1. Our skin loves minerals, a great and enjoyable way of delivering minerals directly to the skin is by taking baths with ordinary sea salts. This softens the skin, heals cuts/bruises and kills bacteria or surface skin infections. Buying salt can be expensive especially from health shops or super markets but if you buy in bulk say 10 kilos should cost no more than 10£ or 20$ and should last most of the year.

2. Skin needs sun light to produce chemicals which promote healing, vitamin D and healthy skin pigmentation. I hear far to much about the sun damaging the skin and causing skin problems such as cancer, this is true but only from over exposed without the right sun block. Many people do not know this but sun creams no Mather what factor high or low will only work for a max protection of one hour.

3. Food can have an effect on the health and complexion of the skin. Some foods will create problem with greasy skin, others create dry and cracked skin. Everyone's skin reacts different to food, finding the right diets can be hard but by simply cutting out acidy foods will make a huge difference. An example of acidy foods; tomatoes, citric fruits/juices oranges and lemon ect.. And eating more alkynes or green foods such melons, carrots, cabbage ect, will help greatly in reducing acid from our bodies. Also dairy produce such as milk, cheese can cause skin problems; because our bodies just are not designed to digest dairy.

4. Exercise is important for health in general, so keeping fit will help you health greatly. Giving your body more energy and fitness helps the skin through perspiration where the body removes the waste toxin through sweat.

5. Our bodies are made up mostly of water. drinking plenty of water each day helps flush out toxins which can build up and cause rashes and many other skin problems. If you suffer from eczema and rashes buying a detox is a good way of flushing the toxin which maybe causing the problem.

I personally use this system of skincare and loved it, as I have very little time on my hands. This is a way for me to get the most out of my body, and not feel guilty as I did before about not being in shape which can have a very negative affect on your personality. I personally felt ugly and to feel like that about yourself is not right. But now I am so positive and more out going in all aspects of life.
