For men, skin care products should reflect the different needs you have. There are simply not enough products available providing natural skin care for men. All the products you find on shelves are filled with potentially harmful ingredients that will provide no results whatsoever to your problems.
Stay Far, Far Away From Shelf Aftershave
For as long as I can remember, skin care products for men have been limited to mainly aftershave lotions. These products are the absolute worst thing you could put on your face immediately after dragging a razor across your skin. The alcohols these lotions contain do nothing but harm to your skin.
With truly natural skin care for men, there can be no alcohol included because after shaving your skin is already dry, raw, and inflamed. The addition of alcohol into this equation only increases the dryness and inflammation that you are experiencing. You cannot throw fuel on a fire and expect that the fire will go out.

Truly natural skin care for men should include nothing more than pure, organic ingredients. These ingredients should be natural plant based oils, such as Grape seed oil and Babassu wax. The latter comes from the kernel of the fruit of the Babassu palm, which grows in the Amazon region of Brazil.

When included in men skin care products, Babassu wax acts to soothe your inflamed skin and moisturizes deeply without leaving your skin feeling oily. It will also leave an invisible protective barrier on your skin that will act to both keep moisture in and keep dirt and grime out. It's a breathable and healthy protective barrier; not a film.
A natural skin care product for men should also include Witch Hazel as an active ingredient. This ingredient is excellent for soothing the burning, itchy, inflamed skin to which men are prone. It is an excellent natural astringent and it is also good for healing the nicks and cuts that are hazards of daily shaving.
One other ingredient you want to see in men skin care products is Capuacu butter. Capuacu butter comes from the fruit of a tree native to South America. It has long been used by the native tribes for healing burned skin, and for protection from the sun's rays. It is also rich in stearic and oleic fatty acids, which are essential for your skin.
Stop Hurting Yourself
Natural skin care for men should include some or all of these ingredients if it is going to serve you well. If you should happen to pick up a product and it doesn't contain the ingredients listed here, then put it back on the shelf. Those kinds of men skin care products are simply a waste of your good time and money.
