Skin Guide to Better Look
By Sharon A Bell

When we speak of good skin, we linger on the images of “supermodels,” our favorite actors and actresses who are like angels from above and whom we adore as beautiful people in the world.

Seeing them in person or watching them in our television sets make us wonder what their beauty secrets are. Their supple, pinkish, and glowing skin exudes the beauty of healthy living.

A busy day with a list of deadlines adds up to a “haggard” look of some. When doing a lot of chores, we tend to forget to take care of ourselves and sometimes miss the point of valuing how we look. Looks are indicators in determining how we handle pressures and the stresses of daily life. You don't need to be a model just to have a beautiful skin. Everybody deserves to look good and feel good about himself. Although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, healthy looking skin is another story.

Taking good care of the skin requires no age limit. Young and old are expected to take an effort to make themselves presentable. As one matures, the baby skin becomes thinner and fine wrinkles begin to show especially to those who have tedious jobs and who perspire a lot. Active lifestyle results in having open pores and subcutaneous glands produce more oil causing pimples and other skin problems. As these things continuously happen, the skin becomes fragile losing the youthful glow.

But do not fret. There are basic good skin care tips that most health books, enthusiasts and dermatologists generally recommend to have vibrant-looking skin. First on the list is to protect yourself from the sun. The intense ultraviolet rays damage skin cells causing more melanin or dark spots, wrinkles and rough skin. In dealing with this problem, it is recommended to refrain from going out during high-intensity hours, particularly 10 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon. Wearing a hat or using an umbrella is advised. Putting sunscreen protection may also be beneficial.

Smoking contributes to the faster aging process and in time you may look older than your friends who are non-smokers. Scientific studies show that nicotine, a substance found in cigarettes, narrows the blood vessels in the skin. It depletes the passageway of oxygen, and nutrients being distributed to the different parts of the body. As this happens, it damages the natural ability of the skin cells particularly the collagen to make the skin elastic and fresh.

Washing the face should be done regularly to get rid of excess dirt and pollution. Soaps should be mild; and the face and body should be washed gently so that they will not be bruised or injured.

When shaving, do it gently to avoid the skin from getting hurt.

The skin has different types. Some may have oily, dry, normal or a combination of skin types. If you have dry skin, moisturizers are recommended. They help maintain the skin's natural moisture. They serve as seals of protection against dirt and control the release of water from the skin.

Other skin problems include age spots, wrinkles, blemishes and hyperpigmentation. With these, many over-the-counter drugs are available to suit the customer's problem areas. One of the sought-after skin lightening agents in the market is LumnadermTM. It is a product like no other. It reduces age pots, sun spots, and freckles. Most customers have tried it and were happy of the results. If you would like to use a brand that suits your needs, try Lumnaderm. To learn more about it, just visit the website at www.Lumnaderm.com.

Exfoliate for Glowing Skin
By Carol Belanger

Exfoliation is a method of removing the dead skin cells on the upper layer of your skin and increasing circulation to promote new skin cells. Once used only in exclusive spas at a costly amount, exfoliation is a simple technique that you can do at home.

When using a store bought exfoliate (or commonly called body scrub), do not overdue. Store bought exfoliates have chemical ingredients that may cause irritation if used to often. Many store bought body scrubs include petrochemical-based agents, such as mineral oil, and potential carcinogens, like parabens. Natural or homemade scrubs use ingredients such as sea salt, sugar, and nutshells to exfoliate. Additionally, in choosing the right exfoliate, it is important that your scrub contain moisturizing ingredients, such as honey or oatmeal, to protect and hydrate the newly exposed cells.

Body scrubs are usually made up of two properties: one for the scrubbing ability and one to soothe and smooth. Below are common ingredients and their properties that are commonly used in making at home body scrubs.

Exfoliates (scrubbers)

Sea salt is a natural for normal skin. It contains marine extracts and minerals that help revitalize the skin.

Apricot kernels are rich in vitamin A, which is vital for healthy skin. Additionally it is perfect for rough spots, elbows, backs, heels and thicker skins. Note: Nutshells and fruit kernels can have jagged edges so they are not ideal for sensitive skin. Sugar is a gentle exfoliate ideal for sensitive skin since the grains have smoother edges than salt grains.

Soothes, Smooths and Moisturizes

Honey moisturizers, softens, nourishes, and heals normal skin.

Nut and seed oils such as almond, hazelnut and sunflower oils are often used to soften and hydrate skin: ideal for dry skin. Oatmeal is a gentle grain that moisturizes skin, soothes, and reduces inflammation for sensitive skin types.

Exfoliation of the face and body as part of your skin care regime will result in improving your skin’s appearance and bring about a natural glow.

How to Apply Sunblock
By Sofia Moussier

Sunblock on? Check.

UVA/UVB protection? Check.

SPF 45,000? Check.

Ready to hit the beach!

Err, not quite. Wearing sunblock (also called sunscreen) is like taking a multivitamin: people use it, think they're safe, and don't realize that it's possibly doing them no good whatsoever.

A bottle of sunblock is your greatest weapon against wrinkles... IF you use it correctly. Let's give a primer on sunblock how to apply sunblock, shall we.

1. Wash your face. Thoroughly. Excessive face-washing is counter-productive, so don't overdo it. Simply run some warm (not hot) water, lather up some moisturizing facial cleanser (not soap) with your two middle fingers, and rinse. Pat yourself dry, but not too dry. Warm, moist skin absorbs best.

2. Do nothing. Let us make this very clear. For your sunblock to work, it has to be the FIRST thing you apply. If there is a layer of anything (makeup, moisturizer, toner, etc) between your skin and the sunblock, it won't work.

3. Apply sunblock liberally. You've heard before that using too much of something it a bad thing, but this isn't one of those times. Don't skimp on sunblock. It's amazing to me how people will try to save money by using less sunblock, and then spend $100 on an anti-wrinkle cream that does nothing for them. It's the SUNBLOCK where you should spend most of your money, since that is the best way to prevent wrinkles.

4. Do nothing (again). Your sunblock requires at least 10 minutes to absorb into your skin and dry up. It also takes about that long (maybe longer) to work, so don't go in the sun right away. Don't add anything to your face, whether it's water, moisturizer, or makeup, for 10 to 15 minutes. If you do, the sunblock won't work. Use this time to do something else, like your hair, or get dressed.

5. Repeat. If you're going to spend time in the sun, repeat this process every two hours. If it's just a day at the office, once will do, unless you plan on eating lunch outside.

6. Weather doesn't count. You need to wear sunblock every single day, no matter what the weather is like. UV rays shine right through the clouds, and you can still get sunburn in the rain or snow. Make it a morning ritual to apply sunblock first thing out of the shower.

7. Don't neglect your body parts. It would look strange if you were 80 and had very few wrinkles... except on your ears. When applying sunblock, don't forget your ears, hands, backs of your hands, other exposed body parts, and your lips. Of course, for your lips, don't use sunblock.

Instead, use a lip balm with SPF 15. And let it sink in before applying that lipstick.

All these steps can be a pain in the rear, but your skin will thank you and reward you with fewer wrinkles. Make it part of your routine to do this, get creative, and you'll get used to it. The alternative (facelifts at 35) is far, far more of a pain than this.

Golden rules of sunblock.

-Use SPF 15. Any less will do nothing, and any more will add nothing.

-Block UVA and UVB. UVA ages you, UVB burns you. Most products only block UVB, which means you'll wrinkle like a raisin.

-Go bare. Apply sunblock on clean, warm skin. Make it the first product you use.

-Wait. Allow 10 minutes for it to absorb before applying anything else or going outside.

-Do it again. If spending time in the sun, re-apply sunblock every 2 hours.

-Don't go in the water. If you must, then use a real water-proof brand and re-apply when you're dry. Ditto for sweating.

-No sun? Who cares. Wear sunblock every day, no matter the weather.

How To Take Care Of Dry Skin
By Gisele Brosnan

The skin naturally produces a number of different natural oils that are used to keep the skin hydrated and looking beautiful. It’s when your skin stops producing those essential natural oils, that your skin becomes dry.

If you have had dry skin in the past, you probably know what to expect. If you haven’t or you are not sure that what you are experiencing is dry skin, here are some common symptoms associated with dryness:

Your skin will feel tight. This is usually evident after you have showered or been swimming.

Your skin can also look like it is dry and dehydrated. Most people that have dry skin will tell you that the biggest problem with it is having itchy skin. Sometimes, it can be so bad that the itch is worse than dealing with the dry skin. You may see some fine lines or even cracks in the skin, as evidence of just how dry this is. This is common in the feet and in the hands.

You may seek the skin scaling off. Flaking of the skin is a common sign. Here, your skin’s outer later is peeling or flaking off. Although it is not painful, it can worsen into a condition that is very much so painful. Your skin in the area may also be red. A chapped looking red is a sign of severe dry skin. If you have scratched at your dry skin, chances are good that you will also have a number of sores in the area. This can be common but is also a very bad thing as these open sores can easily lead to infections.

Understanding what dry skin looks and feels like can help you to avoid having to experience it.

Take the time necessary to get the help you need for this condition either with the help of your doctor for severe cases or with the help of your over the counter moisturizers.

Now that we’ve determined the many signs of dryness, let’s try to find ways of preventing it.

How do you prevent dry skin?

Dry skin is still something that is bothersome and can even be painful during the autumn and fall seasons. If you are prone to dry skin, you may not be able to get away from it, but you can combat it and make things easier for you.

* When the weather is bad, make sure that you wear protective clothing to keep the snap of the cold wind out. If you don’t do this, exposed skin is the first place that you will find dry skin located. That includes your face and your hands, to common areas for dry skin to appear.

* Avoid taking showers. If you have dry skin continuously, this is a great way to stop it.

Showers, especially those that are of hot water, are detrimental to skin care. You are sure to find yourself relaxing better in a bath anyway. Showers actually strip the natural oils from your skin that can prevent dry skin.

* Use milder soaps on your skin. Look for bar soap and hand soap that is mild. There are several brands that are available to you that don’t contain such harsh chemicals and abrasives that can rip away the natural oils in your skin.

* Use lotions and moisturizers. If you know that your skin is going to be dry, use moisturizers to fight it before it happens. You can also tackle your problems more effectively if you treat dry skin sooner rather than later when it is painful.

* Use bath oils. Another way to get a treatment for your dry skin is to add bath oils to your bath water. These add in the oils that may be depleted because of the weather or other condition that is causing your dry skin.

* Use these methods to fight off your dry skin. You don’t have to worry about how bad it will be this year when you have a few tricks to fighting and preventing dry skin available to you now.

Wonders of Bath Oils
By Anita R Choudhary

Is all your attention only on your face?

What about the rest of your body?

Proper body care is important for an overall youthful appearance. If you neglect your body skin, the signs of aging will become visible even if your facial skin is supple and youthful. Using bath oils is a good option for caring about your body.

These days there is a variety of fragrant therapeutic bath oils available that can even restore dull, listless skin back to beautiful, supple skin. With continuous use of these essential oils, not only can you reduce signs of aging but you will notice your skin radiant and glowing. Essential oils are used extensively in aromatherapy and provide relief to the body and mind. When you use bath oils that have been based on natural gentle plant extracts, your skin will get the much needed hydration along with no chemicals.

Alcohol and chemical free bath products, based on genuine plant extracts and only quality bath oil products should be used. How will you know which one to buy or whether it will suit your skin may be your next question, isn’t it?

Well, 99% essential oils and bath oils do not cause any allergy to anyone, unless you are prone to allergies from specific product. So, these are chemical free, easily absorbed and organic fragrant oils that come in concentrated quantities are non toxic and non allergic. You need to add only a few drops of these bath oils to get maximum benefit.

Always buy beauty and bath products from reputed sources. The best part about using bath oils is that they are available in innumerable scents and fragrances from vanilla to roses, cinnamon to baking cookies aromas!

However not all fragrant bath oils and products may have natural organic fragrance and pure oils. You should read the list of ingredients before buying. Organic and natural bath products may be slightly more expensive than the ones that have chemical or synthetic fragrance added.

So, be careful about cheap imitation bath oils that claim to have added essential oils!

People love to be gifted unique things, so why not gift then beauty and youth? Beautiful, attractive packs of bath and body products make ideal gifts. When they see you looking radiant and youthful, they will start believing in the positive aspects of essential oils in bath. Go natural and eliminate chemicals from your life, feel healthy, fresh and rejuvenated after a warm fragrant bath.

How Exercise Can Prevent Cellulite Build Up
By Sandra Reynolds

For those who want some effective means to get rid of the fat that is trapped beneath their skin and which just does not seem to go away even after considerable effort, there is good news for them in that they can learn about some effective exercise for cellulite and thus not have to turn to things such as cellulite creams to do the job for them. There is certain special exercise for cellulite that you can even learn at a beauty center, and even a registered dermatologist would be able to teach you about them which should be able to prove effective in removing their wrinkles that are quite unsightly and which look like cottage cheese.

Even Famous Personalities Have Cellulite

And, cellulite seems to affect women as much as it does men and even stars and famous people are not immune from this problem, which explains why beauty centers need to teach their clients about effective exercise for cellulite. Once you have started to perform such exercise for cellulite, you can stop worrying that you won’t be able to don your favorite skimpy beachwear because of the ugliness of your skin that cellulite causes.

The simplest exercise for cellulite is what you do daily and which will help balance hormones as also prove to be useful in detoxification, and with exercising regularly, you may find that the ugly appearances on your body are reduced, and in some instances, even permanently removed.

Another useful exercise for cellulite is cardiovascular cellulite exercises which include activities such as jogging, swimming and even walking while you may also want to try out anaerobic exercises to work your muscles and whose focus should be on your hips, thighs as well as buttocks. In addition, it may also pay you to use products such as Vita Moor Body Wrap and also Contour Crème which combine well together to give your body a look that is unspoiled by cellulite. All you need to do is to ensure that you do the exercise for cellulite regularly and in a proper manner which should result in better blood circulation and detoxification of the waste material within your body, and which also helps burn up fat from your body.

Anaerobic exercises are also wonderful exercise for cellulite as they help the body metabolize whatever unwanted fat there is and thus prevent build-up of cellulite, and rather than cause excessive fat, will actually convert fat into muscle tissue and thus promote cellulite free skins.

Sensitive Skin Care In-Depth
By Aditi Joshi

Contrary to what you might have heard, sensitive skin isn't considered a medical condition.

When someone says he or she has sensitive skin, it typically means the skin has become irritated, red, swollen and/or itchy as a result of either an environmental condition or use of a certain product. The term is also used to describe changes to a person's skin in response to allergic reactions.

Why can skin be sensitive?

Although there are several reasons why skin can be sensitive, the most common is that skin is reacting negatively to a certain product or possibly some combination of products. Think about your daily skin care regime, specifically the number of products you use. Soaps, cleansers, toners, blemish reducers, blemish concealers, foundation, blush, facial masks, after shave lotion – the list never ends! You probably use products that are made by a number of different manufacturers, too. While your intentions are good, some skin cannot tolerate such an assault.

Causes of sensitive skin

Trying to pinpoint the cause of sensitive skin is not always as simple as discontinuing use of a certain product. Because of the nature of sensitive skin, it can take hours or even days before the signs of sensitivity are visible. And the sensitivity may not be caused by a product. Exposure to the sun can create skin problems, as can extremely hot water. Your laundry detergent, fabric softeners, shampoo, perfume, hair spray, and even the household cleaning products you use can be the culprit. Certain foods and even some plants can cause symptoms of an allergic reaction as well.

Healthy skin is less sensitive because it's able to act as an effective barrier. Sunburned skin, skin that's excessively dry and skin that is otherwise damaged tends to be more sensitive. That's one reason why people who don't normally have sensitive skin develop skin sensitivity during winter months when dry, cold air strips skin of its protective moisture.

How to treat sensitive skin

Before sensitive skin can be treated, it's important to figure out the underlying cause of the problem. It may be necessary to seek the advice of a dermatologist as you may have a skin condition such as eczema, psoriasis or rosacea. Here are some tips for treating sensitive skin. Start reading product labels - the fewer ingredients, the better. Avoid products containing alcohol, fragrances, botanicals, antibacterial, ethanol and propylene glycol.

Spot test new facial products before applying to entire face. Apply a few dabs behind ears for 5 days, and if there's no reaction, apply beside eyes for another 5 days. If all goes well, full facial coverage likely will be safe. Choose natural fabrics for pillowcases and washcloths like 100% cotton or silk instead of synthetic materials. Check your 'cotton' balls, too. Some look like cotton but really are polyester.

Eat a balanced diet to ensure skin gets the nutrients it needs to remain healthy.

Keep skin moist and always apply sun protection.

Gently clean skin. Avoid harsh products like scrubbing mitts, excessively hot water and abrasive exfoliating products.

Treat Burn Scars With Topical Application of a Biological Skin Revival Cream

By Grant Ferns

Skin burns can provoke serious traumas, both physically and emotionally. Have superficial burn scars markedly transformed your attitude and way of life? Do you dwell upon the fateful moment every time you look at the scar? Do you want to move on with your life and forget that painful moment? Burn scars are more than just superficial. Why not at least eliminate the outer scarring and start healing emotionally? The scar cream we will review here can not erase agonizing memories but it can treat skin.

Burns can injure tendons, muscles, and skin. Multiple surgeries and skin grafts normally follow serious burns. Keloids or hypertrophic burn scars are a few of the painful reminders that can develop after the fact. After a skin injury, very few people want to go under the knife. Who wants more stress after a skin burn?

The texture of your skin can be improved and those hyperthropic scars or keloid scars left behind by burns on your body can be diminished significantly. Also the pigmentation changes that result from skin grafts. Even reduced mobility as a consequence of contractures can be restored with the use of the topical product, and without further surgery.

Heal Burn Scars With A Scar Cream Made With a Natural Renewal Activator.

We are here to tell you there is now something that can help heal burn scars simply and from the cosiness of your own home. It is a biological burn scar treatment cream that burn sufferers can apply twice daily and see the same results as with laser surgeries and other invasive methods. This biological skin care treatment treats burn scars from within, both delicately and efficiently. There is no high priced laser involved or removing pieces of skin and reattaching them. There is only topical application of a skin care treatment that will diffuse and remove burn scars on a cellular level while remodeling healthy skin elements, but it must be applied at least twice a day for several months.

I realize it sounds far fetched or too good to be true but many people have already experienced it and say it is for real. The phone calls and compliments we receive from happy customers give us a little peak into people's lives. Keloid scars that have been burdens on people's lives for years have been dissolved. Hyperthropic scars that defined skin are no longer there. People are able to move past the initial healing stage since seeing the superficial burn scar is no longer a part of their daily routine. Full recovery from a painful experience like a burn can take time. Removing the scarred remains and purchasing an efficient scarring treatment is a very important step for many who want to move on with their lives.

Scar Healing Must be Stimulated from the Inside Out Using a Natural Skin Renewal Activator.
What makes this scar treatment cream sound for treatment of burn scars is the capacity of the biological ingredient to combine with human cells and rejuvenate the regenerative capability of blistered skin. When administered topically on the skin, the cream helps the skin recover its normal structure and function.

Natural occurring enzymes possessed in the new scar treatment cream stimulate fibroblast creation. Fibroblasts provide a needed framework for the skin by supplying the connective tissues necessary to uphold the skin's matrix. This is crucial in wound healing, renewing the flawed tissues with new, healthy versions.

Fibroblasts secrete the precursors of all the elements of the extracellular matrix, chiefly the ground substance and a variety of fibers.

The new burn scar treatment can diffuse damaged tissues with biological enzymes. Keloid scars and excessive collagen deposits are eliminated and changed into their amino acid elements and turned back into the system for skin rejuvenation. Natural skin renewal is needed to remove burn scars and purge the skin of all dead or damaged cells.

The natural burn scar treatment has low molecular weight ingredients that possess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities. These factors help reduce oxidative damage and free radical formation, maintaining the healthy cells near a skin trauma.

The product possess anti bacterial agents that can eliminate any unsafe bacteria that might further do harm to a burn. Burns and open skin wounds are common breeding grounds for dangerous bacteria. Killing bacteria before they can further defile a burn wound is crucial to maintain skin health after a burn.

We know burn scars are traumatic, this is why we are here to help. We would like you to go to our website and learn more about how our natural skin revival cream can help you diffuse the superficial scarring associated with cutaneous burns. While at out webpage, browse our pages and see how the same biological ingredient can be used not only to treat burn scar tissues but a wide array of skin problems including dermatitis lesions that arise when skin is subject to radio therapy for cancer, acne, rosacea, stretch marks and more. Life is hard enough without burn scars defining your skin. It is now time to take control of your skin, remove the scarring, and start the emotional healing. Grant Ferns.

Cures for Dry Skin
By Juliet Cohen

Dry skin is most common in your lower legs, arms, flanks (sides of the abdomen), and thighs. More serious dry skin conditions, such as the inherited group of disorders called ichthyosis, can sometimes be disfiguring enough to cause psychological distress. Dry skin has a low level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity. Dryness is exacerbated by wind, extremes of temperature and air-conditioning, all of which cause the skin to flake, chap and feel tight. There may be tiny expression lines on these spots and at the comers of the mouth.. It usually feels "tight" and uncomfortable after washing unless some type of moisturizer or skin cream is applied. This type of skin is tightly drawn over bones. It looks dull, especially on the cheeks and around the eyes. There may be tiny expression lines on these spots and at the comers of the mouth. A healthy stratum corneum is about 30 percent water, giving your skin resilience and elasticity. Most of the water is in the interior of the stratum corneum — in the outer layers, the water level depends on the amount of humidity in the air. The drier the air, the drier the outermost layer of skin.

Dry skin has a low level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity. Eczema may cause dry skin.

Most dry skin is caused by environmental exposures, such aspsoriasis-This skin condition is marked by a rapid buildup of rough, dry, dead skin cells that form thick scales. Thyroid disorders-Hypothyroidism, a condition that occurs when your thyroid produces too little thyroid hormones, reduces the activity of your sweat and oil glands, leading to rough, dry skin. Hot baths and showers. Frequent showering or bathing, especially if you like the water hot and your baths long, breaks down the lipid barriers in your skin. Dehydration. Severe diarrhea and vomiting, a high fever, profuse sweating during exercise or simply not drinking enough liquids can cause your body to lose more fluid than you take in. Weather. In general, your skin is driest in winter, when temperatures and humidity levels plummet. Winter conditions also tend to make many existing skin conditions worse.

Dry Skin Rash, Psoriasis or eczema are all unpleasant skin conditions. The positive aspects of it are that there is less acne and shininess. It is very important to take care of the skin since the dryness can turn into deep cuts and hurt, especially on the heals. Oatmeal is very nutritionist and doesn’t have a lot of calories in it. It has curbs, amino, fiber, and vitamins like B and E.

Mix oatmeal with vanila extract and baking soda add to a cup of warm water to melt the powder, then add to a tub and have a bath for 30-40 minutes. Try to relax and you will get a much better looking skin. Skin usually becomes dry because of a lack of sebum. Sebum is the natural protective oils which the skins pores secrete to protect our skin from the elements. If the production of sebum drops off, particularly if our diets aren't good, or as we get older, our skin can become increasingly dry as our skin finds it increasingly difficult to retain moisture and grow healthy.

Shaving With Shea Butter
By Dr. Robyn Tisdale Scott

Shaving can be a real chore, in both men and women with sensitive skin. With every pass of the razor, they create painful bumps and razor burn that only gets worse when they applying a lotion or aftershave. Some people have problems with this no matter how expensive their razor is, or how gentle and protective their shaving cream is supposed to be. Even if you don't experience razor bumps or burn, you should know that there is another option: Shea Butter.

Shea Butter comes from the kernel of the fruit of the Karite Nut tree. Most people have heard of Shea Butter, because it's becoming extremely popular and more and more people refuse to buy products that don't include Shea Butter. Why? It has been referred to as a 'heal all' for centuries.

When you use this in the unrefined organic form, you are putting some amazing power into your beauty maintenance routine. Shea Butter is filled with natural anti-aging properties, vitamins, nutrients and components which actually protect your skin from the sun and the environment.

There are numerous uses for Shea Butter, and shaving is just one of them. When you smooth on this creamy and rich product, you are doing a couple of great things. First of all, you're giving your dry and tired skin a generous conditioning full of natural vitamins that your skin will absorb. This prepares the skin for shaving, and provides a healthy protection for your skin during the shave.

According to the American Shea Butter Institute, when you shave with it, you reduce the shearing force between your skin and the razor. This makes for a closer shave that is less traumatic to your skin. You might be surprised how smoothly the shave goes when you use unrefined Shea Butter. Both men and women call a product which reduces bumps and razor burn 'invaluable.' That's because it's so painful to have the bumps and burn that shaving can cause. Not to mention the fact that women find it more difficult to wear shorts and skirts with the little red bumps up and down their legs and men are often embarrassed by the unsightly and unattractive razor bumps. Shea Butter is an amazing product to use for all sorts of things, and shaving is just another great one.

Winter Dry Skin
By Della Franklin

For many people tormented by dry skin, winter is the worst part of the year. The cold, the low temperatures and the dropping humidity all combine to sap the skin's natural water content and protective oil layer, leaving it dry, chapped, and itchy. What's worse, scratching and rubbing the dry skin can lead to breaks in the skin called fissures, which may then bleed and get infected.

Untreated dry skin can lead to eczema or "winter itch," and may need medical attention.

Often many are left with no recourse except to tough it out until spring, but it doesn't have to be that dismal. With a few changes in your bathing and lifestyle habits, winter dry skin can be alleviated.

Much of the treatment that you can do at home starts at the bathroom. While it is tempting to soak for long periods in hot water during the cold winter months, it should be remembered that hot water tends to dry the skin. Bite back the impulse and opt for a shorter, ten- to fifteen-minute shower with lukewarm water. And one more thing: try to limit the number of showers you take daily to just one. Sponge baths will have to do the rest of the time. Showering too much will strip your skin of too much moisture. Also, keep in mind that soap dries the skin. If you really have to use soap, choose milder soaps such as Dove, Neutrogena, or Basis, and use them only on the neck down. Even better: try to substitute your soap with a liquid cleanser. It does not dry skin and has milder ingredients.

A weekly oatmeal or milk bath will also do wonders to heal your dry skin. Add two cups of powdered oatmeal (such as Aveeno) or 1 cup of powdered milk, one or two teaspoons of almond oil, and a few drops of your favorite skin-friendly essences to a tub of lukewarm water. Soak in the tub for fifteen minutes or so, allowing the nutrients to seep into your parched skin. Don't use bathing oils in the tub, however: they can make the tub dangerously slippery.

After bathing, pat (not wipe) yourself dry with a towel and apply a moisturizer within a few minutes. Blotting yourself dry will leave some moisture on your dry skin, which will then be locked in by the moisturizer. This is important: applying moisturizer is useless if you wiped off all the moisture in the first place. Choose the best moisturizer for you; some moisturizers contain some sunscreen and are great ideas for the daytime. Keep in mind that winter sun is just as damaging as summer sun, so using sunscreen is very important.

Moisturize frequently during the day, especially in areas such as your face and hands. Popular moisturizers such as Vaseline (petroleum jelly) still work best, as do sunflower or peanut oil. Religious application will help your dry skin tremendously.

A few additions to your winter diet will also improve winter dry skin. Certain fish, such as salmon, have high-quality oils such as Omega-3 that are good for your skin. Try to have fish at least twice a week in order to draw from its natural benefits. Flaxseed oil is also good for your skin and may be used as a substitute for butter. Finally, take Vitamin E supplements to top your winter diet off.

Remember that dry skin may simply be a sign of dehydration. Make sure you drink enough fluids--water is best. Juices, soups and broths also help. Try to avoid caffeine and tea: these can dry skin further.

In the home, it is advisable to keep the heat down during the winter. Turning the heat up via forced-air heaters or furnaces can cause the humidity inside the house to drop dangerously to 10% or below, whereas 30-40% is the ideal. Keep the thermostat down and wear more layers of clothes instead to keep warm. Keeping the temperature down will also keep your blood vessels from dilating and reduce itching and dry skin.

Having portable humidifiers will also help regulate the air's moisture content. Bear in mind, however, that one humidifier will not be able to serve the entire house! Humidifiers are built for individual rooms. They help prevent winter dry skin greatly when you keep them in the bedroom while sleeping; just make sure you keep the door closed to retain the room's moisture level.

As always, it is always a good idea to see your doctor or dermatologist if you feel your dry skin is bothering you too much. And this goes for all seasons; not just winter!

Dry Skin - Is There a Cure for Dry Skin?
By Della Franklin

Over history, mankind has been looking for just that. From soap's beginnings in prehistoric times, to the development of the moisturizer, to the emergence of sunscreens, and the rise of antioxidants… effort to cure the annoyance of dry skin has never been in short supply. To date, the market is experiencing a saturation of cosmetic and skin care products, and the product lines keep growing. Are all the efforts covering any ground?

Well, we certainly know more about dry skin today than a few decades ago. We now know that taking shorter, cooler showers and staying away from antibacterial and deodorant soaps helps keep our skin from drying, and that moisturizers have to be applied within minutes after washing. It is also common knowledge that wearing sunscreen daily can avoid dry skin and wrinkles, and that keeping the temperature down in the house during the winter months can do the same thing. Cottonwear and portable humidifier sales are on the rise owing to the benefits that they give to skin health. More and more procedures that were once considered luxurious are making their way to the mainstream market. Chemical peels which used to be done in spas and salons only; now we have off-the-shelf, do-it-yourself peels. Joy.

About four out of every five of us went through the pains of acne during our teenage years. Back then, all everyone knew was that an excess of facial skin oil caused pimples, and unwittingly aggravated our worries by drying our faces with soap and astringents. Today, we have benzoyl peroxide and oil-free moisturizers. Not only can you now control the frequency and severity of your breakouts, you can also avoid getting dry skin at the same time. Brilliant! Now if only blind dates and malt shops came back into fashion.

More serious dry skin diseases are also being treated with greater ease and efficiency than ever before. While some of the causes of common skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis may still not be known, the discomfort of the symptoms can often be treated by a simple application of steroid cream. And as more treatments become available, science and technology are slowly getting closer to arriving at what precisely causes these diseases.

So, is there a cure for dry skin?

Technological advances and scientific discoveries may be encouraging, but skin is still bound by the rules set by Mother Nature. The best skin care products and treatments still can't prevent the most unavoidable cause of dry skin: age. While steps can be taken to diminish the signs and effects of aging, there is still no denying the fact that eventually, all things age and die. And as luck would have it, we're no exception.

The weather is another thing. There's nothing we can do about the fact that there's always going to be a winter every year, and there'll be no avoiding the dropping temperatures and humidity. The inverse is also true for those living in warmer climes, where the heat and sun can be equally damaging on the skin. It doesn't help things that as the advances that science and technology soar, so do our pollution levels. As the air gets dirtier, our dry skin gets worse; and it's only going to get worse unless everyone starts listening to Al Gore.

Apparently, people are listening. Usage of "natural" skin treatments, such as aloe vera, shea butter and olive oil, is on the rise. More and more herbal dry skin remedies are also making their way to the market, and that's an encouraging though, isn't it?

So, what? Is there a cure for dry skin or not?

Sadly, no. There's no one-shot, one-size-fits-all cure for dry skin. Maybe not yet, but it's still highly unlikely. The human body is still destined to break down and eventually cease to exist, as nature had designed it to, and there's nothing that science and technology can do to alter the fact.

What we have done so far, and very well at that, is damage control. The signs of dry skin caused by age, weather and society can be controlled. There's still too much about the human body that we don't know, and scientific breakthroughs and discoveries can lead to better products, treatments, and knowledge about dry skin. Who knows? One day, there might be a penicillin for all types of skin disease, and dry skin's little niche in the market could very well turn into a niche in the history books.

Until then, however, the most we can do is to stick to shorter showers, apply moisturizer regularly, and watch the exciting developments for dry skin cures from the sideline. Preferably in the shade, and especially between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

How To Cool, Heal and Relieve Sunburn Pain -- Four Tips Guaranteed to Work
By Robert J Eaton

I’ll start with telling you that these tips DO and Will offer sunburn relief. I’m a full blooded Irishman (from California no less) that hasn’t ever had a tan…ever. This is due to the fact that I go from white to red quicker than that of an embarrassed teenager. Some of these remedies you’ll have expected, some will seem outrageous, however all will work…well…very well.

1.) Aspirin - You may not have thought of it before, but that pain and redness you’re experiencing is you’re bodies immune system reacting to what it has deemed to be "damage". What that means is more blood being supplied to the surface of you’re skin leaving it flush and warm. That’s inflammation…aspirin is an anti-inflammatory. Get it?

2. Noxema (yes, the stuff for your face) - Again, I know, a little strange. But, go ahead and ask your parents if they have ever heard of using it for sunburn. This is by far the number one thing I am aware of for getting an amazing and immediate “cooling sensation” for your skin. Just rub some on, but not all the way in, and feel…"the cool"

3.) Milk or Yogurt - I admit, this is a strange one. However, I’ve been doing this for years with a mild to moderate sunburn. My mother started this with me when I was younger, and it really is incredible. As it turns out there is a science behind it. The fat content of the yogurt helps to rehydrate the skin along with the fact that it will help to "absorb" some of the heat. This works great with the shoulders (nasty part to get sunburn on). Run to your refrigerator right now, grab some yogurt and dab it on….see? Told you so.

4. ) Aloe Vera - Albeit this is an obvious one, it is extremely useful. That's probably the main reason it is an obvious one. Aside from helping that nasty burning feeling you have, it will also help in another way. When you have sunburn you’re outer layer of skin (epidermis) is literally starving for moisture. That means every time you stretch that sunburned skin of your’s, it is going to hurt more because moisture is one of the biggest reasons you’re skin is so "stretchy". Ever see what happens to the elasticity of a rubber band after it’s been in the sun? Same principle.

These four tips on helping to cool, heal and relieve sunburn will absolutely, without a doubt, help to make you a happier person. Especially tonight, when you go to crawl underneath your sheets and you aren’t forced to scream, feeling as though they are made of sandpaper.

I have literally tried hundreds of "home remedies" and OTC lotions and creams to help with the terrible sunburn I always get. These are the ones that I have found to work the best (for me). I am aware that every person is different however, and you may have already tried all of these with no result. That is why I have included in my resource box below, a link to my personal website. It will provide you with numerous other resources that are just as helpful.

The link below will take you to my website which will provide you with tons of other tips and hints on this subject. Sunburn Remedies at Crazy-Flex.com

Fish Oil and Healthy Skin
By David McEvoy

Most people equate healthy skin with good overall health. When we see someone whose skin glows, we can see that they take good care of not only their skin, but also of their body.

Conversely, when we see someone with dull, lifeless skin, we can wonder if they are ill or if they simply have not responded well to the way aging has taken hold of their body. In any case, getting healthy looking skin is a priority for many women (and men) in today's society. Anything that might be able to help the skin repair and protect itself from damage is like the quest for the fountain of youth.

What Causes Skin Problems?

There are as many skin problems as there are people to complain about them, it seems. While some people consider skin problems to be lumped only into issues with acne, others believe that skin problems are more due to the hands of time rather than the outside influence of dirt or stress. In the end, skin problems are caused by five main factors:

Heredity – The fact remains that some people are generally predisposed to having troubles with acne and oil production, just as others are more likely to have troubles with dry and aging skin.

Aging – As the skin ages, it loses its elasticity, causing it to appear sagged and wrinkled. The skin is not producing the collagen it once was, which can lead to surface issues and texture problems as well.

Environmental – Because the world is filled with toxins and pollutants at any time, the skin is going to come into contact with these contaminants. Things like free radicals accumulate in the air, causing the skin to be attacked and become damaged.

Hormones – As many teenagers have been able to attest to, the changing of hormones can also change the appearance of skin. During pregnancy as well, a woman's skin can change, appearing red and blotchy in some cases.

Sun Damage – The sun is the leading cause of aging as well as skin cancer, thus the appearance of the skin is going to be damaged in the process. The sun causes the molecular structure of the skin to change, leading to permanent damage in some cases. The results of sun damage may not be visible for ten to twenty years later, making it a sneaky problem.

Common Cures for Skin Issues

When people begin to see changes in their skin, they look for answers to help them make their appearance more appealing. There are four main ways to help in this regard:

Remove the damaged skin – The skin naturally replaces old skin cells with new ones, allowing the skin to become new looking again. But as age sets in, this process can become slower, thus it becomes necessary for those dull cells to be removed through dermabrasion, exfoliation, or chemical peels.

Use medication – Some skin issues (like acne) are caused by bacterial infection which can be treated with antibiotics. Other more severe lines, wrinkles, and acne can also be treated with prescription creams.

Use anti-aging products – With new ingredients like idebenone and retinol, skin creams and lotions are available without a dermatologist to help a person rejuvenate their own skin as well as repair damage.

Change of diet and addition of supplements – Because the skin is the largest organ in the body, adding supplements or making diet changes can help the body produce newer and younger looking skin more quickly.

Of course, protecting the skin from damage is one of the easiest steps towards helping your skin retain its youthful appearance. By wearing sunscreen every day, you can reduce most of the signs of aging before they appear.

Nurturing Skin from the Inside Out

With fish oil, you can begin to accelerate the skin rejuvenation process. This supplement is highly recommended by aestheticians and spa specialists as the first line of defence (besides sunscreen) against the signs of aging. Because fish oil helps the body perform cellular repair more easily, the supplementation can help to keep moisture in the skin, which allows it to look fuller and healthier.

Fish oil has also been linked with helping the heart work more efficiently, which will help oxygen to flow to the skin cells more rapidly. This allows your skin to repair itself without having any outside help.

In addition, choosing to add fish to the diet two times a week is also a healthy way to ensure that you are nurturing your skin from the inside out. Drinking plenty of water also helps to flush out the skin as well as eating a nutrient packed diet that limits fats, oils, and sugars.

Conclusion

While you can't stop the hands of time forever, there are ways to slow them down. Fish oil supplementation is a simple step that anyone can take to help the body prevent the skin from looking older than it is. And unlike topical medications, this skin saving step is easy to remember.

Skin Care Tips for Those in Their 40's and 50's
By Jerry Stearns

Most of you know that the signs of aging will start to show when you reach your 40's. You don't have to show the effects of early aging now as there are ways to fight the aging process. People can remain active, healthy and youthful through the "middle-aged" years and even on to being what could be called a "senior."

Skin problems and signs of aging can begin to show. You may be exercising, eating nutritious meals, and taking care of your appearance but still there can be signs of aging. Yes, there are ways to slow the signs of aging and wrinkles and to stay young and healthy.

We can blame some of the problems on gravity. Muscles pulling and then relaxing cause loss of elasticity in the skin. Age spots become more noticeable and the skin takes longer to recover from stress and fatigue. Bags can begin to form under the eyes, and the neck and jowls sag. Fat builds up in other areas of the body and stubbornly refuses to leave. Moles, warts, and other skin flaws that were barely noticeable when you were younger are now showing up with glaring effect. Let's look at some of the procedures that can be used to make your skin appear younger and healthier.

Liposuction is a technique that can be used to take those fatty deposits that refuse to go away with normal dieting and exercise. Liposuction can be done in the office and there is little or no risk to the patient. This technique allows the surgeon to sculpt the body into one with a pleasing contour with few side effects and quick recovery. Liposuction is considered one of the safest surgeries performed in America.

Lines, wrinkles, and bags can be taken care of with several different methods. Filling in wrinkles with fillers or collagen is a common method of contouring the face and removing those fine lines and wrinkles. Botox injections also are used to fill in lines and wrinkles that are associated with facial expressions. The blepharoplasty procedure removes excess skin from around the eyelids. Brow lifts are another way of taking care of reducing lines on the forehead and keep it from sagging over the eyes.

Chemical peels are a little more drastic but still used often in removing wrinkling, sun damage, and discoloration. Laser resurfacing is also a good way to treat other facial blemishes such as birthmarks, uneven coloring, and erasing wrinkles. Dermabrasion may also be performed to remove the outer layer of skin cells on the face and will allow new skin cells to develop and revitalizes collagen production.

Skin cancer is a real danger at this time of your life. Although it can appear any time, you are at a much greater risk if you are over 50. Most skin cancers are curable but the secret is early detection and intervention. There are three types of skin cancer you should be aware of, basal cell cancer, squamous cell cancer, and the most dangerous malignant melanoma. Skin cancer can be treated with several different methods. This decision concerning the best treatment options will be between you and your surgeon.

How to Get Rid of Oily Skin
By Lynee Hayes

Does your skin have a tendency to shine excessively?

As a person with acne prone skin, I know that having oily skin can be an annoying problem. However, the good news is that this very same oil "issue" will help to give your complexion a nice, radiant appearance later in life . Another plus is that oily skin can better withstand wrinkles and sun damage compared to dry skin.

While oily skin may be able to resist many insults, it is never a good idea to mistreat your skin with harsh cleansers that strip away the moisture. Doing this will certainly leave your complexion with a dry, flaky appearance. Your skin’s natural oils are actually a good thing.
Therefore, the best approach to oil is not to fight it, but to control it instead.

1. Gently cleanse without scrubbing.

Instead of harshly scrubbing your skin, try applying a cleanser with cold water. Using your fingertips only, softly work the lather onto your face using circular motions.

2. Don’t forget the astringent.

It is very important to apply an astringent at least twice daily. Sea Breeze or Witch Hazel tends to work great for my skin.

3. Use an oil blocker.

There are great products on the market that will work well for excess oil absorption. You can either apply an oil blocking cream or buy some thin oil blotting sheets. You’ll be surprised at how great these items work to keep the excess shine at bay.
4. Moisturize or not to moisturize—that is the question.

If your complexion is mildly oily, then you could probably use a skin moisturizer. However, if your skin is very oily, then chances are you don’t need one.

5. Pick the right type of makeup.

Oil-free and water based products tend to work best for oily complexions.

Rest assured that by putting these tips to use that your skin’s oily appearance will be replaced with a nice, natural glow.

How to Achieve Beautiful Skin
By Henry Newrick

Skin is the largest organ on the human body consisting of many layers. The pigmentation of skin varies from country to country. The skin type also varies from dry skin to oily skin. The main function of skin is to protect the body and to insulate and regulate the body temperature. In fact unclean skin breeds diseases.

Moles and warts:

Moles are small black spot on the human skin. They are foreign to the body but reside on it. Moles were once considered to be a beauty spot but nowadays unwanted moles are surgically removed. Every light colored body skin has one or two moles. Warts unlike moles are caused by viral infection. They appear on the skin of the person like a small rough tumour. They appear typically on hands and feet. Moles and warts make the skin look awkward. Hence, removing moles and warts has become more popular among beauty-skin conscious people.

Lightening of skin:

Skin lightening or whitening is a cosmetic method used for de-pigmenting the skin. Under this method, unwanted moles and birthmarks are removed. In the case of leukodermia the unaffected portion is coloured to have uniform appearance. Skin lightening has become an important part of beautification of skin.

Skin care for men:

Skin care for men is just as important as it is for women. The first thing in skin maintenance is that it should be hygienic. That is why people are advised to bathe at least twice a day. Scant respect for keeping the skin neat and clean leads to skin diseases. The dead cells mixing with the secretions of sweat and dirt on the surface of skin form a foul smell. Using of cosmetics on skin should be carefully done as some chemicals in the cosmetics cause incurable diseases.
Skin is of two types. One is dry skin and another is oily-skin. When the skin becomes dry it causes the peeling of the outer skin layer, causing itching sensation and developing cracks on the skin layer. In the case of oily skin, over active glands form this and a substance called sebum is produced, In fact sebum is natural healthy lubricant. Though oily skins are not liked by many people, they are considered to be very healthy in that oil help retain moisture on the outer layer of the skin. However the oily type skin leads to blemishes and pimples.

Wrinkles:

Wrinkles are caused on the body skin due to aging. They are caused by over exposure of the body or skin inside water. This type of wrinkle is temporary in nature, which is called prune fingers or water aging. The permanent type of wrinkling is called aging wrinkles. In the beautification of skin, losing wrinkles is very important as they give an old look to the skin. Wrinkles-free skin is most sought after thing by many people.

Skin is the largest organ of a human being though it is not felt as an organ by us. It performs three important functions as protection of body, maintaining body temperature and finally giving us sense of touch. As a protector of our body it gives us a nice look (compare our figure with human Skelton). It keeps us in good health by maintaining our body temperature around 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit (37 degrees Celsius).

Through skin, we feel some body touches us or we touch something. This sense is vital as through it we come to know many things. Maintaining a beautiful skin not only gives a good look but also helps the skin perform the three basic functions. Keeping the skin clean is very important as otherwise the cells will become dead and through them diseases spread.
Bathing twice a day with cold water and mild soap is very important for keeping the skin clean. Beautification follows cleanliness. For more information on skin and skin related tips, you may refer to: www.AllAboutBeautifulSkin.com

Can Coffee Perk Up Your Skin Too?
By Sophia Granville

If you are like the majority of Americans, you probably rely on your daily cup (or pot) of coffee to help wake you up in the morning. Or, at the least, you enjoy a coffee-based drink on occasion to jump start you when you are tired. Coffee makes you feel clear and alert and helps you put on a better appearance for those you are around.

Maybe because coffee is so effective at turning tired, groggy people into alert and healthy looking people, skin care companies have been starting to experiment with adding caffeine to different skin care products. This has resulted in an explosion of coffee-based products that are meant to do everything from reduce the appearance of cellulite to making under eye circles look less noticeable. In fact, just last year, more than a hundred products containing caffeine were introduced to the market. This makes it easy for you to try out some of these products if you are interested.

So exactly what can you expect if you decide to use a caffeine-based product? First of all, you should not expect to get the same buzz from a coffee face cream that you get from your morning cup of joe. Though some of the coffee may be absorbed through the skin and reach your bloodstream, this process is extremely slow and not very efficient. It would be nice to be able to combine your coffee drinking with making your skin look better, but it just isn't going to happen that way! However, if you choose a product that comes with a coffee scent, you might be able to perk up a bit from that. Since smell is a powerful sense, just smelling a coffee scent might be enough to wake you up a bit. If nothing else, if you enjoy the smell of a fresh pot of brew, you will like smelling your skin care products!

Aside from getting to smell one of your favorite beverages, these new coffee based products might be able to solve some of your common skin problems. For instance, many of these products are touted as being able to firm and tighten your skin, which helps counteract wrinkles and aging skin. There are three different ways in which these products are thought to work, which makes them effective from a variety of angles. Among the ways caffeine works on the skin is as a diuretic, a vasoconstrictor, and an antioxidant. These properties help it do everything from firm up skin to tightening it.

Among the products currently on the market are cellulite-reducing creams, eye gels, and body scrubs. Caffeine seems to help reduce cellulite by dehydrating the cells that cause the lumpiness. This makes these products perfect for thigh and buttock creams. And, for people with puffy eyes or dark circles, caffeine seems to temporarily tighten the skin and reduce the problem.
Some people are even making their own coffee-based products by combining coffee with their favorite skin care products or making scrubs out of the grounds. If you really like the effects of coffee on your skin, it might be a good idea to combine a bunch of different methods to get the effect you are looking for.

While coffee might not solve all of your skin care woes, it might be able to help with quite a few. It is definitely worth trying out because if it works for you, you can start enjoying your coffee before you are even out of the shower in the morning.

Keeping Your Skin Young Is An Important Job

By Sophia Granville

Beauty and health are always closely related. Even people who would not be considered conventionally beautiful are extremely attractive when they exude an aura of health and well being. This is especially true for your skin. Because skin is such a visible part of the entire body, skin that is in poor health and not taken care of will reflect poorly on your entire appearance.

This makes it very important to establish good daily skin care habits and to correctly nourish and provide for your entire body so that your skin will always look young and beautiful.

Protecting your skin from the sun is probably the most important thing you can do to keep it healthy. Sun exposure causes everything from wrinkles and sunspots to fatal skin cancers. If you don't protect your skin from the sun, you can expect to have more problems with sagging skin, wrinkles, and other old-age problems than other people of your age. Therefore, it is an extremely good idea to always wear a sunscreen with SPF of at least 15. Make sure to do this even on cloudy days or during the winter as UV is always present.

Even if you always wear sunscreen, you will still start to show signs of aging. Though there are many factors influencing how our skin ages, a lot of the problems come from skin collagen being broken down. This leaves the skin less plump and full and leads to sagging and wrinkles.

However, a good skin care regime and the prudent use of some of the new skin care products that are available, can make a big difference in the appearance of the skin. Though it is not possible for any product to completely stop to effects of aging, you will be able to slow them down to a crawl and possible even reverse some of your problems. Products that include retinol, vitamin C and antioxidants are among the most effective for this purpose.

Good daily habits are also important, especially when it comes to washing your face. Though it is fairly common for people to use soap as a cleaning agent, this is actually the wrong thing to do!

Most soaps are not meant for the delicate balance of the face and end up making the skin really dry. Using a product specially formulated for the face keeps the skin in better balance and provides the necessary moisture. It is also important not to wash the face too frequently. The skin is a self-sustaining system that produces natural oils to keep itself healthy. If you wash too often, you will remove those oils and dry out your skin. Washing once or twice a day and using a moisturizer (with at least SPF 15 for the day!) is probably the right balance for your face.

Taking care of your skin does not need to take much time or be extremely complicated.

However, the rewards are endless. Once you get into good skin care habits and start taking steps to become healthier overall, your beauty will be able to shine through like never before.
