Are Your Skin Products Safe?
By Louise Forrest

When you are looking after your skin you need to be certain that what you are putting on your skin is safe. In other words what you do put on your skin needs to be so safe and natural that you should be able to eat it.

But in the real world when it comes to skin care products that are available there is no real level of purity and there are always some kind of preservatives that are needed to ensure that the products have some kind of shelf life. However there are some companies that do strive to ensure that their products are as pure and as healthy as possible.

Always remember that what you are applying to your skin does enter the bloodstream. So if you are using products that are full of chemicals, then as well as presenting some kind of potential risk to your skin, there is also a potential risk to your health also. Let us be serious for a moment and consider all the chemicals and toxins that you are being exposed to. The human body can only do so much in eliminating so much from the body and when a toxin overload does exist, then this can have major implications for your health.

So what can you do in order to make sure that what you are applying is actually safe? Well you can start by looking at the ingredients that are listed and when you do, no doubt you will be confused as to what the cream or lotion that you intend on buying actually contains. You can make the choice a little simpler and to look out for certain third party approval such as the Soil Association here in the UK. This will tell you that the bulk of the ingredients that are being used are safe and will not present a risk to your skin or to your health.

But you still need to be aware of certain ingredients because they can be found in other products that you might be using such as that of your shower gel, bubble bath, hair shampoo and in some cases even your toothpaste.

One of the most notorious ingredients that is often found in many and often the best skin care products is that of Parabens. There is actually a group of these ingredients and they are generally used to act as a preservative in order to give the products a very long shelf life.

There is a lot of debate surrounding this particular ingredient as research does show that there is some kind of link between this and certain illnesses especially that of cancer. Do not trust any skin care products that claim to be natural and yet contain parabens as an ingredient.

Most of the big brand companies that you are familiar with will use parabens in their skin products, even though they are aware of the dangers that are related to them.

The reason that they are being used in simply down to cost, and because they are very cheap to produce, it means that more products can be manufactured and then sold to the consumer.

Picking the Perfect Skin Care Product For You
By Kristi Ambrose

Right now there are tons upon heaps of different kinds of products for skin care on the market place these days, and other ones are being added every day, so how do you know which ones are the best for you and which ones aren't? The most common skin care products normally include every day ones like cleansing agents, and moisturizers, toning and exfoliators are utilized as well, but not everyone applies these products as a part of their routine.

Few important properties in selecting a skin care product is based on the accompanying points:
- Sex (there are facial skin care products for men and there are facial skin care products for women)
- Skin type (skin care products for greasy skin, dry skin, normal skin and sensitive skin)
- Age (yes, your age does depend on which product you use)
- Skin problems (facial skin care products for treatment of various skin problems like eczema, acne etc)

The first thing you will want to do is determine what type of skin type you have, in most all instances you can merely go to a skin care specialists for something like this, although some types are apparent such as oily or dry skin. There are different forms of skin care products such as lotions, gels, masks, creams, etc. However, what suits you may not suit someone else and similarly so really what you decide to use depends completely upon you and what you like. It's critical to note that all skin care products work differently for different individuals so it's a really good idea to get a tryout run done first before putting something new on your face you have never used before.

It's important that if you are troubled by any kind of a skin problem to talk to a dermatologist before picking any sort of a product for your skin. If you go to a dermatologist and they discover that you have a skin disorder they will probably tell you what you should use and what you shouldn't use, or what would be good for you to use and what wouldn't! It's also very important for all individuals to follow the directions on the product you have and to use the right amount!
Some products aren't meant for every day use, and some are, so the last thing you want to do is irritate your skin simply because you didn't look at the directions for suggested usage!

This author is a HUGE fan of skin lightening

Choosing a Men's Facial Cleanser - Expect More
By Eileen Tobin

Men's skincare is just as vital as women's skincare but unfortunately a lot of men do not pay enough attention to their skin. A good quality men's facial cleanser not only cleans the skin but can remove toxins, help with blemishes and protects the skin from the signs of aging.

It often seems that there is a very limited range of effective men's skin care products available. Many that are available are packed with chemicals. They may smell good but do not offer much in the way of results. We rarely hear about natural skin care products for men. However, for a skin care product to be truly effective, it has to contain natural ingredients and nothing more.
Chemical-based skin care products are more likely to cause skin irritation and other problems than do anything good for the face.

It is possible to find a good men's facial cleanser and other men's skin care products if you know where to look and if you know what to look for. Many men have been using soap and water on their face since they were young and have no idea which cleansers are good and which are not. In addition to that, many men suffer from the dry skin, blemishes and wrinkles that result from not using skin care products at all. They just assume this is all part of the aging process, when in reality there is much that could be done about it.

The place to begin is with a facial cleanser. For serious cleansing, healing and toxin removal look to products that include ingredients that have anti-aging qualities and the ability to nourish the skin. A cleansing mask is one way to accomplish this.

Top Cleanser Ingredients

The best men's facial cleanser is only as good as the ingredients it contains. One great ingredient to look out for is kaolin. This ingredient, which is extracted from New Zealand clay, removes excess oil and grime from the skin. Kaolin can help with inflammations and blemishes because it is slightly drying, increases localized circulation and it has disinfectant properties. It is rich in magnesium and zinc and used in a variety of skin and hair preparations.

The properties of this special skin care ingredient were described by Hippocrates in the fourth century. Kaolin, or white clay, was used to make cleansing masks for the best known beauties of all time and is still widely used in the best skin care products to this day.

Bentone gel is another clay extract which is found in some of the best men's facial cleanser products. Bentone gel works in synergy with kaolin to cleanse your skin even more deeply and more thoroughly. Bentone gel works with other cleanser ingredients to leave the skin silky soft.

One other ingredient you want in your cleansing products is keratin. Keratin is a protein that the skin uses to heal itself and produce more collagen. Cynergy TK contains a functional form of keratin that is easily absorbed into the skin and is bio available so the body can put it to use. The keratin found in Cynergy TK has been shown in laboratory and clinical studies to increase collagen as well as increase the production of new skin cells.

These and other ingredients you should consider for a men's facial cleanser are covered in depth on my website. You will need to look to smaller niche skin care companies to find them though. Because they are so new, and because some have been developed in New Zealand, most large western skin care companies have yet to put them to use in their products.

Collagen Moisturizer - 7 Things You Must Know Before You Purchase Any Skin Care Moisturizer Product
By Marcia Kruger

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Ever wonder how well a collagen moisturize product will work before you purchase it? Have you ever purchased a skin care moisturizer because your friend says it's great or you've seen in on t.v. or saw the product in the movies?

I think we've all been down those roads, but do any of us really understand what a collagen moisturize is suppose to help us with besides making our skin feel soft? It is a little vague, but there are very important things you should know about before spending your money on products that are just filled with empty promises.

Let me fill you in on seven points you should be aware of when you're searching for a collagen moisturize product -- they'll save you time and money!

1. What is Collagen

Collagen, an essential component in the human body. Important because it's the main protein in our body the binds our joints and skin together.

2. Understand How Collagen Works

Let's take a look at collagen protein for a moment. Our skin utilizes the protein, along with another protein called elastin, to give skin its firm, supple texture that we expect.

3. The Aging Process

It starts to happen in our 20s, the aging process, and our production of collagen begins to slow down. Not only that, but our elastin starts loosing its spring, dead skin cells don't shed as fast, and regrowth of new skin cells decrease slightly all leading to wrinkles, fine lines and sagging skin.

This is the point in time when we usually start looking for a collagen moisturize.

4. Unhealthy Skin Care Ingredients

This is the point that's important to understand because it's the ingredients in the product that you'll have to know about not the fancy name on the bottle.

Read the label, if you encounter ingredients like parabens or mineral oil, put the collagen moisturize product down.

Parabens are synthetic chemicals used as an effective and powerful preservatives. Why are they bad...studies have suggested that parabens may be linked to possible cancer and cause allergic reactions.

Mineral oil a byproduct of petrolium production and can go by names like paraffin wax, petrolatum, baby oil. Don't be fooled though because it's simply used as cheap filler in skin care products and even though it feels like it's moisturizing your skin, it actually interferes with normal perspiration, clogs pores and prevents skin from eliminating toxins.

5. Healthy Skin Care Ingredients

The reason you'll want to use healthy ingredients on your skin is because you actually want your body to produce its own collagen. But, you'll have to know the ingredients that penetrate deep into the inner layer of skin for this to happen. The off the shelf collagen moisturize products don't get absorbed by the skin, therefore they just get washed off and in the end are a waste of money.
Great news though, ingredients that help build collagen are: Cynergy TK, Phytessence Wakame, and Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10, which have been scientifically formulated to work together to battle collagen loss and help battle the skin's aging process.

6. Learn About Cynergy TK

Cynergy TK, a unique patented form of bio-active keratin. Cynergy TK is very similar to the basic protein found in human skin...which means it's effective in rejuvenating the skin. This is what's exciting, it actually stimulates your own collagen to grow again!

7. Other Healthy Ingredients

Other healthy quality skin care ingredients you can look for that are chemical and mineral oil free, and all natural...and yes, they're out there. For example, Jojoba oil (an effective moisturizer and softener for the skin, and helps reduce wrinkles and stretch marks); and, Grapeseed oil which is rich in linoleic acid and several other essential oils, plus it's necessary for skin health and contains natural vitamin E.

So there you have it, seven points that will help you find your collagen moisturize product that is safe, healthy, clinically tested and scientifically proven to stimulate your own collagen to grow again!

I cover more at my website about the incredible natural ingredients that most people aren't aware of but can give you a huge edge in looking younger and fighting the signs of aging.

Home Remedy For Cold Sores That Works Fast!
By Joleen L Dixon

After dealing with severe cold sores for years and years, I finally figured out a home remedy for cold sores that works fast. Because there is no way to rid your body of the Herpes virus, it is important that you know a few tips and tricks to help you quickly heal the sores-- and prevent future breakouts!

The main factor to understand about cold sores is that time is of the essence. Many people don't realize that they can actually stop a cold sore in it's tracks, because they procrastinate cold sore treatments. Most people don't begin looking for treatment options until the sore has grown large and it has scabbed over.

If you delay your cold sore treatment, then usually you will need to simply wait out the regular 7 to 10 days for normal healing, because once the skin has broken or scabbed then there are not effective treatments to stop the cold sores.

The first symptoms of cold sores are tingling and swelling in the affected area. At this time, the virus is coming out of dormancy, and it is quickly growing. If you apply treatments during this first stage, then you may actually be able to stop the growth of the sore, which will in turn speed up the recovery time.

Your eating habits and lifestyle will also greatly affect your cold sore healing time. If you want to prevent future cold sore outbreaks, be sure to lower the stress in your life and also eat a heathy diet. It is good to focus on alkaline foods in order to keep your body's pH levels in check (which will help you to avoid cold sore outbreaks).

Begin your treatment process by applying ice directly to the swelling area. Hold the ice in place for a little while, and then dry off the skin and immediately apply a generous dose of Abreva creme. Continue using the Abreva according to the directions on the package. This home remedy for cold sores works fast for me, and when I use it right at the beginning I always have had good results.

Although the symptoms of cold sores are uncomfortable to deal with, there are many cold sore treatments that can help to reduce the healing time and prevent future breakouts. Visit our website for more information about cold sore treatments: http://coldsoretreatments.info/

Discover Olive Oil Facial Cleansers
By Gerald Markowitz

Popeye look-alikes would most likely be the kind of men who like to flaunt their muscles. One place they may like to go is the beach, where they can go shirtless, soaking up the sun and getting a tan to accentuate their physique. These men will also dry out their skin. A useful treatment for men such as this and women who also enjoy the sun is an olive oil facial cleanser. The application of such a product to the skin removes dirt they may have settled on the face and it is even effective as a make up remover.

There are some cleansers that can actually harm the endothelial cells when they are cleaning dirt from the pores of the skin. Gentle cleansers do not irritate the surface of the skin. The foaming action of an olive oil facial cleanser in fact serves as a cushion on the skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth.

For some people, just the pleasant perfume of an olive oil based cleanser is an enjoyable experience on its own. To them, something so refreshing obviously will refresh the skin.
However, our skin needs more than refreshing: it must have regular and proper nourishment.
When skin is not nourished properly it will experience changes associated with age.

When skin ages it is no longer able to produce adequate levels of collagen and elastin, which are the two proteins that give the skin its characteristic firmness. When the skin is no longer producing enough of these proteins, it starts to form wrinkles and sag.

Don't forget that the body sheds hundreds of skin cells each day and these old cells are replenished by new cells. If the skin is not able to obtain the correct nourishment, it cannot create new cells. When the skin's biochemistry is studied, an understanding of the importance of this process is gained.

There are certain minerals such as zinc and copper that perform particular enzymatic reactions and these reactions allow necessary repairs to be performed. Therefore, the skin needs a supply of zinc and copper as well as particular vitamins. These assist the cells to cope with stress and to produce energy.

Someone with dry skin cannot expect that using an olive oil facial cleanser will nourish the endothelial cells. Collagen and elastin are not produced in this way. This very fact highlights the fact that proper skin care does not equal cleansing in isolation.

Dry skin is not something that we like to have. It should be noted, however that even the best olive oil facial cleansers cannot make the skin cells perform as they should. Skin that is healthy will perform these necessary biochemical reactions and effective skin care products assist this important organ of the body to do this naturally. These products help the face retain the appearance of youth.

Where can such products be found? If you are wise, you will study the internet and take advantage of what you learn. Examine carefully the precise ingredients you are considering putting on your skin. If this is done, your skin will be nourished properly.

Creams For Getting Rid of Dry Skin, What to Look For?
By Carol Truesdale

Before we get to talking about specific creams for getting rid of dry skin, let's discuss dry skin itself. Why is your skin dry? It may just be that you have naturally drier skin than other people. Or something in your day to day life could be making your skin dry.

Three big causes of dry skin are sun exposure, wind exposure, and using the wrong brand of soap. If you work outside or live in a place with harsh weather, your skin takes a beating. I grew up in Pennsylvania and endured months of cold, windy winter. Often, soaps too leave your skin dry. Many remove your skin's natural moisturizing oils. You can switch to a gentle body wash and see if that makes a difference. But what if your skin is "just dry"? Well, you should look into natural topical creams for dry skin. If you've never used one before, it may be a bit confusing.

What do you look for on the label? Well, you want to see a number of ingredients that specifically address dry skin. One such ingredient is called Phytessence Wakame. It's an extract from Japanese sea algae that contains many minerals like calcium, iron, sodium, and potassium. These minerals help maintain skin's moisture balance. Wakame also contains a range of B-complex vitamins that are known to heal irritated skin. Another ingredient is Cynergy TK. This contains something called functional keratin, which has a makeup similar to the proteins in human skin.

In an 18 day clinical study, application of Cynergy TK to the skin resulted in a 14 percent increase in skin moisture. Besides these two ingredients, creams should include plant-based oils.

A few of the best are grape seed, jojoba, and olive oils. Grape seed oil is particularly effective in rejuvenating the delicate skin under the eyes. When you're browsing natural topical creams for dry skin, remember the ingredients discussed in this article. I've picked out only the best. If you generally have dry skin or just a few trouble spots like elbows and heels, an excellent skin care product can do wonders. Hopefully this article points you in the right direction. To receive more comprehensive info on creams for getting rid of dry skin, visit my website.

Three Tips For Healthy Skin
By Laurel Levine

I don't know about you but I spent most of my youth worshiping the sun, eating foods I wasn't supposed to and never wondering about what tomorrow would bring. Now that I am older, I realize how much I should have valued my younger days.

Let's face it...we all want to look young forever. I sometimes wish I could start at 90 and go backwards, enjoying the fruits of my youth but the wisdom of my age.

In this article, I decided to give tips for healthy skin as the years come upon you.

There are three ways to have the skin you want starting today:

1. Diets for healthy skin. No this doesn't include fast food like burgers, fries and over processed foods. You should be consuming the right types of food which should be rich in antioxidants. This means avoiding sugar as well. It has been shown over time to damage one of our most vital skin proteins, collagen. Its fibers keep our skin smooth, soft and elastic. Stick to foods like soy, broccoli, spinach, berries and healthy fatty proteins like salmon.

2. Consume plenty of fluids. I cannot stress enough in my tips for healthy skin the importance of drinking water, filtered if available, at about 8 glasses in one day. Or better yet, why not try green tea? Green tea is rich in antioxidants which fight free radicals, preventing damage to your skin's cells. This is another big reason our skin tends to age before its time.

3. Using high quality skin care lines. When you take the time to invest products with clinically proven ingredients, you've probably discovered one of the biggest tips for healthy skin. Just that knowledge alone can change the way your skin will look into the future.

However, it's important to know that you need to take the time to research like you are now about which products will do what they promise to. I can tell you right now that most products on the market are actually not good for your skin. This is due to the fact that they contain parabens and fragrances, which are chemicals, used to preserve shelf life and make the product smell good, but also may cause cancer.

In my tips for healthy skin, the best advice I can give you is to seek ingredients such as Cynergy TK, which is naturally derived and scientifically proven to increase your body's production of collagen and elastin, both vital proteins to keeping elasticity and retaining moisture.

So you see beautiful skin is more than just diets for healthy skin. It takes commitment and use of high quality skin care line that can fight not only the collagen breakdown but also the negative effects of the environment that cause us to lose our youthful looks so soon.

The Best Products That Give a Healthy Glow to the Skin
By Laurel Levine

There's nothing more empowering to self-esteem than a face that is radiant and full of life. As we age however, our skin begins to change and lose that luster we once had when we were younger.
How can we fix this dilemma?

I have a confession to make... for so many years I searched for and tried supposed products that give a healthy glow to the skin and I was sadly disappointed. What's worse is I realized that the best skin care products aren't the ones you find in drug stores or on expensive department store counters.

The facts about so many promising skin care products that give a healthy glow to the skin are in reality, full of chemicals, fillers and do nothing to help your skin become radiant and healthy. I will mention some here, but there are others on my website you should be aware of.

Unfortunately, due to the fact it's inexpensive, mineral oil is the easiest ingredient to be put into many skin care lines. The result, clogged pores and the skin is unable to eliminate toxins properly. This can cause incessant breakouts and other skin problems.

Other chemicals you need to avoid are parabens (preservatives that might cause cancer), and fragrances (they may smell nice coming from the bottle, but these chemicals cause irritations in skin or allergies).

Having now revealed a few unhealthy ingredients, what should you be looking for in your skin care line to dramatically improve the appearance and overall health of your skin?

A favorite product that I use on a daily basis is called phytessence wakame, which is an extract from unique Japanese sea kelp. This ingredient helps the body to maintain boosted levels of hyaluronic acid, which is good because it works with two other important proteins collagen and elastin to keep your skin smooth, glowing and elastic.

Also, the naturally-derived oils are amazing as ingredients when it comes to skin care products that give a guaranteed radiance to the skin. As I mentioned, mineral oil is chemical and is obviously counter productive to having healthy skin.

Here are a few oils clinically proven to work well on skin:

Avocado oil - this oil nourishes hydration deeply into skin and has been shown to stimulate collagen production, which is necessary for smooth wrinkle-free skin.

Shea Butter - this is a natural moisturizer that relieves skin inflammation, lightens brown spots, pigmentation issues and leaves the skin baby soft. It can also benefit stretch marks.

Babassu - a natural soothing agent that keeps skin soft, especially where skin is most sensitive.

Top 2 Ingredients to Avoid When Buying Skin Care Moisturizer Cream
By Carol Truesdale

Are you looking for a skin care moisturizer cream?

Along with the effectiveness of the cream, you should also be concerned with how safe it is. Researchers and consumer advocate groups constantly investigate the ingredients in cosmetics, including skin care products.

Testing of skin care cream has revealed the widespread use of parabens and other synthetic preservatives. Dermatologists agree that preservatives should be banned from use in skin care products. Here is their reasoning:

Parabens act like estrogen in the body. Any chemical or substance with this characteristic can change breast and prostate tissue, causing cells to become susceptible to cancer. There are safer alternatives. Vitamin E works just as well as a preservative. But skin care cream manufactuers use parabens because they are cheap.

On the product label, look for: methyl, propyl, butyl, or ethyl paraben.

Another equally harmful ingredient is called petrolatum (also known as mineral oil). It is very popular in the skin care industry. It's used in moisturizers yet it is ineffective in penetrating the skin. Its composition is too unlike human skin to have any rejuvenating effect.

All it does is clog pores and prevent your skin from breathing and eliminating toxins. If you use a skin care moisturizer cream with petrolatum, it will dry out your skin. And if used long enough, it will eventually lead to premature aging.

On the product label, look for: petrolatum, mineral oil, liquid paraffin, or paraffin wax.

Okay, if you avoid those two ingredients, you'll be doing a better job than 99 percent of other consumers. But choosing a skin care cream requires other knowledge as well.

For example, are some ingredients better for women? Are some suited for men?

Yes, men and women have unique skin challenges.

A man's skin cream should contain capuacu butter, because it helps heal sunburns and razor burns. Many men work outside and all men shave their faces, so this ingredient is especially helpful.

A woman's skin cream should contain passion fruit (maracuja) extract. It's a natural emollient and gives skin a soft, velvet-y feel. Many women want to avoid dry, rough skin, so this ingredient is for them.

By choosing carefully, both men and women can get maximum benefit from their skin care products. By avoiding harmful ingredients and looking for ingredients that make skin look radiant, you'll be sure to buy a safe, effective product.

Visit my site to get more info on what a skin care moisturizer cream should contain.

Is Dry Skin Constantly Bothering You?
By Louise Forrest

If it is the case that dry skin is troubling you and you constantly feel that you want to hide when someone approaches you then you need to be doing something positive about your situation. Suffering from dry skin is a very common occurrence and the trick is being able to determine just what your cause is in order to be able to find a suitable resolution.

Dry skin is not that nice to look at, as it makes the skin look very dull and there will also be flakes of skin resting on the surface of the skin. In extreme situations there will be times it can lead to something more severe such as that of dermatitis or even eczema. But dry skin is something that no one wants to be suffering from. And this is evidenced by the vast range of products that are available in the local stores and also online.

In normal situations the glands within the skin are producing a natural oil that is called sebum and this is released in order to help keep the skin soft and moist. But there are times when this oil is not being produced in sufficient levels and this is what is causing the skin to become dry. There are a number of reasons why this happens such as age, excess bathing and also coming into contact with a range of chemicals.

There are also people who are suffering from dry skin because of their genetic condition and this results in the skin just not being able to retain any moisture content at all. As mentioned age is also a factor, and the glands within the skin are going to produce fewer oils, and so the skin is going to naturally become more and more dry as a person gets older.

Weather conditions can create havoc with the skin and this is one of the biggest contributors to people having problems. You may notice that during the summer months the intense heat will cause any essential oils to be evaporated from the skin.

You need to be applying an intensive moisturising lotion to your face and body in order for it to be hydrated at all times. The winter time can also be punishing as the low humidity means that there is very little moisture content in the air, and so this will cause the skin to become dry also.

Everyone likes to take a long hot bath from time to time in order to unwind. But these activities can cause the skin to become dry also. The excess exposure to the water does remove essential oils from the surface of the skin and this is especially so if the water is very hot.

You need to be reducing your time in the bath and to also have the temperature of the water so that it is warm and not too hot.

Take care when it comes to buying skin care products as many of these are often full of cheap ingredients that have no benefit to the skin at all. But it is not just skin care that you need to be aware of, but the list includes almost everything that you can think of such as perfumes, household cleansers and so on.

Find Out About Antioxidant Skin Care
By Gerald Markowitz

Were you aware that antioxidant skin care relies upon the introduction of specific nutrients to skin care products? These are biochemical compounds that are formed within a living organism. Antioxidants can be classified as one of a number of elements: a vitamin, a mineral, an amino acid, an enzyme or indeed a hormone.

Free radicals are released when the body's biochemistry completed the process of oxidation.
These free radicals have the potential to cause harm to the DNA within body cells. When antioxidants are incorporated into skin care products, they are able to counteract the negative effects of these destructive elements.

Antioxidants reduce the number of free radicals in the body. Some of these products contain nutrients known for their protective properties against airborne pollutants.

Increased number of free radicals enter the human body each time it is required to deal with these pollutants. This in turn creates a need for a biochemical solution to protect the cells of the body. This is what made manufacturers placed specific nutrients in their products, allowing the consumers of these products the beneficial aspects of antioxidant skin care.

Ridding the body of free radicals reduces the rate of the aging process, through the use of these antioxidants. It is not possible, then, for pollutants to damage the skin when it has been treated with nutrients that counteract the effects of free radicals. Skin care practices are beginning to illustrate this fact.

With proper skin care should come a good diet. The two cannot be separated. So, knowing this, what foods are rich in antioxidants? The following paragraph will provide this information.

Those fruits that contain nutrients beneficial to the skin are pomegranates, blueberries, carrots and tomatoes. The consumption of whole grain cereals can also increased the number of antioxidants in the diet as will drinking green tea and eating moderate amounts of dark chocolate.

If it is not possible to consume enough of these foods and obtain antioxidants naturally, there are certain supplements that can be used. These can be in the form of natural and manufactured supplements.

As well as foods, skin care aids can be placed into these two categories of supplements.
Antioxidant skin care can have either manufactured or natural products. However, it should be stressed that simply coating yourself with an antioxidant cream will not in itself provide you with quality skin care. What provides the effectiveness of the antioxidants' skin care products?

It is known that antioxidants are effective in reducing the rate of aging in cells, although it must be understood that their effectiveness in this regard is no better than that of collagen and elastin. Those antioxidant skin care products that can be considered as top quality have the added bonus of promoting cells to produce collagen and elastin.

Collagen and elastin are proteins found in all healthy skin cells. Collagen gives skin cells tensile strength due to its fibrous characteristics. When cells age, they lose the capacity to make collagen and as such, older skin shows wrinkles and sags.

Simply by replacing the lost collagen does not rid the skin of wrinkles and sagging. The skin also requires elastin to retain its youthful appearance as this protein gives it flexibility, allowing the skin to return to its original shape after stretching or pulling.

A skin treatment that contains collagen and elastin is not going to produce any worthwhile effects. What is required is a substance that will promote the production of these proteins within the skin cells. When a man or woman uses such a product, he or she can be expecting to see a marked change in the skin's appearance and will appreciate a more youthful appearance.

Perhaps they will feel as though they have stepped back in time!

Interested in Serious Skincare? It's Not What You Might Think
By Peter Wilson

Are you getting older, and starting to get interested in serious skincare? Have you started to notice the signs of aging on your face when they weren't there just a few years ago? Like wrinkles forming, lines, crows feet and sagging skin?

You need a total skincare philosophy. So many people seem to assume that serious skincare involves waiting until they're getting older then starting to use all those creams and skin care products that they see on the shelves of their local stores.

However that's not what a serious skincare philosophy involves. If you're really serious about your skin there's some simple things you can do to make huge improvements to your skin health that don't involve buying any skincare products at all.

The first thing to do for the best skincare is to start young. It's way better to start paying attention to your skin health at 20 than at 60. There are so many things you can do at 20 to make sure that your skin looks great at 60.

Here's the most important things you can do to maximise the health of your skin to make sure your skin looks vibrant, youthful and healthy for as long as possible.

1. Don't smoke. Smoking is one of the worst things you can do to your skin. It causes all sorts of skin problems. It causes vascular problems which can contribute to poor skin health, and it contributes to the loss of collagen and elastin in your skin that, in itself, will make you look older. Anyone interested in serious skincare must avoid smoking.

2. Protect your skin from sunburn. Sunburn is one of the worst things you can do to your skin, along with smoking. UV, and sunburn, which is overexposure to UV, damages the structure of your skin.

3. Stay healthy. Notice I've used the term "skin health" a few times. That's because great looking skin is healthy skin, and poor looking skin is unhealthy skin. And if you stay healthy yourself your skin should stay healthy too.

So all the normal stuff that you've read about staying healthy applies to maintaining skin health.
Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.

A fat unhealthy and unfit person who lives on a diet of pizzas burgers will have trouble maintaining vibrant healthy looking youthful skin. Because health is a total body thing.

However chances are if you're reading this you're not 20 because at 20 so many women aren't thinking about skincare. Or about health in general. After all, you only need to get serious about that stuff in 30 more years don't you?

So if you're, say, 50, and thinking that it's time to pay some attention to a serious skincare philosophy, what do you do? You do everything you've just read. It's never too late to make a difference to your health, or your skin health. Stop smoking, start eating right, exercise, stay out of the sun and you've started on the path to a serious skincare revolution. You can't necessarily reverse past skin damage, but if you're serious you can certainly start making improvements.

And the next thing you need to do is to start using some top shelf high quality skincare products. These aren't the big brand name products you see on the shelves of your local store. Those skincare products are under quality and over priced.

No I mean start using skincare products from a specialist skincare company that is at the cutting edge of modern skincare philosophy and science. Because there are some stunningly effective new products on the market that are shown in trials to work extremely well for reversing some of the signs of aging, and the big brand names don't use them. Usually because the ingredients are too expensive and cut profits.

But there are companies, one in particular, that uses these cutting edge ingredients in it's skincare products, and the products are cost competitive. That's because they don't advertise on TV. They put their budget into their products, not their marketing.

And so you can try these products risk free they also offer a money back guarantee. Try getting that from the big brands.

So if you're getting older and more interested in serious skincare, there's a battle plan for you.
Combine these simple steps to protecting your skin and improving your health, and combine this with use of the worlds best skincare products, and you're getting serious about your skincare.

Choosing a Home Microderm Abrasion Kit
By Lilia Pernel

Microdermabrasion has gained huge popularity in the USA the last decade, although it was a popular beautifying technique used in Europe for many years prior. Multitudes of home microdermabrasion products have hit the shelves of stores, boutiques, home shopping networks and even the Internet in recent history.

Home microdermabrasion products range from creams, lotions and machines that promise a new youthful appearance of your face, bringing out your true beauty with a revitalized look and even erasing wrinkles, scars and blemishes. These products all work on the basic concept of exfoliating the dead skin cells on the outer layer of your skin to reveal the new skin underneath.

Creams and lotions will have tiny granules that when rubbed over your skin help to 'sand' away the dead skin on the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of the epidermis). However, the method of using creams and lotions is not nearly as efficient as a machine, results may not be visible for days or weeks, and the cream or lotion requires a daily application.

Microdermabrasion machines, on the other hand, will yield results immediately. This is due to the abrasive crystals or diamond tip wand being able to instantly penetrate the stratum corneum and removing the dead skin. Furthermore, a machine method only requires use on a weekly (sometimes-longer) basis depending on the outcome you wish to achieve.

The choice of either a microdermabrasion machine over a non-mechanical method, such as creams or lotions, can be a matter of cost. A Machine has a larger upfront cost and will give much quicker results, while other home microdermabrasion products have a lower upfront cost but take time to visibly notice the effects.

There also is the case where a machine may not be appropriate for someone who suffers from eczema or Rosacea, as the strident nature of the crystals or diamond tip may aggravate these skin types. In which case a cream or lotion would be most appropriate.

Your budget, the speed at which you wish to see results and if skin afflictions exist should all be considered when you choose home microdermabrasion products. The decision to use these 'instruments of youth' will inevitably give you a revitalized and beautiful youthful appearance.

Everyone wants a beautiful skin-- However, not everyone is naturally blessed with a clear complexion. Using home microdermabrasion products is an affordable and safe way to smooth your skin so that it looks younger and healthier! Treating Dry Skin on a Budget
By Louise Forrest

One good thing about dry skin is that it does not need to be expensive to treat this condition effectively. You can treat this condition quite effectively whilst in the comfort of your own home and have the assurance that what you are applying to your skin is natural and safe.

There are indeed many treatments that are available for the treatment of dry skin and these all need to be considered because as a person gets older, their body significantly reduces the amount of natural oils that are automatically secreted.

As well as the skin producing much less oil it is also a case that there is a reduction in the amount of blood flow to the cells of the skin. The skin is the largest organ of the human body and there are three layers in total.

Most of the skin that you see is nothing more than dead skin cells and it is important that you caring for your skin and also your body in order to help in the regeneration of new skin cells.

People suffering from dry skin is not a new thing and it is in fact a very common skin ailment.
There are several reasons as to why a person does develop dry skin but there are also some very rare cases that a person is born with having dry skin. Other more common reasons are due to the environment such as the weather and pollution, effects of hard water, a poor diet and the products that are being applied to the skin are just too harsh and are actually stripping away essential oils.

Treating dry skin should always be done naturally and the first point of call that many people turn to is that of lotions and creams. Finding a good dry skin care range can be quite challenging amongst the many thousands of skin products that already exist.

A lot of the products that are presently available do for some reason contain alcohol and this is known to cause even further dehydration to the skin. The best and only real option that you have when it comes to finding a range of products for dry skin is to look at the ingredients.

It does take some effort and determination to be able to treat dry but the results are worth it. If you did not do anything about your skin condition then just think how it would look. It would certainly start to look very dull, more and more wrinkles will start to appear on the skin and there are cases where dry skin is so severe that it can actually start to crack. Not only would having such an appearance make you look very unattractive it will also make you feel just terrible about your appearance and you will become quite self conscious also.

As well the products that you are using you also need to be drinking lots of water. You will have heard it time and time again but you really cannot underestimate the ability that water has in help to keep your body functioning correctly. If you are internal organs are able to remove toxins effectively then this can only mean that you are healthy and the result will be glowing skin.

5 Tips For Healthy Skin Care
By Margaret Bell

Here are 5 tips for healthy skin care for you. I have broken them down into five categories, all of which are important for protecting the skin's health and appearance. The categories are: sun exposure, free radical damage, nutrition, cleansing, moisturizing.

Sun Exposure - How it Affects Your Skin

Healthy skin care tips could not be complete without mentioning the impact of overexposure to the sun. We need small amounts of sunlight to prevent vitamin D deficiency, but be smart. Wear a hat, sunglasses and other protective clothing. Limit direct exposure to 15 minutes, three or four times per week. If you expect to spend a lot of time outdoors (say a day at the beach), stay in the shade, as much as possible and use a broad spectrum sn "block", not a sunscreen, on exposed areas.

The daily use of sun-screening compounds has been recommended, a lot, lately. The subject is controversial, to say the least, because researchers have seen an increased incidence of malignant melanoma in regular sunscreen users. The debate goes back and forth between the scientists, but they all agree that we must not rely too heavily on mild sun screening agents that are commonly found in skincare products.

Free Radical Damage - What is Does to Your Skin

The reason that the sun causes damage is that UV rays increase the production and activity of free radical molecules. We are starting to see more healthy skin care tips promoting the use of products that contain antioxidants, the body's natural defense against free radical damage. You have probably heard that people who smoke have more wrinkles. The reason is that cigarette smoke and other air pollutants increase the production and activity of free radicals.

Dermatologists now say that the molecules are responsible for wrinkling, sagging and all of the signs of aging. You need antioxidants.

Nutrition - Importance for Skin

You get some of the antioxidants that you need by eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. So, good nutrition plays a role. If you are not already doing it, take a fish oil supplement and a good multi-vitamin, every day.

Cleansing - Skin Care Necessity

Cleansers should be safe and gentle. In fact, this whole collection of healthy skin care tips assumes that you are treating your face and body with the greatest care. Use cleansers that contain natural ingredients like manuka honey and tea tree oil. If you have excessive oiliness or you need something stronger, use orange oil. Don't exfoliate. Don't scrub. A clay based mask every week or two will pull out any dirt and grime that you missed, without damaging the skin's cells.

Moisturizing - Your Skin Loves It

The best moisturizers can be used on any type of skin, whether dry or oily. It is the rampant inclusion of mineral oil, petrolatum and paraffin that cause greasiness and breaking out. Real moisturizers penetrate deeply and are not greasy. Look for grape seed oil to use during the day and avocado to use at night and try to find lotions that also include antioxidants. For help see AHealthyRadiantSkin.com. Hopefully, these healthy skin care tips will help you look younger and fresher. Starting using them today.

Aloe Vera Skin Products - Do They Really Work?
By Susan Kessler

It's unbelievable how much misinformation there is out there about skin care products. You probably see a lot of aloe vera skin care products on the market but the question at hand is: do they really work? Aloe vera has been used for centuries for medicinal purposes. It is effective in soothing bug bites, inflammation, and sunburn. However, in this day and age is aloe vera a practical ingredient in skin care?

Aloe vera skin products are just about everywhere. The problem with mainstream aloe vera products is the fact that they are laden with chemical ingredients. Sure, aloe vera is a healing ingredient that is highly effective as an active ingredient in skin treatments but its effectiveness is lost when it's combined with synthetic chemical ingredients. Synthetic chemical ingredients can damage your skin and cause premature aging.

Another problem with aloe vera skin care is that it hasn't kept up with the latest scientific studies. There are products out there that contain ingredients scientifically formulated to work in synergy together so you can see dramatic results. Furthermore, there are new ingredients that are rigorously tested in laboratories and naturally processed using the latest technology in order to achieve maximum effectiveness.

Aloe vera skin products will always be helpful in skin care but if you want to hydrate your skin effectively and reverse the signs of aging, you need to use more than just aloe vera products. Look for the latest, most effective ingredients in anti aging skin care, such as Cynergy TK, Phytessence Wakame, and Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10.

These three ingredients are more effective than aloe vera skin care products because they get to the root of the three leading causes of aging which are the loss of collagen and elastin, the loss of hyaluronic acid, and the damage caused by free radicals. They also have unique healing properties that make your skin look youthful and rejuvenated.

Do yourself a favor and reserve the aloe vera skin care products for sunburns and cuts. There's no denying the fact that aloe vera is an effective ingredient in healing skin but when it comes to day-to-day skin care, there are new products that are far superior and much more effective.
Start shopping around for anti-aging skin care products that contain Cynergy TK, Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10, and Phytessence Wakame. They will help you achieve smooth, wrinkle-free, and rejuvenated skin better than any other products on the market.

Susan Kessler is an expert in skincare and has helped hundreds of men and women improve the appearance of their skin. Visit Skin Cream Guide to learn more about how to find the very best skin care products on the market. You too can look and feel years younger!

Why Do We Get Dark Circles Under Eyes?
By Michael-Jon Lazar

Have you ever woken up in the morning, and once you had a chance to wipe the hazes of sleep away and actually look into the mirror you saw that there were deep, dark circles under the eyes. And indeed, your face looked more like a raccoon (raccoon eyes) than it did a human being. This early morning dilemma has affected women-and men-around the world for hundreds of years. And while there are a variety of things that can aid in eliminating dark eye circles, baggy eyes, or even puffy eyes, no one solution has ever been really lauded or touted as the very best; and they are all costly when you check out the price tag attached to such products.

Nobody Wants Raccoon Eyes or Puffy Eyes

If you ask any woman that has experienced puffy eyes or dark circles under the eyes, most certainly none of them will respond with they are not too concerned about it. More women have wasted ample amounts of foundation and cover-up trying to veil those dark eye circles from the stares of others. And in reality, one could easily spend as much money on makeup products, trying to conceal their problem areas, as one could spend on an effective product that will resolve the problems with their puffy or baggy eyes, and or raccoon eyes.

Capillaries are the Culprit

The skin around the eyes is some of the thinnest skin to be found on the human body. Over time the wrinkles in our faces, pressure and tension on the skin and the combination with stress and lack of sleep, can place much pressure on the capillaries. These tender capillaries can burst and when blood surrounds them it creates poor drainage. Over time the blood can actually be seen underneath the skin, most often as dark circles under the eyes.

Solutions Are Not Nearly as Pricey as they were in the Past

Thankfully the solutions of today are not the overpriced, semi-effective solutions of the past.
Revolutionary eye creams-like Eyevive-have recently began to circulate the market which utilizes micro circulation technologies to increase drainage, encourage the production of collagen, hydrate the problem areas and eliminate dark circles under the eyes, puffy eyes and baggy eyes. The best part is that a month's supply of such eye creams is only going to cost you about $60-$70.

For more information on how Eyevive can help to reverse the affects of aging, please visit their website at: http://www.eyevive.com/

By Pamela Brooks

Our polluted, stressful world is rough on skin. The best facial cleanser will address multiple issues for your poor, beleaguered face. The harmful effects of too much sun, wind and dry indoor air are major causes of aging for human skin. Since the face is the part of our body most often exposed to the elements, the face is the best place to see remarkable results when you begin to use a sensitive skin facial cleanser regularly.

The aim of a facial cleanser is to clean our skin, the largest organ of our body and the most exposed and visible to the world at large. Any inflammation, blemish or redness is bound to be noticed by family, friends and colleagues. So taking care of this important asset is critical to our well-being and influences even our personal relationships daily. A sensitive skin facial cleanser is a good choice for all skin types. The best facial cleanser will have powerful ingredients to restore and rejuvenate your skin by gently removing impurities and reducing inflammation at the same time. Proven ingredients that do this job very effectively include kaolin, a mineral clay from New Zealand; Macadamia nut oil, a natural, easily absorbed cell protector and Manuka honey, also from New Zealand that is scientifically proven to stimulate the human immune system. How to Remove Wrinkles Effectively
By Victoria S. Pedersen

It's not surprising that as a large segment of the Western world ages, the notion of how to remove wrinkles gains ever more popularity.

In all honesty, when I say removing or fixing wrinkles, I don't mean something that happens overnight. I'm a realist and I want you to be one too.

If it took years for those wrinkles to develop, after all, what chance do you have that they'll be gone overnight? On the other hand, I'm not saying it's going to take years to experience results. Some persistence, dedication, and, most importantly, use of the right products, can have you remove wrinkles in months, not years.

So, let's get into it. How do you pick a good product? Well, you pick one by picking effective ingredients. The problem is that many products that are advertised as "anti-aging" creams are full of ineffective ingredients.

Let's take a look at one of the biggest offenders: collagen and elastin creams. If you know anything about skin aging, you know that one of the main reasons we start to get wrinkled skin, age spots, and uneven skin tone and texture is because our bodies make less collagen and elastin, which are two vital skin proteins.

So, on the surface, it would seem to make sense that fixing wrinkles would benefit by collagen and elastin based products.

Unfortunately, this isn't the case at all. Collagen and elastin become worthless when topically applied. The molecules that make up the proteins are too large to penetrate your skin. This is a medical fact.

So, in short, all of these companies touting their collagen and elastin anti aging creams to remove wrinkles are simply taking advantage of consumer ignorance of this reality. Unfortunately, these products still sell millions of dollars worth each and every year.

But all is not lost. You see, if you can get your body to produce more of its own collagen naturally, then you'll have found the solution to your aging skin issues. And, thankfully, there are natural substances out there that have been discovered and refined and proven to work clinically on people, not lab rats.

Let's discuss just one of these amazing substances, called Cynergy TK, which is high in functional keratin. Keratin is another protein with a vital role in skin. Well a company in New Zealand pioneered a process by which this keratin became "functional"....meaning it could be applied to human skin and penetrate into it effectively.

Results from the use of Cynergy TK were astounding:

1) It helped the body stimulate new collagen and elastin production.

2) It drastically boosted skin elasticity and moisture within several weeks.

3) Reduced inflammation of the skin. If inflammation is left unimpeded, it will eventually lead to a breakdown of structural proteins in the skin.

4) Led to the creation of entirely new skin cells.

5) Cyerngy TK contains highly powerful antioxidants. Free radical damage in the body is one of the primary reasons skin ages. These potent antioxidants can counter these free radicals before they damage your skin.

Cynergy TK, as amazing as it is, is only one in a number of new breakthough natural substances for fixing wrinkles that most people residing in the Western world have never heard about (yet available to them).

100% Pure Skincare Products - Do They Exist? Why Would You Want Them?
By Peter Wilson

Many people are now becoming aware that many modern skincare and anti aging products contain potentially harmful ingredients. For this reason many seek to learn more about 100% pure skincare or holistic skincare.

Whether you call it 100% pure skincare or holistic skincare or natural skincare or organic skincare, what people are looking for is skincare products that don't contain harmful ingredients.

If it's news to you that many mainstream skincare products and antiaging products and cosmetics contain potentially harmful ingredients then here's a couple of examples to demonstrate why so many people are now looking for 100% pure skincare products.

A recent study, for example, has found lead in many of the big brand lipsticks that so many of us use. Other studies have found chemicals called Phthalates in many of our skincare and anti aging products and cosmetics. Phthalates have linked to birth defects.

Why is this so? Because the FDA doesn't regulate or test anti aging products and skincare products for safety, (or for how well they work), and so many companies use ingredients in their products that are suspect or even dangerous, and sometimes are also damaging to your skin.

And there's many more examples than these 2, so many in fact that there is now a consumer organization set up dedicated to exposing dangerous ingredients in skincare products and cosmetics in an attempt to clean up the industry.

So you can see why so many people are looking for safe skincare products and so seek to buy 100% pure skincare products, or what some call holistic.

Most of the big brand name cosmetics and skincare products are suspect, and many do very little either. However for those seeking 100% pure, safe skincare products there is good news.
There are excellent companies dedicated to developing high quality, safe, effective and pure skincare products, and safe, effective and pure cosmetics.

Let me give you some examples. There is a small niche company that makes what I consider to be the best skincare products available that use all safe and 100% natural skincare products.
They use ingredients that are naturally occurring and extracted in a safe, and effective manner.

For example one of the best ingredients you can find in your skincare products is Phytessence Wakame. This is a seaweed found around the coast of Japan that is regularly eaten by the Japanese, who have some of the best skin in the world. Scientists have now discovered that the skin health of Japanese women is no accident. That it can be put down in large part to the inclusion in their diet of this seaweed called Phytessence Wakame.

There is a wide range of active ingredients in Phytessence wakame that help maintain skin health, suppleness and youthfullness. And so anyone who eats Phytessence Wakame will exhibit characteristics of good skin health.

This small niche company now uses Phytessence Wakame in their 100% pure skincare products, and it is now an essential ingredient in just about all of their skincare range. It's naturally occurring, safe, and extremely effective.

Scientific studies have shown many similar 100% pure naturally occurring ingredients that can be used in skincare products to avoid the necessity of using chemicals and other suspect or dangerous ingredients.

However the big brand name companies don't generally use them because they are often much more expensive than the chemical ingredients they use now, so cut into profits.

This small niche company however doesn't advertise on TV and has a limited marketing budget, so costs are way lower, and they direct their funds into research and development of high quality 100% pure skincare products that work extremely well. Holistic skincare products that put the big brands to shame, both on quality and price.

But because they don't advertise on TV chances are you've never heard of them. Or another company that comes to mind that makes superb 100% pure cosmetics that are very high quality. Holistic cosmetics that are safe to use, unlike many.

So if you're looking to find some high quality 100% pure skincare products or holistic cosmetics that are safe and effective you can find them, they do exist. They work well, are safe to use, and cost competitive.

But you won't buy them from the big brand name skincare companies or cosmetics companies.

Understanding What Lies Beneath 100% Pure Skincare
By Gerald Markowitz

You might have realized the importance of holistic skincare and keen on exploring 100% pure skincare options, you need to understand that all that are promised in advertising claims, may not be 100% true. What exactly is meant by 100% pure skincare? This self-explanatory phrase would imply skincare products devoid of any type of contaminants. But no cosmetic manufacturer in the US is bound by law to test their skincare products for traces of contamination. Independent research reveals that many of the brands, which are promoted as 100% pure skincare products actually contain lead and mercury. Even organically grown plant and vegetable oils, packed without using any preservatives, often carry bacteria. This may result in serious infection or scarring.

Today people have realized the importance of holistic skincare. Individual skin disorders or age-related skin deterioration cannot be handled without treating the person in his or her entirety.
Our food and drink habits as well as our lifestyle choices affect our skin and our appearances. For instance, leading a stressful life first shows on our skin, in the form of ailments starting from acne to psoriasis.

The good news is that there are small but growing number of companies who are adopting a realistic yet holistic skincare approach as their corporate mission. For instance, the manufacturing process of such companies involve 'cold pressing' which offer protection to plants and other natural ingredients from invading bacteria. Many of their packaging would be in bottles, which are opaque which prevent light from damaging ingredients, when they are of botanical origin.

At a personal level, it makes sense to adopt a holistic skincare approach. For example, you might encourage vitamin D deficiency, if, to protect from the sun you continuously use sunscreen lotions or creams. In stead, you could wear the right kind of clothing that protect you from the ill effects of UV rays. Interesting, as it may seem, 100% pure skincare treatments contain ingredients, which could be derived from the food that we eat. The goodness of such foods benefits the body, of which the skin is an essential component. It is also to be noted that a holistic skincare approach is based on the fact that our whole body is interconnected. What we eat and drink and the kind of lives we lead would show up first on the skin, and then on the different parts of the body. For instance if you are fond of excessively oily foods, it would first show on your skin as pimples or rashes. Perhaps the best choice of food for a vibrantly glowing skin would be fruits, vegetables and fish like salmon. Rich in essential fatty acids, salmon keeps the skin and the internal system adequately hydrated - something, which the skin needs to remain youthful and healthy. This brings us to another topic in holistic skincare method.

Think of the water you drink and bathe in. If it contains an excess of chlorine, it could have a drying effect on your skin. You may believe in 100% pure skincare regimen with a holistic skincare approach, but the fat still remains that there are products, which work and many which do not. To play safe, there are some clues, which could be helpful in your search for the correct skincare product. Look for ingredients like functional keratin, antioxidants like coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin E. Seaweed, kelp extracts or oil from grape seed also contributes to the authenticity of ingredients offering a holistic skincare solution. The last but never the least important job still left to do is to locate a trustworthy company, which delivers what it promises.
