, non-greasy moisturizer into your regular skincare routine, and your skin will be ready to party, anytime!
3. Prevent signs of aging by taking care of your skin now with an anti-aging treatment. Regular, early use can provide rewarding results within a few weeks and years down the road.
4. Stay in shape by exercising and following a healthy diet. Take high-quality supplements formulated specifically for men to receive valuable nutrients and promote better health overall.

Skin Care - It's Not Just for Women Anymore
By Dominique Brooks
If you -- the man -- want to look good, keep skin healthy, and fight the signs of aging, you don’t have to spend hours in front of the mirror every morning or pay for expensive procedures, no matter what your wife may say.
Good news huh? You can just splash water on your face and roll out to work...
Not so fast. It is more than just washing your face in the morning with any random soap lying around. You do need to take a few steps every day to keep skin healthy and fresh.
Manage Oily Skin
If you’ve ever looked at skin products on the market or seen an infomercial for some miracle cream, you probably already know about oil and large pores. Oily skin and large pores are the biggest obstacles to keeping your skin looking great. Well, men have bigger pores and produce more oil than women, which means they actually have bigger problems.
To take care of oil and reduce the size of pores, you should find a high quality face wash that is also marked as a pore minimizer. If you’re worried about fruity or flowery smells, don’t be.
There are products made especially for men that don’t have all the frills of normal scrubs. Many are located in the face care aisle at the local grocery store or supermarket while if you are so inclined, other options exist in the department stores or online.
Avoiding Sun and Pollutants
In addition to having clean healthy skin, you probably want it to look younger as well. The easiest way to do this is by applying a daily sun block. Be sure to grab one made for faces and a separate one for your whole body. There are facial moisturizers available with sun block in them, just don’t use moisturizer if you have very oily skin that is prone to break outs.
Even if you aren’t worried about how your skin looks or the aging effects of the sun, men should still be concerned about skin cancer. Sun damage can cause melanoma, a deadly, fast spreading cancer that can be easily prevented by the regular use of sun block or wearing protective clothing. Even if you aren’t concerned about yourself, your family probably is.
Sun isn’t the only thing outside that damages your skin and leaves you looking older. You’re also exposed to pollutants and other chemicals in the air that can cause damage to your skin. They can leave you looking older and may contribute to other health problems. That’s why it’s even more important to wash you skin regularly.
What Goes in May Come Out -- on Your Face
Your mom probably always told you that you shouldn’t eat chocolate because it will make you break out. While oily foods don’t trigger breakouts in most people, food allergies and sensitivities can increase the occurrence of embarrassing pimples. If you get frequent breakouts, keep a journal of what foods you eat and if you get any blemishes. Then, just avoid and foods that appear to trigger skin problems.
Drink plenty of water.
This allows your skin cells to properly remove all the waste and other harmful chemicals that may build up and leave your skin looking dull. Plus, being properly hydrated can prevent dry skin and also bloated, puffy looking skin. Drinking plenty of water is an easy way for your skin to look great without having to go to the beauty aisle at the grocery store.
If you take a little time every day to care for your skin, you will look younger and be healthier.

Special Skin Care Treatments For Your Face
By Michael Russell
Aside from the basic skin care routines that we normally do everyday – cleansing, toning and moisturizing – there are some other special treatments we can give to our facial skin to make it look and feel better. Have you ever considered giving it a facial massage and a special facial mask? These two treatments can definitely bring life to an otherwise tired and dull-looking skin!
Facial Massage - Facial massage can be considered as one of the ultimate skin care pampering techniques there is. Making facial massage a regular part of your skin care routine can definitely improve your skin’s appearance. It works by stimulating a more regular flow of blood to the facial muscles, relieves tension and prepares the skin for the action of other skin care treatments.
Don’t know how to start? Don’t worry. Simply follow these steps for an effective facial massage and you can never go wrong!
• Pour a small amount of oil and gently apply it all over your face taking care to avoid the eye area. It is best to use essential oils since they are absorbed readily into the deeper layers of the skin and they do not clog the pores. Use oils that are recommended for your specific skin type.
• Gently tap the skin around the jaw line and the area underneath the chin using the back of your hands to stimulate the skin cells. Then, massage your chin by making small circular movements with your thumbs.
• After you are done with your chin, shape your mouth like an “O” and massage either side to ease out fine lines.
• Using your fingertips, press along the top of the cheekbones and massage outward up to the temples. This action will surely release any accumulated toxins in your facial muscles.
• Apply pressure to points above the bridge of the nose and underneath the eyebrows, using your middle fingers. Hold it for 5 seconds and gently smooth toward the outer corners of the eyebrows and up to the temples. Then, apply firm pressure at either side of the temples and rotate backward.
• Finish it off by stroking up the forehead to the hairline using the palm of your hands.
Facial Masks - Facial masks trace its origin as far back as the ancient times. Facial masks made from mud and ancient Egyptians used clay as part of their regular skin care ritual. In the seventeenth century, European women were recorded to use milk and eggs to improve the appearance of their skins. All around the globe, natural ingredients such as fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs found their way into some form of facial mask.
Facial masks are an important component in proper skin care. They cleanse the skin by unplugging the pores and removing the deeply imbedded impurities underneath the skin’s surface. They also provide a healthful glow to the skin by nourishing it and replenishing the skin’s lost moisture.
There are facial masks for every type of skin. However, clay (fuller’s earth) and oatmeal are among the most widely used ingredients for any facial mask. Here are some common facial mask recipes that you can try at home:
Facial Mask for Normal and Oily Skin - Mix 2 teaspoons of fuller’s earth with 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Add a few drops of mint extract and just enough water to make a creamy paste.
Facial Mask for Dry and Sensitive Skin - Mix finely ground oatmeal with enough hot water until it forms a paste. Let it cool and then add at least one tablespoon of evening primrose oil.
For best results, apply the freshly made facial mask on your face and leave it on until it dries up (this usually ranges from 10 to 30 minutes). Sponge it off afterward and splash your face with water to remove all traces of the mixture. Do not apply the mask on or near the eyes.
There you have it – a special facial treatment right at the comfort of your own home! Try these and you can be sure that your face will thank you for it!

An Inside to Perfume
By Cathy Rideg
Introduction
The word “perfume” derives from the Latin words per and fumus - meaning “through smoke”, which refers to man’s early ritual of releasing pleasing or masking odours into the air by burning or heating fragrant materials. Throughout the years we have evolved from releasing the fragrances into the air, to wearing them on our person in various forms.
ScentsFragrances are classified according to the concentration of scent within the fragrance.
Those fragrances with a higher concentration of scent (essential oils) have a higher intensity/longevity, which explains the dramatic differences in price between an eau de cologne and Perfume extract.
Perfume extract: 20-40% essential oils. Eau de parfum (EDP): 10-30% essential oils. Eau de toilette (EDT): 5-20% essential oils. Eau de cologne (EDC): 2-5% essential oils.
Fragrances are often classified as belong to a particular “family”. The following is a breakdown of traditional perfume family classifications, followed by some newer ones which have emerged in more recent years:
Amber: A vanilla basis with floral & wood scents. Chypre: Fragrances containing undertones of patchouli, bergamot, oakmoss etcetera. Single Floral: These fragrances are dominated by the scent of one particular flower. Floral Bouquet: Scents containing combinations of two or more flowers. Fougère: Scents with an underlying base of lavender, oakmoss and coumarin, providing a “herbaceous” woody fragrance. Leather: These fragrances have the underlying scents of wood, tobacco and honey, suggestive of real “leather”. Woody: These fragrances feature the scents of sandalwood, cedar, patchouli. Citrus: A predominantly citrus-based scent. Bright Floral:
Combination of Single Floral and Floral Bouquet. Green: A less heavy version of Chypre scents.
Gourmand: A scent which resembles particular food flavours including vanilla bean, strawberry.
Oceanic/Ozone: A fresh, light, clean scent, used in many scents available for him/her.
Along with the above scents, each perfume also contains three individual notes, which are detailed in the order in which they are appreciated:
Top (or Head) Notes: The initial impression given by a fragrance immediately after application.
This evaporates after a few minutes and is no longer noticeable. Middle (Heart) Notes: The second-stage scent which appears once the head notes fade, and the fragrance blends with the body’s own chemistry (and the reason why perfumes smell different on different people). This takes between 10-20 minutes to develop and lasts for several hours. Base Notes: The remaining, lingering scent which remains once the perfume has dried, after the middle notes also fade. This is the lasting, staying power of the fragrance.
Conclusion
When buying a perfume, it is important to consider what occasion it is to be worn for, and choose from an appropriate “family”. Some of the lighter citrus or oceanic scents are perfect for summer days, whilst a heavier floral bouquet is more fitting for a winter’s evening. Most importantly, when testing a new fragrance prior to purchase you must take into consideration the three notes outlined above before placing your order with PerfumEssentials.com.
